I went to Dutch car wash as I was going to sell my 2019 Toyota Tacoma and wanted to get it cleaned. After I got my car washed I went and took pictures only to see that the passengers doors was completely scratched to bare. And the passenger mirror had a plastic break off. Pre car wash my car had no scratching nor missing plastic on my mirror. Not sure what to do but leave a bad review my car has lost 7k in value by these damages. read more

I'm really not one to leave bad reviews but everything in the reviews are true. The brushes will scratch up your car I have a brand new 2022 jeep Cherokee and I've only been to that car wash since I had my car which was two weeks. I've been to this car wash two times since then and every time I have new scratches I guess from their brushes on my bumper and side doors. I didn't make a fuss about anything I just cancelled my membership and will look for hand washing places. Noah was cool about canceling it no hassle and didn't even ask why. read more

I recently drove cross country and figured why not get my car washed. The service attendant was pleasant for the most part. He informed me of a special and thought, heck why not. I got the basic package, thinking it would get the dirt off the lower part of my car, but unfortunately it did not. My tires and bumper were just as dirty as they were prior to entering. I was also told the vacuums were free, and after I moved my car twice, because they did not work I got fed up and left. I do not know how this place in Aurora CO was ranked so high, but I am pretty disappointed. The facility could have at least provided paper towels near the vacuum station, especially since the lower part of the car doesn't get cleaned. Overall definitely not worth the 10$ I paid.  Maybe I just had bad luck with my first time experience, but its enough to prevent me from ever returning. read more

If you care for your vehicle, and dont want to deal with bad customer service. Dont go here, after the car wash ripped off my grill, the manager told me that they are not responsible for any damages that the car wash dose to the car... I have never heard that in my life, I bring a new car, that's never being hit or has any damage and I leave with my car grill in my hand? Its screwed down , it's not a aftermarket part, and to prevent any car from getting damage. I informed the manager to check the sensors on that roller, he had the odasaty to tell me that that washer dont have sensors, or switches, or photo eye.... The best part is that this happen on November, I canceled my membership on December and I havent gone to that car wash for more the a month but they are still charging me. Thieves, bad customer , bad car wash that dont get any maintenance. Dont care if any cars get damaged and they wont pay for it and even if you cancel your membership, they will keep charging you. read more

This car wash opened up earlier this week. After a long road trip with kids, my car needed some lovin'. Took my car in for a free top tier cash wash. Every staff member I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. Today was the last day to get a free car wash, so the place was packed. Nonetheless, the staff was responsive and very organized. The free vacuums are AMAZING! Better than other express car washes I've been to. Plus, with two kids, you can only imagine what was sucked up in that thing. LOL! Ew. I would give it 4 stars for a couple reasons. One, the back of my Honda CRV didn't get as clean as I would have liked. I recommend when you're done getting it washed, give it a good wipe-down at the vacuum station. Second, I wish there was a vending machine with items to wipe down windows and inside of my vehicle. That way I can have a nice clean car inside and out. They do have a couple mat cleaning stations if you have carpet mats. I have weathertech, so I will need to clean those myself. All-in-all, I would pay the $17.99 for the top tier after the promotion ends. read more

I asked if they would be sure to get it off, and all they offered me was to ride through again. When I pointed out that it didn't clean my car, the agent said, "what do you expect, it's just water!" They even started carrying doggie biscuits, her absolute favorite car treat, because they love saying "Hi" to her so much Halloween is the COOLEST!!! I love that you can do a monthly service and you can just pull in and have your car washed. I wish the wash would clean the back of my car just a little better but for the price it does a good job. The vacuums are hit and miss. For the most part they all work great and have great suction but every now and then I will get one that is weaker and doesn't work as good. I still highly recommend this car wash. The staff are always friendly and nice and I have never had a problem with the monthly billing and such. Over all a great car wash place! read more

I initially went to this car wash with a free car wash offer to try it out. I liked it so I signed up for the monthly subscription. When I got home however, I noticed a piece of the material they use to scrub the car jammed into my mirror. It would not come out without removing the whole mirror and I have still yet to remove it. It also cracked the mirror cap at this time. I told a supervisor that kinda brushed it off. I was in and out of Colorado for the next few months so I did not really have time to bring it down and talk to a manager. A couple weeks ago once I was back in town, I took my other car to get washed before going out. Everything was normal like my license plate being bent from the wash. This annoys me but again, I wasn't too worried about it. Later that night when I left my destination, my tire was noticeably deflated. I proceeded to drive slowly to the next gas station so I could put air in the tire. That's when I found out that there was a hole in the sidewall of my tire and no nail or anything else that I could see that caused the damage. The hole was in the very center of the sidewall so it had to be something that came out perpendicular to the tire. I'm very careful when I drive my second car because it has expensive aftermarket rims and tires on it and I'm always very conscious about my driving because of this. I know I did not rub against anything while driving the short distance that I did so the only thing that makes sense is from the foam that runs against the tires at the car wash when you exit. The next day I told the manager and it seemed like he was going to try and help me out. For the next couple of days we talked back and forth until he told me to bring the tire in physically so he could look at it. The manager Glen looked at the tire and said that there was nothing on camera that could confirm that they caused it which I understood because that would be hard to see. So I then told him about my mirror and how it got damaged. He said he would see what he could do. In the meantime, I called the local dealership and got a quote to see how much I would be out of pocket. They told me $700 to replace the mirror assembly and the cap and my tire would cost me $250 to get another replacement so that's almost $1000 in damage they cause me for the $35 I pay them each month. The manager Glen called me back today after we made a claim to see if they could at least pay to fix the mirror to which he said they would be unable to cover my car because it was older than 15 years old which is absolutely ludicrous. If that's the case, then they should not be allowed to wash cars that are older than 15 years. I'm very upset with this company, manager, and establishment and I will continue to tell people of the horror story of customer service that I experienced here. For all that they caused my car to be, they only ever spoke about compensating my monthly subscription for a month or so. Long story short, stay away from this car wash if you care about your car! read more

It could be perfect except it never ever dries the vehicle. You must hand dry your vehicle after the wash and even though it says it is filtered water it will leave spots if you do not towel dry. I complained about not drying over 10 times but was told the system is highly- coordinated and that it should dry better with time except it never did. Final straw was being sent away because they changed their hours without informing members and now they close at 8pm in the summer as of June 2021. It is truly insane bc if they would just fix the dryer it would be perfect. Well that and not up and deciding to close earlier in the summer. Was a member since 4/2019 and not once did my car exit dry. Staff was great, always apologizing over the dryer but I had finally had enough. read more

The vacuums are really good. Every time I've been there, the vacuums are always way better than what I pay at a local gas station for and the vacuums are part of the car wash for free. The actual car wash is alright, if your car was really dirty or full of bugs, then there is a little film leftover. read more

I signed up for the monthly unlimited pass which is a great deal. It's close by and the staff has been very friendly. I'd give it a five star except that this last time I noticed that my rear license plate was a little bent from the wash. Other than that I am happy this place opened up - we've needed a good car wash in this area. read more
