I'm a huge fan of this Dutch Bros location. The staff is engaging, lively and genuinely nice. They have a good system for getting orders put in, payments made and even sometimes drinks in your car before you even hit the window. I've been when it's really busy and I'd say I waited a total of 5 minutes which isn't bad considering the Starbucks at Arizona Pavilions takes WAY longer. I'm a huge cold brew fan but not a fan of theirs however their iced espresso beverages are fantastic. I'm going to give their infused lemonade and iced tea a go soon. Seriously, Dutch Bros Coffee is the best! You can get any flavor you can think of. The employees are always so kind and wanting to help out. You can get many flavors sugar free, and there are different milks you can use to. The drinks are so good but a small is all you need, some drinks are so sweet that it will fill you up so fast. And the sizes, a small is a perfect size, the medium is huge, and you could only imagine what a large looks like. But other than that, Dutch Bros is amazing!!! read more

I was able to get coffee from this new location today. And I was very impressed with KACEY. She was running the drive-through, in the rain, being very sweet and helpful with all the chaos of training and as busy as it was. I took time out of my day to ask for a manager because I was so happy with my service! Good coffee and great customer service is giving Starbucks a run for its money. First time customer & I had no idea what I wanted. My son suggested to try their lemonade since I am a lemonade junkie. I get to the window & the gentleman was so freaking amazing & patient with my daughter & I. The gentleman yelled first timers & everyone screamed welcome. OKAY SO I LOVE DUTCH BROS, it's definitely a weekly thing. I love the energy that every single employee brings to the table always. But today this Dutch SUCKED. First, I ordered a lavender latte and I was informed they had it available, 2 min later someone comes out & informs me it is no longer available, so okay fine. I order something else & I try it & it taste fine but they didn't give me what I asked for so I'm repeating my order to have it remade & it's still not what I wanted. Amazing customer service!!! My husband and I are new to Tucson and this was our first time trying Dutch Bros! Had our order taken by Braxton and asked him to choose our drinks, both were delicious!! Girl at the window, didn't get her name, was also beyond friendly. Since it was our first time, she even went above and beyond to ask if we wanted to try our drinks before driving off to make sure we liked them. All the workers are a bunch of teenagers unsupervised making all the drinks. The girl at the drive through window was nice but she was yelling back and forth at the rest of the workers. They were all yelling and throwing stuff at each other inside. It was just really rowdy and chaotic. It's my second time trying out Dutch Bros and I really can't see what the hype is.
