Well, I believe my love affair with this place has ended.... After going three times at very busy times and getting through the line in 10-15 minutes I was so impressed!!! But then the last two times I went I waited about 10 - 15 minutes and left with about 5-7 cars still in front of me... I don't know if they are now short handed, but once was in the evening... Love how fast their drive thru service is. There are days when I'll see a huge line of cars throughout the parking lot and decide I should just get out and stand in physical line. However I'll take a mental note of where I would've been in line had I stayed in my car, and it always ends up being about the same wait time. They bust through the lines pretty fast and it's always great when you're in hurry to get somewhere. So don't be discouraged when you see the line wrapped around the parking lot! If the gal or guy, at the window talked less and actually worked making coffee instead of conversation. Maybe we wouldn't be in line so dang long! I see a person get one coffee and they're there for 5 minutes at the window, as a person at the window was leaning over Yaki and Yaki and Yaki! Do they realize that most of us don't want to sit there and Yak with them, and if they would get our coffee out faster we would probably tip them! The longer it takes me to get my coffee the less likely I am to leave a tip. so how about a little less yakking and have the person that stands at the window actually do some work besides yak! Now this was at 5:15 a.m., when they just opened. The line was not long there was only 3 cars in front of me. It just seems that they think if they make conversation with you, and act all giddy and happy, that we will tip them. Well A Little Less Conversation, and a little more coffee making, and I'll leave a tip. Now the coffee is actually very good, but I'll go back to Starbucks for faster service. So why only three stars that's for the taste of the coffee, the minus two stars is for all the yakking! read more

My first time here, so I really didn't have any expectations. I am an iced coffee gal and like the frills...but not too sweet. I tried the iced white mocha with light syrup made with coconut milk (YES they have something other than soy!!!) Pretty good, pretty good. The guys on duty were awesome and even gave me a 9-stamp punch card since it was my first time so my next drink is free - woot woot! Prices on the menu include tax and are cheaper than s-bucks. The coffee deserves three stars, but I give them 4 for hooking up the punch card and great customer service. The only down side is it appears all the drinks are pretty sugary. I didn't have the time to ask if they can make any of them better for your waistline, so I didn't let that affect my rating. read more

Not the way I wanted my first experience to be at Dutch Bros. The way they were handling the line was bad, I was not able to look at The menu before a young lady took my order. Good thing I looked a little on line. I would have purchased something more for my Grandson and an extra few other things but maybe next time. The drinks were awesome especially because our barista changed my Grandson's from an Adults to a child's. Overall I give it a 5 star bc our Barista made a difference to our Grandson and took the time. Great Customer Service. I will be back over and over bc if her. No more coffee bean for me. read more

Wow, what can I say? I'm definitely a member of the Dutch Mafia because of this location's great service and coffee. Every morning I have stopped here, the staff is upbeat and excited to see you. It's kinda awesome if you ask me. I've tried a few different drinks but my favorite will always be the iced quad (large) Kicker. This drink is sure to wake you up and make you come back to life in those dawn hours before all your co-workers do. If you're new here, remember to ask for the Dutch card. Get 10 drinks and get the 11th free. I'm almost on my way to another free drink. Double stamps on Tuesdays! Oh, and be sure to be charged for a medium size if you order an iced large size.
