I frequent this location more than any other because of the 'at-one-time' phenomenal customer service and coffee. Lately that has all changed, I order the same coffee on every single visit and it has become a HUGE hit or miss if I get the same coffee I have ordered before. Tonight, the team lead Folly (?) decides to approach me at the window to tell me I'm not allowed to ask who is making coffee for security reasons. (Imagine the crazy look on my face hearing this. Im here almost every day.) I had to tell her the ugly truth that I ask now to determine if I'm going to order my coffee based on the barista. I try not to hurt anyone's feelings so if I know in advance, I won't order my coffee. It has truly become difficult to find the consistency of the great coffee I used to get. Now my visits turn into a back and forth - and seemingly like I should detail how I should have my coffee made. How is it that some can make superb coffee and others who can't! I've had coffee that is mostly milk tasting, watery or even worse, with a bitter aftertaste. I simply want my usual order of coffee. I have been asked how many ounces of milk and coffee I want. I'm not the barista! My days of the SPRINKS (previous review) are gone! Unfortunately, this is not my first encounter with Folly. She also 'got after me' about how I order my annihilator on another visit. It took everything in me not to match her 'energy'. Out of respect for the other crew that has always been friendly and courteous - I zipped it up. I have decided to lessen my visits and go further out. I've been to this location maybe 4times and 3 of those times theres been the same car (silver hatchback) holding up the line. They bring the drink out and then proceed to just talk with the driver to the point where there is no car sitting by the window. basically every employee comes out to first bump the driver and talk. They don't come and take anyone else's orders. Whether it's a manager, owner, or friend, they should go to the walk up window to socialize instead of holding up the drive thru line. It makes no sense to hold up a line when the guy has his drink and isn't waiting for anything else. I understand wanting to be friendly but at the same time get people through the line at an appropriate pace. There's a reason some people go through a drive thru and not the window. read more

This place was outside tbe hotel we stayed out and pretty busy place. Ordered a sugar free iced coffee. Pretty basic as i didn't know the menu that well. Was running some Saturday morning errands, excited to get a holiday drink. Pulled into the drive thru, the side with the shortest line, and the outside girl taking orders walked right past my car and skipped taking my order. There was more than one person outside taking orders too. I had to embarrassingly tell the window that they didn't take my order and my drink was definitely rushed. I particularly enjoy their variety of sugary sweet coffee beverages, but their iced tea is delicious as well! Came here at 7:50am and there was hardly anybody in line! My order was a small cold brew with cream and sugar. Multiple times at other coffee shops when the person is about to hand me the drink they stop and turn back to tell the barista "this has too much ice" but not at Dutch Bros. They make you wait in line longer than other coffee shops and then they hand you this. Clearly to anyone (experienced barista or non experienced) this is not a correct drink for a customer. read more

Be aware of this lovely man! I was in the Dutch bros line and, as usual, the line was long. So, of course, I'm on my phone scrolling and he starts blaring his horn at me. So I went forward and of course it wasn't good enough and he started honking at me again. Then he rolls his window down and starts calling me names while i have my children in the car. How im a f**ken b**ch, a mother f#k, ugly a$$ b**ch , I need to go suck on a d|ck, how i need to pay attention and not be on my f**ken phone. He went on for about 5 minutes.
