There was only one worker on a Saturday night and she definitely looked like she could have used help. She was nice and open about the wait. The oolong milk tea was ok, tasted a little watered down and was like 90% ice which kinda sucked. Totally know there's ice, but within like 4-5 sips, there was only ice left behind. I absolutely adoree this boba shop!! Their Korean corndogs are my favorite food on the menu. They also always ask if you want to taste your drink to see if it is to your liking so there is absolutely no reason to be dissatisfied with your drink - just try it and communicate! Every single one of the employees has been nothing but kind and sweet! Jacqueline was especially kind and patient. It's also a great place to study at -- just make sure to ask for the wifi password when you order and they print it out for you! There's lots of seating with SO MANY OUTLETS! It's amazing because many places have limited seating with access to outlets but all tables and chairs here literally have access to at least one. I wish more people knew about this place because it's so underrated and so close to the colleges. Even the merch is super cute . Sweet Boba Co. is one of the few Boba places here in Glendora. I was looking for new places to try in the area and this is one that popped up. I'm pretty sure I've been in this plaza before for sushi years ago. There are a couple tables inside where people can sit down and enjoy their drinks. The team members were very nice and explaining the different options and toppings that they have. Overall, the drinks are pretty good for the area. There aren't too many other boba places around Azusa Glendora. The cup sizes tend to run a little bit smaller so the regular size is not a gigantic cup like most places have now. Lots of fun decor inside and you can take lots of cool Instagrammable pictures inside as well. The location is very spacious with high top seat and a few tables. It's a nice and clean location which would be good place to relax or study. The service was extremely friendly and courteous. She was very welcoming and genuinely kind! We decided on getting some matcha drinks from the Matcha Series. The staff also mentioned you can get a mochi donut for $2 with a drink purchase. What a pretty shop! The flowers definitely made the shop super pretty and aesthetically pleasing. We grabbed a chocolate sprinkle mochi donut for the kids that my kids loved and devoured. The mochi donut was soft and chewy but not overly sweet. I really enjoy their tea and thought the sweetness was perfect for me. The location is a little small but they do have plenty of seats and tables on the side for anyone who wants to sit and chill. We made a quick stop for some boba and were really happy with their house milk tea! We ordered it at 100% sweetness and with custard pudding (they said their boba isn't made until 11am btw). They only had their large size available when we were there, but that was totally fine for us. They also gave us a mochi donut as part of their soft opening, and it was lightly crispy on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside. It's cute and not too oily, but I would say that a thinner layer of frosting would help to moderate the sweetness of the donut. read more

The matcha they use is high quality and the flavors of their drinks are on point- exactly to our preference. Everyone in my party loved their drinks. Sweet Boba Co. is a new boba cafe currently in its soft opening phase. What caught my eye was the cute and aesthetic interior: marble countertops, plush velvet seating, and flowers hanging from the ceiling. This place has taken over the footprint of two previous businesses, so the interior is quite open and spacious. The drinks include the usual assortment of coffee, tea, smoothies, etc. in the usual flavors of mango, passion fruit, brown sugar, etc. with the usual toppings of boba, lychee, pudding, etc. The menu is actually a little overwhelming with many different options, so a "top 10 drinks" section would've been helpful, but overall this is nothing that boba connoisseurs haven't seen before. I'm sure you can ask the staff for recommendations because they're very friendly and eager to help! Regardless, I stuck with my usual strategy of trying one fruit tea and one milk tea: - Passion fruit, orange, guava tea: A classic Hawaiian trifecta, this P.O.G. had a good balance of fruity citrus notes, though not as strong on the tea flavor as I might've hoped. - Almond milk tea: This one had a nice, strong almond flavor and was not too sweet at 75% sweetness. The texture was creamy (as a milk tea should be) and not watered down at all. Recommend! Prices are between $5-6 for regular-sized drinks and $6-7 for large drinks, which is an average price in 2024. I like that they ask you to try your drinks when you receive them; this practice reminded me of some of the more artisan tea shops like Orobae in Irvine (R.I.P.). In addition to drinks, they also have mochi donuts, some fried foods, and Korean corn dogs. When I visited, they were running a promotion where you can get a free mochi donut with any drink purchase. I'm not sure how long that lasts, but it gave me the opportunity to try some of the mochi donuts, which were soft and chewy and actually not too sweet, despite the name. Overall I'd say this is one of the nicer boba shops in the Azusa/Glendora area. Maybe not the best in the entire SGV, but the service is good and there are plenty of drink options so you never get bored. The mochi donut was so pleasant! I really enjoyed the texture. It was almost brioche like. I generally do not enjoy mochi donuts, so this was a nice surprise My family shared the hot Cheeto, Korean corn dog. This was unlike any other Korean corn dog I have enjoyed. The corndog was smothered with nacho cheese to adhere the hot cheeto crumbs. It was hefty! Unfortunately, napkins were not readily available. The person helping me on the register was able to help give me some paper towels from the automatic dispenser behind the counter.
