My West Coast friend and I have a mission of finding the best boba spots in Colorado. Tsaocaa Tea is on our list of "legit" places! I can't exactly remember what I ordered, but the boba was perfectly chewy, and the milk tea tasted fresh and not too sweet. We hung out for a bit to chat since there was quite a bit of spacious seating. Didn't realize it's a chain but will have to come back again!

Cute place. Very wide selection of possible drinks with different kinds of boba. You order through the kiosk and there's only one so we actually had to wait for a little while to order. The people before us took a while to decide, understandable since the menu of choices is a lot. Prices aren't bad. I ordered the ube drink with boba and my friend tried the peach fruit drink with cheese foam and boba. Both were very good. The preach fruit drink was definitely different but a good different.

As an avid fan of boba from the west coast side, I say this place is definitely one of the better boba spots I have visited during my Denver trips :) Things to note: 1. Menu: Extensive options for types of drinks and toppings, including different types of brewed tea. For me, if a place has variety, unique and/or traditional options for tea, it's usually a good sign. 2. Quality: Ordered a Osmanthus Oolong Tea and Lychee Green Tea Slushie with Crystal boba, 70% sugar. Both drinks were the perfect sweetness and I love how you can taste the tea flavor in each one. Boba texture was chewy and sweet as well. 3. Cute handmade items: If you're like me, I love buying cute knick knacks from boba shops and got a cute boba keychain for $7. Nice quality too! Overall, will try to come back here again to survey the other drink types and flavors. Other than that, happy to discover a yummy tea spot :)

I am a boba connoisseur lol - I'm extremely picky with boba and there's not many boba places that will get a 5 start rating from me. Tsaocaa Tea definitely deserves it! The boba is 100000000% amazing! I absolutely love all the drinks I tried here, non of them were disappointing, they were all perfect! I love the fruit teas along with the ube! Whenever I'm back in town, this will be the first place I'll go to once I get off the plane! Hahaha

    Ube milk tea!

This unassuming tea shop in a strip mall in Westminster was the bomb dot com! I went in with two friends and got an Ube milk tea following their lead - the menu was extensive and fairly overwhelming for myself so next time I'll look ahead (so many different types of teas and styles, cold/hot, slushie style etc). The size was huge which worked well as it served as my lunch - it was fun to watch them make it and use their machine to seal it. The bobas at the bottom are always so fun to slurp up. Would definitely go back here and try another flavor! Nothing special with the interior tho - it's very bright and minimalist when you walk in; doesn't give you that cafe vibe where I want to stay and do some work on my laptop for a few hours. Nice quick and out spot.

Conveniently located next to h mart and also delicious! This is the perfect stop on the way back from the mountains for a refreshing drink. I tried the milk tea w tapioca and peach slushie with cheese - didn't add any additional sugar to the peach and it was perfect for a hot summer day!

Oh my! I'm so happy I tried this spot on a whim! The peach green tea with jelly is THE drink of the summer! I loved the juicy, peachy flavor and the cooling of the jellies. I ordered it at a standard sweetness and it didn't taste too sweet. I definitely will be back for more and to try further menu items. The staff was really welcoming and spent time explaining some menu questions! The menu has tons of options! The ambiance itself is trendy and perfect for those Instagram shots! It's a nice setting to just sit and enjoy your tea and take your time!

Cute location and very very clean. It was quiet and the menu is very busy so it is hard to read. I'd also say it was expensive for the quantity of what you got. I appreciate that they used light ice without me asking. I also loved that they had SO many popping boba options. The grapefruit and mango are always a must try

Very pretty drink. Baristas were both super nice and very friendly. What I like about Tsaocaa is that they have a variety of fruit teas and milk teas. I got a grapefruit and peach tea. I couldn't taste the peach very much but the tea was still very good. Prices are pretty average for a boba shop in Denver, with my drink coming to $7 after taxes. You can add additional toppings to the drink like boba for more and alter the sweetness level and amount of ice. There is plenty of parking by this location. Plenty of seating indoors if you want to hang out for a while.

Japanese melon green tea with jelly. The best drink I've come across!!

