They pay for 24 hours of rent, but they don't open until 4pm. What's the fix? Let's turn the space into a cafe by day and bar by night. Easier said than done obviously, but a slam dunk! Simple menu with coffee, tea, matcha, Bonfire burritos, and croissants. Iced Americano is my go to here. Now I will say, I'm usually disappointed with the lack of food items on hand. This has happened multiple times. However, it's worth noting that Mr. Biscuits is right next door (this is the move because they are fantastic!) Best part is that it's in a trendy wine bar atmosphere.
