The person who helped us was absolutely so sweet and patient. I honestly wish I had gotten her name because she was amazing! The person initially at the register seemed a little annoyed with us, but I really appreciated that they took it upon themselves to have someone else help us who was happy to answer all of our questions. I stopped at Dutch Bros in the early light. The place was bright and loud with sugar and promise. The menu was long and swollen with choices. Drinks came layered and sweet, thick with syrups and creams. It was a decadent thing. You could feel it in the way the cup sat heavy in the hand. There is pleasure in that sort of excess. There is also ruin. Hedonism always asks for more, and in the end it takes what you have. The coffee itself was fine. Strong enough. Buried, at times, beneath flavors that wanted to be remembered more than they wanted to be honest. This is the way of such menus. They give you everything at once and dare you to call it restraint. The staff moved fast. They smiled easily and spoke with practiced cheer. They were friendly, and they were efficient. It was a clean exchange. Money for drink. Smile for smile. Some people like it that way. Some say it feels thin, like a handshake done through gloves. Both are right. The world has different tastes, and it makes room for all of them. I finished the cup and set it aside. The sweetness lingered longer than the coffee, as such things always do. Around me the window kept opening and closing, faces flashing past like moments you do not hold onto. It was not a bad place, nor a false one, only a vivid one, full of appetite and motion. Still, there is a limit to how much brightness a man can take before he begins to miss the dark, and a limit to indulgence before it asks for payment. Im not sure if it was racial or just by the way we look but this visit today was awful. How are we expected to wait a half hour for a drink? My drink supposedly was done earlier but they had handed it to the wrong person and let him drink out of it before trying to hand it to me. Then laughed when I said that it wasn't okay. If you're going to continue this model of ordering in the drive thru , then take a clue from 7brew because they do it better and faster, but they also seem to hire a lot more staff that actually know what they're doing. read more

My experience with Dutch Bros today was 5 stars! The lines were long, but they were well organized and I only waited about a 1 minute per car that was in front of me. The staff were all friendly despite being out in the cold/rain. I'm sure they were getting lots of complaints about the line too, so way to go to them having a great attitude. I ended up with 4 drinks, and although the frosts are way to sugary for me (they're what my husband wanted) my tea (Sweet Sunrise) was GREAT! I'd recommend Dutch Bros to anyone looking for a hip place to get a sugar high. read more

Wow what a great place! We went through the drive through and Rory came out to make sure we got our order in and didn't have to wait to long. He was super friendly and ran back and forth to get us a menu and helped explain the in and outs of each drink. Super inexpensive! And very tasty!! Highly recommended! Both Rory and John were kind and helpful! Basically you choose one of the drinks on the bottom row and then you can add any flavor that's on the top row. Super unique! So apparently today is their grand opening at this location . What that means is all 16 oz drinks are free. Only free drinks today, no money taken for anything. I choose Dutch Bros coffee of the nearby Starbucks because i think their coffee is better, better priced and locally responsible to their community. Starbucks is over roasted and over priced. Their predatory practices against local mom & pop coffee shops are horrible. Not to mention Howard Schultz sold the sonics to be moved when local parties were willing to match $$. No matter how many people complain, local management obviously can care less how long your wait in line is. Today the line was literally wrapped around the building and there was no one walking around taking orders. That clearly means that after waiting forever you need to get to window and then order which takes another 5 min in between chatty staff that's trying to force conversation after you just been through hell to give them your money. I am sure I am just in the wrong demographic to appreciate this "coffee". I don't understand the hype. My grandpas instant Folgers coffee tasted better than this watered down brown liquid that is so weak it barely resembles coffee. I see lines at this place all the time with mostly 16-24 year old people buying it so I am guessing it is the sugary milk shake like drinks that do well? Prices are high and it is loud inside. Let me just start by saying the police really need to investigate all Dutch bros stores and search to see if there is drugs in their beverages. Because I swear every drink I get here has crack in it. Because it's just so unbelievably good. Tropical soda with the works is my go too! But honestly though I can't go a single day without one! My only couple complaints is that its significantly slower than the two Lacey Dutch bros stores. We waited for about 10 minutes at the window while they kept Messing up. I got mad and left with my bad tasting drink. She was able to make my day by making it correctly the first time in a reasonable amount of time. The location was very nice and the rest of the staff seemed fun and nice too. okay to get started I have only ever gotten one drink from Dutch bros which is a hand blended blue raz rebel but the last few times I've gone. they have not blended it all the way so I've just been getting a mouth full of syrup when I drink it which this is a almost 8$ drink + a tip on top on top so almost 10$ for one drink and they can't blend it right. So today I go because it's been a while since I've gone and I asked it they could make sure my drink it blended fully and when it's handed to me all I can see is the syrup sitting at the the bottom so I ask the lady if she could just reblend it that's all I wanted so I could enjoy my drink and this lady was so rude about it and wouldn't even reblend. Love these guys! Every single employee I've encountered is super friendly, engaging, and seems to genuinely care that you have a great day. The coffee is delicious, inexpensive, and not overly sweet if you get a flavored one. Yes, lines are long; they are a super trendy and popular company and it's their first month open in this location. That being said, they're damned organized and efficient! You might get in line at the drive thru with eight cars ahead of you, but you're not going to wait very long. I love the mission statement of the founder, his for the people attitude and morals, and the charitable contributions each location is required to make to their local community. Dutch bros is uniform. We've never had bad service and when we did not like something new, they were quick to make a faved regular.

Best service you will ever receive; insanely personable and friendly employees are there to help. The only place I go for coffee, elsewhere just doesn't compare to the drink variety and taste. You won't regret coming here for a quick drink. Prices are pretty average as well. 10/10 read more