Brand new location! I was ecstatic to find this place while visiting and searching for Asian cuisine. I didn't know about it at first, but this place had people coming and going the whole time we were dining next door. Their drinks were so colorful and I knew I needed to participate too. I ordered their seasonal Japanese melon and nata jelly. It also had strawberry slices in it. My partner ordered the peach yogurt drink. They had such a huge variety of drinks. The melon green tea was nothing I've ever had! Slightly sweet, strong green melon flavor, and the green tea was not bitter at all. The nata jelly was delish and chewy! I had to fish out the strawberries and they were uber sweet too. The peach yogurt drink was nothing different, but it was refreshing! I would gladly come back and try all sorts of drinks. Bonus: the cups were sooooo thick and strong! They had high quality plastic and not anything that I felt would break holding it.

Stopped by here to get a quick boba before we head to the mountain to go snowboarding. I got the passion fruit and lime green tea. It was so good that in the end of our trip we came back here to get the same one. Nice boba place and have plenty of seatings for you to hang out with friends and enjoy your drinks.

Purple Potato Milk tea w/ bubble + Brown Sugar milk black tea w/ bubble

Tsaocaa is right next to hmart, so 90% of the time we're shopping at hmart, we're also getting boba. We've tried multiple places in the NW Denver suburb area and Tsaocaa is easily the best. I'm Taiwanese American and from the east coast, so I have a high standard for boba. This review is actually a 4.5 because the drink options are great and quality is good a majority of the time. What drops it a bit is having a couple of inconsistent experiences that have made some of our drinks subpar (too much milk or too much brown sugar, etc.), if that happens to you, try again, because they really are great most of the time. I always get the purple potato - they use real purple potato paste, the tea is strong, boba is cooked perfectly, and overall balance of flavors is great. My husband gets either the brown sugar w/ boba or the guava lime w/ jelly. If I didn't love the purple potato so much I would definitely try more of their fruit teas, they look so refreshing. If it's your first time ordering boba, know that you can customize almost all of the drinks with different levels of sugar and ice. I'm a person who doesn't like things too sweet and wants to taste the tea and 30% sugar is perfect.

Brown sugar boba milk and Lychee yogurt drink

Back again and they still have exceptional boba and jelly drinks, which is hard to find around here. The first time, I mistakenly walked in before they opened officially in the beginning of August. They were so nice and offered to give us drinks for free. We refused since we want their business to survive and stay put. Plus, the drinks were solid. Here's what I've tried so far: -Purple potato bubble milk - real mushed up purple potatoes. Lightly sweet. Chewy boba. -Taro bubble milk - Real taro chunks. Sweetness is perfect - not too sweet, not too watery. Again, boba's chewy, cooked through, and not gooey. -Mango yogurt milk - So refreshing with a true mango flavor and creamy. -Lychee yogurt milk - Same for this one. True lychee flavor with shreds of lychee mixed in and a generous amount of jelly. -Brown sugar boba milk tea - Asked for half sugar so it's not too decadent like Tiger Sugar's brown sugar milk tea. They have a good sense of making it the Asian sweetness I need. Boba's chewy (It seems they're consistent here with each boba batch) Other: Lots of space inside with minimal seating. Customer service was quick and friendly.

Not bad! Reminds me of a similar Taiwan boba chain in the Bay Area. Drinks tasted like tea and boba was soft and chewy.

I love ordering from rush bowls when I'm craving something sweet! I usually get the power bowl with…read moresoy milk and I usually get granola with strawberries or blueberries. I love it because it's not too sweet. Everyone is always super nice and chill and the whole ordering process is really quick and easy!

Was looking for a healthy option on a hot day…read more Was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the cash register, she gave me her recommendations and added yogurt and granola/strawberry to my base orders High Tide - seemed very artificial, like jamba juice type apple juice that is artificially flavored with tropical fruit flavor chemical - definitely no chunks of actual fruit inside the blended product Berry Fresh - seemed a little less artificial, maybe can see some blended berry skin - this was definitely tastier than the high tide Toppings were sparse (as there is no room in the container, surface area on top in small) so the more extras you pay for is not worth your money (you may get 1 sliced strawberry) and just overall felt very artificial. I don't typically take into account cost/value into my review however based on what I got for over $30 was just 2 cups of blended frozen juices and a sprinkling of toppings. This bad even with bay area standards of cost. Overall I don't think it's worth it to return, however it would be ok for those who are seeking a cold drink/snack
