I feel the lemon didn't match, and it was inconsistently seasoned. Some parts were extremely salty, while others were not salted at all. It was nice to try but I'd try something else next time. One thing that may put some folks off is that if you want your bagel toasted, you toast it yourself. Personally I think this is smart because it will move the main line faster. And I imagine if you happened to bring something from home (like if you worked in one of the offices in this building) you could use the toaster then as well.
