Horrible experience. I asked for a s'mores drink like the one in the left and the lady brought me the one on the right. I even clarified with her if it was the s'mores drink after she brought it was she said yes. They look nothing alike. I love how their menu is so festive and fun, however all the coffees are pretty sweet. They had some fun valentines specials on the menu, I got one that had pink whipped cream which was extra fun! One drink and a bagel sandwich was over $20 which seems a bit expensive. Also the interior and decorations were interesting. There were goddy table clothes on half the tables, although the valentines decorations were cute and fun. I love how their menu have a little drive thru window. Came here with a friend around 10:30 Sunday morning. It wasn't very busy so we were seen pretty quickly. The staff were friendly and helped us navigate the menu. I ordered their specialty v-day banana latte and a bagel sandwich. Although the latte flavors were great, it was extremely sweet and I only drank about half. Also on the pricier side, as I paid about $12. The bagel sandwich however was absolutely fantastic. I would've never thought to mix cream cheese and pesto together however it added an amazing taste to the sandwich. I would 100% come back just for the bagel sandwich! read more

Stopped in early during a road trip to grab our morning coffee. I picked it because their Instagram always features really fun looking drinks! I decided to choose something off of the holiday menu but their regular menu is already super extensive, it was so hard to decide! I went with the gingerbread horchata but when she brought it out she called it a gingerbread latte so I'm not sure if there is even horchata in it. It was tasty, and definitely creamier from the oat milk! We were surprised they were large sized cups but no complaints here, they put plenty of ice too. My husband's butterscotch shaken espresso was pretty good although not much shaken about it. Usually shaken espressos are lighter and foamier but it looked just like mine but with butterscotch drizzle. The place is pretty outdated but it was cool they had a drive thru. Very convenient! They also have tons of indoor and outdoor seating and a private parking lot. The workers were nice, although one was just on her phone in plain sight while the other girl made our drinks. I just have to come on here to say how much I love the young woman who always does a phenomenal job with my order and who always gives the best customer service. I love her so much. She seriously makes me feel like I'm an old friend every time I come. She also suggests new things to me that I try and always love. Last week I got the brown sugar shaken espresso per her suggestion and it was AMAZING. Then I couldn't stop thinking about it... so I came back today to get it again! When I pulled up she looked at me with her kind smile and she already knew I was going to get the same drink again! Then she said "I made cake pops! Want to try one?" Alison and her daughter are super kind and I feel as if i'm walking into my cousin's place whenever I come here. You feel that homey kind of feeling. Two breakfast bagel sandwiches, (one vegetarian) , one breakfast croissant sandwich, three drinks, and one cookie. $75.00! Two reasons I will not return...1) no prices on the menu, the surprise receipt in my opinion is evidence of being nickeled & dimmed. On the receipt I see the bagel sandwich starts out at $10.85, then there's a $1.00 charge for avocado $1.00 charge for cream cheese, a 0.50 cent charge for pesto (which I did not add) two more 0.50 cent charges for bacon, and turkey. The total for that Piggy Back Sandwich was $14.35. I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted the extras such as avocado, and pesto, as well as being told that the cream cheese, bacon, and turkey would be additional up charges. 2) I won't return because the amount of sugar being used is too much for my liking, and no sugar is not an option. It looks to me this place is known for their syrup usage, and not able to accommodate those who are health conscious. The matcha I ordered, and requested no sugar to be added, the matcha was so sweet I couldn't drink it. My assumption is that the matcha is a sweetened version, which I would have appreciated that honesty, not just to be charged for something I did not want. I wish I would have tried my matcha before leaving. Those are the two reasons, I will not return. I don't imagine an inflexible establishment to stay open long, especially when it's cheaper to go to Dutch Brothers for a caffeinated syrup soaked beverage. All together, I would have been happier going to Starbucks, getting a simple matcha latte, with a bagel. The sandwiches were not generously packed with fresh produce, the egg was the pre-made egg. Thin cheap cuts of deli turkey and bacon used in the sandwiches, and bruised skimpy slices of avocado being used, do not justify the $75.00 bill. My impression is that young college kids come here for the caffeinated syrup soaked drinks and do not ask about prices, and you do not get a receipt unless you ask for it. Yes, the Lady running the establishment is nice, the reason for my three stars. I hope this review prompts the owner to add prices to the menu, and include written notice of all the up charges, of cream cheese for the bagels, the avocado, and the pesto. Transparency is an important part of customer service. read more

If you want to find a friendly Cafe that has an amazing vibe then Alison's Cafe House is the place to be. Of course every new city I am in I have to yelp what is around. I was originally looking for a coffee spot and this popped up with such good reviews so I figured I'd give it a try. The place has a lot of parking, when you get there you'll notice a huge outdoor seating area. Once I walked in I was greeted right away with such friendly women. Both times, different workers were very helpful. My first time here the girl helped me pick something close to a iced caramel macchiato, she even made it vegan which was pretty cool. The drink menu here is endless I wish I could've tried them all. I also got a pastry which was good as well. The second trip here I was hungry and craving a bagel well since it was Friday during lent another girl was super helpful. I told her I would just get a plain bagel since their sandwiches all have meat and I couldn't eat meat this day. Well she tells me she can make it vegetarian for me lol I was all for it. So she made me a vegetarian bagel sandwich. Omg never have I ever thought a vegetarian bagel sandwich could taste so good. These girls got skills that work here. Today I went to get 2 lattes, as usual it was a 20 minute wait (your very lucky if you wait 10 minutes, I've waited 30 minutes before, for the same thing) Drive thru or inside the wait is the same. This time was different because I payed $18.60 for 2 lattes AND they changed there size to a smaller cup. Go if you want good coffee but you'll sacrifice your time and you'll be supporting a money grabber. I hope others see this company for what it is. I know there's other local coffee dealers that taste just as good and appreciate there customers way more, go support them instead:) read more
