Pit stop while running errands. Just needed a boost of matcha strawberry oat milk tea. I asked for oat milk btw. Drinks here are not overly sweet so make sure to check the % sweetness when you order. There's usually one person working here so it may take a few minutes to get your order if that's the case. I highly recommend ordering online so you can avoid the wait. Café is always clean and tidy. Parking on site.

A hidden Gem in Glendora! Very spacious inside. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and quick. Drinks were delicious and fresh. Will be back to try more.

Update: We just tried their new Viet coffee with Ube. It's strong but very tasty. If you haven't had Vietnamese coffee before just know it's stronger than other coffees. Glad they started selling coffee here.

    Ube Vietnamese coffee

This tea place is very cute. It has a nice welcoming feeling. The employees, I think the owners served me and they were very sweet. I tried their new Ube coffee and it's amazing!! Highly recommended!!

Super super yummy! Got the strawberry banana smoothie with almond milk and boba!! Fast service. Lady helping us was super sweet too!

    Taro with strawberry popping Boba

The Boba came with variety and many options to choose from, love how much they served in the cup, really good Boba! Usually Boba place workers seem sad however they were happy and nice, lid also was neat unlike other places! Would come again.

Have you  tried a drink before and from the first sip you felt so relaxed and happy? " the Blushe" drink from Yoxi teatime was such happiness in a cup of tea. The rose blossoms with osmanthus rose oolong tea was exceptional!. It was very fragrant and perfectly  sweetened. I convinced my husband to try it and he liked it too. I ordered also  "Tropical parad-ice" which was a mixture of dragon Fruit , Passion fruit, mango & green tea slush. It was a very refreshing drink. I couldn't leave without ordering some light snack from them. So we got, fried cheese wontons, fried Fish balls and Turkey Avocado toast. Everything was very flavorful with the right texture and seasonings. Yoxi has a reward program which is cool. I got one of my drink free  since I go frequently and I accumulate points. The staff are very nice and the service is fast. The shop is always spotless  and smell very fresh and clean. I totally recommend this branch. Definitely, I will be back soon.

Closer to a 3.5 rating. Was craving boba and found this shop nearby. Got their signature fruit tea with boba (less ice, 50% sweet) and popcorn chicken. The boba had a nice hard but chewy texture and the fruit tea was refreshing. However, i felt like the drink had no flavor and tasted diluted - not sure if it's because I got it 50% sweet. The popcorn chicken was crunchy and juicy but i wish they put some sort of seasoning on it - was a bit bland (usually places ask how spicy and add a seasoning for flavor).

    Brown sugar milk tea w/boba

My fave boba in the area! Drinks are always delicious. Service is always friendly. Chezka was a delight. I'll be back a million more times!

    Brown Sugar Milk Tea

I wish I could write a stronger review for this place, since the service was great. Unfortunately, for me the drink did not hit the spot. It was pretty heavily on the sweet side compared to other brown sugar milk teas I've had, even after I got reduced sweetness. Overall, it is a solid place to study and spend time with friends, but I might choose a different drink (and sweetness setting) the next time I come.

I love this place! Their drinks are hands down the best! My fav: avo-cuddle and tarolicious (which is only available on weekends) Good service and spacious for anyone to hang out or study

    Popcorn chicken

No boba in the brown sugar boba I ordered and the popcorn chicken was horrible. Customer service is bad too. They should tell people to take a straw if they are not going to hand them out.

    Brown Sugar Boba..

Decided to grab boba after lunch and found this place on Yelp. 4 and a half stars? Why not! Their menu is pretty extensive and if I have known they served food, I would have eaten here. I ended up ordering the Oreo Cookie Smoothie, Watermelon Green Tea Boba, Strawberry Slushie with popping Strawberry Boba, Jasmine Green Milk Tea Boba, and the Brown Sugar Boba. The Brown Sugar Boba was amazing!! And everyone else seemed to have enjoyed their drinks. I was a little disappointed because I really wanted to try the Tarolicious Boba but they were all out. Welp! Another reason to go back!

Ask the Community - Yoxi Teatime

What type of milk is used in the milk teas and Thai milk tea?

For the milk tea we use nondairy creamer but you can substitute with coconut milk, oat milk or almond milk as well.

Is this place still open? I visited two days in a row, once at 11am and once at 11:20, and it was locked and all the lights were out.

I was just there Tuesday and it was open. Maybe short staffed those days you went?

Is their any kind of other milks?

Yes. We have almond milk and coconut milk substitute.

Do they have vegan/lactose free milk options?

Yes, we do have coconut milk and non-dairy creamer.

    Do they accept card?

Yes. We accept card and Apple Pay as well.

    Is there WiFi?

    Yes.

At the time, my own area had lost electricity too, so their kindness really meant a lot. A year later, in May 2026, I came back because I could not stop thinking about the guava pastry I had tried before -- and somehow it was EVEN better than I remembered. It was so good I completely forgot to take a picture before eating the whole thing I also ordered a ham sandwich on a jalapeño bagel with everything on it, and it was amazing. That one at least survived long enough for a photo! The location is tucked inside a business-looking building, so if you see the UPS sign, you're in the right spot. There's also a fingerprint scanning place in the same area. Inside is super cute and cozy with seating to hang out. Highly recommend -- not just for the food, but for the kindness and community they showed when people needed it most.

There were three employees behind the counter, but it didn't feel like there was any sense of urgency. The young lady at the register had an unpleasant attitude, and instead of focusing on orders, she turned around and started chatting and flirting with a coworker. It honestly felt like they weren't prioritizing getting orders done, which made the whole experience worse. I've had much better experiences during the weekdays, especially when the older women is there service is quicker and more professional. Overall, this visit left me pretty pissed. The coffee didn't even taste the same as it usually does. I hope management looks into improving weekend staffing and customer service. To your response : I read your response, and honestly, it comes off more defensive than helpful. You can list timestamps, review footage, and explain internal processes all you want, but none of that changes the actual customer experience. We waited around 18 minutes for drinks in what looked like an empty café. If there were multiple orders ahead of us, that clearly wasn't communicated, and that's part of the problem. Trying to discredit my review by saying it's "not supported by the facts" is a bit much. My review reflects exactly what we experienced standing there. From our point of view, there was a lack of urgency, and the staff did not appear focused on getting orders out. That's not an "attack," it's an observation. Also, the tone of your response is pretty telling. Instead of acknowledging how the situation could have been handled better from a customer perspective, you chose to argue and basically suggest we're wrong. That's not a great look for a business. At the end of the day, you're focused on defending your team, and I'm focused on the experience I had and it wasn't a good one. I stand by what I said.

And this place qualifies. Had the champurrado latte and it was excellent -- smooth, balanced, and actually tastes good and not overly milky and Not overly sweet, not burnt, not trying too hard. Just well-executed. The space is clean, calm, and feels intentional -- which already puts it ahead of most spots in the San Gabriel Valley. Outside of a few places in Pasadena, real specialty coffee is rare around here, so this was a pleasant surprise. They also sell quality beans to go (huge plus), and the staff is friendly enough -- maybe a little edge here and there, but that's basically part of the modern coffee shop experience at this point. I came for the coffee anyway. Bottom line: this is one of the very few places in the area actually doing it right. I'll happily keep coming back to -- Elite badge or not.
