Really unhelpful that they have all the pastries displayed so when I waited in line for those pastries and got to the front I was told they dont have any pastries at 11am on a Saturday. Why keep the pastries in the case at all if you don't have them? When asking the cashier this she said those pastries are 5 days old we don't sell those. Thats fine, but why keep them in the case if you dont have them? I wouldn't have waited in line otherwise. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Not a great experience at all. read more

I checked out this location today to see if they accept my mobile app as this is the first time to visit this location. I asked the Barista working behind the counter and she assured me that they do. So I will return another day when I have more time. Seems to be a very nice location. read more

Out of the three Starbucks in this town, this is by far the slowest and worst Starbucks ever. Don't get me wrong they have friendly staff but most of the days they are short staffed and the line is forever long. The wait time to order and to get your coffee is ridiculous. I've ordered from many other Starbucks with lines twice as long and never had to wait that long to order and get drinks. 1 star for super friendly staff. read more

Late review: July 27, 2018 I decided to treat myself at Starbucks and actually sit down in the dining area. I usually get off every other Friday and wanted to enjoy my egg white bites while making some phone calls and do a little grocery shopping afterward. I just wanted to enjoy my day. Mind you I have been to this Starbucks a week before after work and was helped by the same employee who happen to be Latina. She was really nice that day. Unfortunately on this day I was treat like a criminal by the same employee. After ordering my food, I sat down at the table by the merchandise/ condiments and proceed with all my phone calls. Other customer were coming and going as well. After about 10 mins. I noticed the same employee walked pass me multiple times. After first I thought nothing of it because she had to restock on supplies and maintain the establishment. After about 45 mins every time she turned the corner she would check on a pile of stuff expecting it to me missing, look at me, hesitant, and then keep walking pass me but not getting anything particular from the underneath the condiment unit. This happen several more times until a Fry's employee named " Anthony" sat at the next table facing me. He would look up from his phone to get a good look at me then look back down. He sat there for about 30-45 mins I believe. Then a black pregnant Fry's employee would walk slowly pass the dining area 2x with a look of suspicious. I continued with making my phone calls. The minute "Anthony" overheard my phone conversation with Fort Huachuca housing inquiring about their policy when active duty spouse deploys to Korea, he IMMEDIATELY chugged his soda, waited a few minutes and walked away. The Starbucks employee continued with her "security " check until I left. The whole ordeal was subtle but noticeable. I am proud to be a military spouse and a federal employee but the Starbucks employee and the both Fry's employees would not have know this because of their prejudice. My fear is to return and have the cops called on me due to this prejudice. My kids will only have me when my husband deploys. So I will not be returning to either Fry's or this Starbucks. read more

Horrible! Employees not educated on the products they're selling! They had a sign that said now offering soy milk & nut milks. When I ordered my coffee and asked for nut milk she said we only offer whole milk... Doesn't make any sense. Every time we go here it's always some type of mistake and their quality of Starbucks products has severely decreased in the past few years. Starbucks brand is driving themselves into the ground... I am a Starbucks Gold Card holder, and I get coffee every morning before work. This is the best Starbucks in Sierra Vista! Staff are ALWAYS friendly and go out of their way to get your coffee out hot and fast! They are consistent and that's what you want from a chain, especially a coffee chain. I've never left disappointed. Head and shoulders above the terrible service I've experienced time and time again at the Starbucks in Target over the lot. Save yourself time and have a great experience by going to Starbucks at Frys. read more
