I love Dutch Bros too much that i have to stop here every weekend before we go hiking in azusa because this location is in our way but i wont be coming back anytime soon because i was so disappointed with the girl that was taking the order in the drive-thru this Sunday 05/31 around 11am almost half naked wearing some mini denim shorts and every time she would bent down you could see her a** cheeks and not only that but she was being a little too friendly with the male customers. Great coffee! However, I must say I've been to this location many times, (for the coffee/closer location). However, the girl with short hair and studs (tomboy) is often quite dismissive and rude. She doesn't even greet you/acknowledge you nor show good customer service. This has happened every time she takes orders or hands out the coffee in the drive-thru completely ignores you. She should be much kinder instead of rude; maybe management should remind her to be more polite to customers. read more

While driving in the area I saw this new drive-thru coffee shop that was so cute. It was very lively with bright colors. I ordered a cocoa mocha with coconut milk, and a chocolate chip muffin that was amazing. The drink was hot, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. The muffin was beautiful. It was thick filled with goodness. They had a nice variety of coffee drinks shakes, and teas. Customer service was excellent. The only thing I did not like was that the young lady taking my order outside in the drive-thru line had on regular clothes so you could not tell she worked for Dutch Bros. I feel they need to wear uniforms or at least a shirt with the Dutch Bros name on it when taking orders. read more

I'm new to Dutch Bros. I'm not a coffee drinker, but when I saw they had Chocolate Milk, I had to check it out. It was the best fuc***g Chocolate Milk I've ever had in my life! It's not on the app, so you have to order it in person. You can get it in any flavor that they have coffee in. I got the Hazelnut Chocolate Milk with Caramel drizzle. Amazing. Greattttt! We have passed by this location every few weeks and watched it being built from the ground up. We were surprised to see a car at the drive-thru window on Thursday afternoon, when we were heading north to an appointment, so we planned to stop by on the way home. Granted, since the entire plaza is going through a revamp, getting in and out is a bit inconvenient, unless you are planning only to head north. If you need to head south, then it will take a few turns and etc. Apparently, this past Sunday was the Grand Opening, and I think as word "slowly" gets out, the lines are going to be crazy busy, like all other Dutch Bros locations. Ordering was pretty quick, as we were able to order our "off the menu" drink and even received some stickers! As much as I visit the Dutch Bros on Citrus, I have never received stickers. The only small gripe we did not prefer was that the music was super loud, like blasting right into our car (after ordering and before receiving our drinks). Even with the windows up, we could barely make out the other end of the phone call we were on. The drinks were made to our preferred liking and they tasted great! Great service, great coffee, and will most definitely visit again, probably when we only need to head north, and hopefully the lines will not be all the way on Azusa. read more

Today was the GrandOpening of a brand new DutchBros. Covina Dutch bros was the place to be this morning. Stopped in twice this morning to get some coffee because I am an absolute coffee lover. There is nothing better than a good espresso drink from DutchBros. Absolute love all the flavor options and the variety of beverages they serve here. I really feel like there is something here for everyone. From energy drinks to shakes and teas, espresso beverages, nitro and cold brew. I can't even imagine the combinations you could make. The Dutch20 (flavored water) is super trendy and this is the place to get it. Now enough about the great brand and beverages. Oh ya they have snacks too. Muffin tops and granola bars. Alright now on to the amazing customer service. These employees know about espresso and know about the brand they are representing. They were more than happy to share some of that info with me this morning. Jayden and Maddox took their time to go over drink options with me and help me decide. My second time around Ella was there and she enlightened me on all the amazing sugar free options available. I will say I was very surprised that I could get most of the popular drinks sugar free. But then Ella also reminded me that Soft Top is not sugar free. But that's okay. I'm glad she made sure to inform me so that I knew. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jordan the ship operator and the two managers Tony and Shelby. These people love their job and everything Dutch Bros stands for. Although I was not first for the Grand Opening they made everyone there feel special and welcomed. They each took their time to talk to me and welcome me to their newest location. I have had two disappointing experiences so far my first experience I was skipped in line and everybody else got their order taken except me until I got to the window that is when I had placed my order and my second experience barista wasn't even looking at my direction when handing my order instead she was just talking to her other coworker the WHOLE time and i was looking at the back of her head nor did she confirm what drink it was and wasn't even told thank you after receiving my drink after not even being able to acknowledge me at all. I visited this Dutch Bros and it was my first time visiting any Dutch Bros ever. I pulled up and the person came right out to take my order. She was helpful and gave great customer service. She provided me with all options availabe for my drink order. I ended up getting a Golden Eagle with protein and added vanilla flavoring. It was delicious. The price is equivalent to other coffee franchises. I'm guessing they are all expensive lol Overall, I'd be back when I'm in the area or near any DBC for that matter. Tried out this new Dutch Bros during a merch drop. I just had to go and grab a merch item they had with the purchase of a drink. It was this little white ghost duck. I love Dutch Bros and don't often leave a yelp review. But this stand definitely deserves it. I have gone to other shops in Oregon and Nevada, often during a time they are giving out a sticker or a merchandise item. Usually it's a mess. Complete disaster. But this location really seemed to have it together. There was a young lady named Ella who directed me towards the line and informed me that they would begin to give out the items at 3pm. She was very kind and friendly. I just love how she seemed calm cool and collected even with the chaos of people trying to block the drive thru and ask if they could get the items at 3pm before the start time. She handled it with kindness and grace. Absolutely amazing staff at this location. There was a young man named Maddox who was also very on-top of the 3pm rush to get a giveaway item. After I placed my order it was extremely quick to get to the window. I was welcomed greeted by Melanie who made sure my order was correct. I asked if I could talk to a manager for a moment. I was then greeted by Tony who was extremely kind and I let him know they were doing an amazing job. Tony let me know that Shelby and Him are the managers and have an amazing staff. I have to say I agree 100%. This shop was super quick, friendly and efficient. My drink was perfect and I was in and out in no time. Not only did I get a cool little duck at the mech drop they did. I got nice conversation, a perfectly made beverage, and some good conversation from some very friendly employees. Hats off to the staff at this location. GRAND OPENING!!! got there at 415am to support another SGV Dutch Bros - i've been to all 3 opening day. we were 9th in line and i just gotta say, holy crap they're on top of things! we had a larger order and 3 separate transactions which took 5 mins in itself to order (sorry ) however, we were in and out of that line in less than 10 mins. the broistas were dressed in cute outfits, they had great music playing and every drink we got was made perfectly. by far the quickest service i have ever had at dutch bros. i know its too early to compare them to any other shops, but so far theyre number 1 right now. this locations shop is way bigger than covina & bp, but the line is going to be interesting since it now leads into a residential area. read more
