I have been an everyday customer here until I realized they aren't giving back the correct change. I was told several ti.es they are not allowed to give back pennies even if they have them in their register. I finally had it and had a discussion with their employee that even agreed it wasn't fair. She had plenty of pennies in her register but sat and argued with me she was not allowed to give any back. So I told her you are stealing from the customer. FINALLY they called their manager and they gave me my change. It's only a few pennies but imagine how many customers they don't give the change to... it adds up. It isn't right!!!!! We have to stand up for even the small things or else these companies will continue to steal from their customers. read more

I've visited Blue Springs, MO twice now, and this is my 3rd time coming to this little coffee shop. All three times my drinks were consistently good. However this 3rd drink is what prompted me to write this review. I ordered a lavender latte and OMG it is absolutely delicious!! The sweetness is perfect and the lavender isn't soapy tasting or artificial tasting. One of the best lattes I've ever had!! And the customer service has been great every time. The manager here is so sweet, we've gotten nothing but fantastic friendly service. Always willing to help you figure out a drink although I get a Twix Blender every single time. They have great pastry's too! Do not waste your time coming here. There are several reasons why.. The biggest problem here is they are very snarky and cannot be consistent with any drink, including their signature Carmalicious drinks. You will experience very fake personalities from the Barista's - and when you leave the drive-thru window, you are a mere gossip case to them. The baristas are not held to any accountability for their mistakes. Instead, their managers and owner, have stated that due to this being hand crafted they cannot be consistent and cannot re-make or refund drinks that are incorrect. This is a huge problem because not only is this bad customer seervice, but it is a health violation. There are food allergies and intolerances by not only myself, but several other people as well. I absolutely LOVE this place! I've been coming to this location for over 5 years and I'm constantly in awe of how helpful, kind and genuine the baristas are. They really do care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It's apparent that Scooters as a whole truly cares about hiring great people. I come here over other major coffee chains because I am in and out fast, am always asked how my day is going (and the barista truly cares about my response) and I always leave with a smile. And overall quality of their product has never wavered. Also, make sure you download their app. They have a wonderful rewards program where you can very quickly earn free drinks. They also give you a free drink on your birthday. They recently updated it and the changes are great. It's worth noting that I did have a technical issue at one point and received a response and complete resolution within minutes. The rep was just as kind and genuine as their baristas. Getting better. The cold blender drink is working out perfect if I ask them to take it easy on the ice and use more mix. Then it's the bomb! I tried a small hot plain latte with Splenda. Very common drink I get. The coffee taste sour or fruity. Did go with that drink. I like them with a simple smooth French roast . It's still has the best service out of any business in blue springs. If I told them I prefer a French roast no fruit. I think they would be accommodating. The do seem like they really are looking out for what we want I'll have to works the bugs out and I'm Sue I'm get my favorite here eventually.. quit skipping the whip.I like you. Been going here for 5 years and all the bluesprings, MO scooters are never consistent with making the same drink taste the same. They are starting to be rude and snarky including their district manager, trying to say not to come to scooters anymore, they won't refund me or remake the drinks with they messed up my order. Update to my previous review: All other times here since have been completely different than the one I previously reviewed. The workers must have been retrained because it is a completely different experience now. I'm currently enjoying the cinnamon roll latte and am looking forward to trying the new honey vanilla latte.
