My best friend and I are from southern cali and we have just finished up our vacation to Oregon. On the way back down we needed coffee and had never been to a Dutch bros before so we decided to stop by. The girl who helped us, an adorable red head with glasses, helped us navigate their menu with smiles and cheer. She welcomed us to Oregon and wished us a pleasant and safe ride back home. I have never met someone so nice in the service industry, working in a coffee shop myself, and am glad to say that she brightened up our rather tiresome journey. Thank you for being a sweetie. Super nice workers here. I've always heard about Dutch Bros Coffee, but never actually had the chance to try it out. We were on our way from California all the way to Washington and decided that we needed some coffee to keep us up. While we were at the gas station, we saw Dutch across the street so decided to try it. They ended up giving the drink we ordered for free since it was our first time! How nice of them! I don't remember the name of the drink we received since we just went with the worker's suggestion. It was a super long name. read more

I don't know how Dutch Bros does it. Consistently good coffee served by truly friendly staff -- always. The only thing worse than snooty baristas serving overpriced coffee in a cup with your name misspelled is 'fake nice' coffee servers. Dutch Bros serves a really good product and we have yet to run into an employee at any location with a bad attitude. This is one of our go-to stops when we going north on I-5. read more

We stopped here on our road trip up to Vancouver Canada. The coffee shop looked cute and I needed a pick me up to keep driving. We were greeted by friendly staff and they offered me a sample of their blended ice drink. The staff is friendly and AWESOME! They have the best customer service EVER!!! It was my first time ever trying Dutch Bros. coffee and I LOVED IT!!!! I got the vanilla latte and it was PERFECT!!! Absolutely PERFECT! One of the best vanilla latte's I have ever had. This is the SLOWEST Dutch Bros I have ever been to. I'm from Sutherlin but now I live in Beaverton where there aren't many Dutch Bros so they're CONSTANTLY packed, but very quick and efficient. The Sutherlin location had no more cars than any of the DB up here, the people even came out and took the orders ahead of time, but 9 (NINE) people who parked while I was waiting received their drinks by the time it took me to get to the window with only 5 cars ahead of me.. It took me 25 minutes to pull up to the window. Of course once I pulled up my irritation faded because the barista was super friendly.. But it left enough of a poor impression for me to leave a review, and I'm not an avid reviewer. I come to Douglas County often and I LOVE Dutch Bros. but will probably stick to one of the many Roseburg Dutch Bros. locations. read more

Driving home from Sacramento yesterday and desperately needed a cup of coffee. I stopped in here for a large iced mocha with coconut milk, when the lady handed it to me I thought it looked funny but I was so tired I didn't say anything. I pulled out and back onto the freeway before trying it and it appears as if they forgot the coffee portion of things...it was coconut milk with chocolate, but not coffee. read more

I love Dutch Bros and this stand epitomizes why I love it. They make superb coffee and have excellent, super-positive, service. However, every single Dutch Bros stand I've been to has trouble with hot chocolate. Make sure that you test it before leaving to ensure that it is not a mocha, they will fix it no-muss no-fuss and probably give a free drink to boot. The Sutherlin crew set the bar for customer service excellence. Our Easter weekend road trip from San Francisco to Salem, OR needed a little pick me up. Instead of hitting one of those other coffee joints, we opted for Dutch Bros and were first timers visiting. The line was a bit long so they sent out a guy to do some line busting. Being unfamiliar with the menu, he helped us choose our drinks and was super energetic the whole time. That same level of enthusiasm was carried through to the employee working the window when we got our drinks. And the drinks.... much better than that 'other' place. If you're having a bad day and are looking for the worlds fakest conversations sutherlin Dutch bros is the place for you. I have been a regular at many Dutch bros stands and have been a part of the "Dutch fam", since the franchise started in the 90s now I will never go back. The new management is questionable and I have seen under aged employees smoking on their vape pens outside the stand instead of tending to the long line of customers. I used to go to dutch bros to have a genuine conversation about my day, get genuine feed back and get my coffee at the end. Now, at least at this stand, it feels like I'm showing up just to get coffee and have the same conversation every time I went through and you can tell the conversations just aren't real like they used to be. You can have a more genuine conversation at the gas station across the street! Bring back the old manager who was real and funny and get rid of the uptight new management. I have an Alexa at home, if I wanted to get coffee and talk to a robot I would have just stayed there. Figure it out sutherlin Dutch because this is not it! read more

This place is cool. Good coffee, friendly staff, good location. I snag coffee from here as often as I can. Not much to say, other than this is the place to go for coffee. This Dutch Bros. is the worst that we have ever stopped at!There was a line of cars, It took up 20 minutes to get to the window to place our order. There was no sense of urgency, we noticed a barista bringing drinks out to a car and walking very SLOWLY back inside, did not look like a happy place to work. Will NEVER stop there again! Will drive to another Dutch to get a drink when we pass through again.! Oh and your lucky I gave you 1 star! read more
