BLUF: Baristas AWESOME. Target management of said Starbucks, NOT awesome. This location needs more baristas in the back. Trained, happy, well paid Baristas. Take care of your people Target, and they will take care of you. This is the best quality Starbucks in town. Worst wait time. Usually due to short staff or training. This was the first time to visit this location. It's located inside the Target store so I was skeptical that they would accept my mobile app orders. There was a very nice young lady working there as a Barista so I asked her if they accept the mobile app and she confirmed that they do. So I immediately ordered my favorite Carmel Latte using the app and it worked perfectly. I will now be using this location on a regular basis. read more

I normally would give this location 5 stars but barista Janel has the worst attitude. She seemed annoyed to wait on customers, failed to ask if customers wanted pastry items warmed. She huffed if you didn't say your order quick enough, and didn't bother to be polite to those who said thank you. BAD BAD BAD. If I she her waiting on customers again, I'll go somewhere else. I have updated to 4 stars for this location since this barista's attitude has improved. Now if they can better tag team and speed up, I'll give them a five (but I'm not holding my breath) read more

I would like to consider myself knowledgeable in the world of Starbucks. I've been to enough of them to know how the drinks are supposed to taste, the level of customer service, and the speediness of the employees. This place really falls short of what a Starbucks is supposed to be. The girl taking my order seemed like she was bored and I was bothering her for simply giving her my money. The drink took about 15 min to make. The worst part about that is the line wasn't that long. I don't know if this is the only Starbucks in this town, but I wont be coming back to this one. read more

I come here probably 3 times or more a week. The coffee is always good and prepared correctly. I have never been a barista but I know that when I go to other locations (Fry's and Fort Huachuca) for some reason the coffee either tastes burnt or not anything like a white mocha. I am not sure the reasons for that, but that never happens here so I actually go out of my way to make more time in my morning to go here instead of Fort Huachuca because they just do a better job. I am a regular and pretty familiar with most of the baristas and I always get a smile and greeting even when they have a huge line and/or rude customers. This is the best Sierra Vista area Starbucks location, in my opinion. Breanna, Dominique, Sylene, and Katryn are the best! read more

Service was as slow as molasses and my iced coffee tasted gross. Not going back.

The employees were openly complaining about their boss and were more interested in talking to each other than making my drink.

Ordered an iced coffee today and told them that I didn't wanted any room for cream. The barista filled the cup with ice and added the beverage and left about a quarter of space at the top. Told her that I didn't needed extra room on my cup so she took it with h an attitude and just added more ice. She put so much ice that I couldn't even put the straw. I went to Starbucks to enjoy a cup of coffee while shopping here at Fry's but I wish I would have gotten the names of the young boy and young girl that was working. There was only 2 people in line (each ordering only 1 drink). The employees were so busy talking non-stop that it actually became annoying. I wanted to say something like 'if you did as much work as you do talking, my drink would have been ready 15 minutes ago'. I will never order there again if I see them working. I'm a Starbucks Gold Card holder, and I get coffee everyday before work. I usually frequent the Starbucks in Frys, but on the odd occasion I do go to Target... But no longer. Every time I go in, they are lacking an ingredient... Once was no salt for the caramel frappe, next was no chips for the Java chip frappe, and most recently no vanilla for the latte. Drinks are not consistent, and always taste different or they miss something (like Stevia in ice coffee) and we have to go back. The staff while polite, take no responsibility for their mistakes and always state that they did put the ingredient in, but that they will remake it for me if I'd like... Like I am lying and want to spend my free time going back to Starbucks! This morning was the last straw... I ordered a Java chip frappe, and there was no sauce on the whip cream... Every other time I've ordered it, it's had sauce. I asked the girl, and she told me that Java chip doesn't come with sauce. I left, disappointed as usual. I Googled the Java chip and every image shows it with sauce... And with the level of service I've experienced here previously, I'm inclined to believe that everyone else and Google is getting it right and Starbucks in Target isn't. I won't be going back... I'd rather go without. Frys Starbucks has great staff, consistent high quality service and always work through long lines quickly...
