Tune down your damn air dryer. Yes I understand you want speed, however this is ridiculous. You're going to break parts and become costly for everyone involved. You had it so powerful, it bent my license plate. My windshield wipers was lifting up. If those broke I would started a scene and not post a review. Overall it's a good car wash, but for the love of humanity, fine tune it so it's not so powerful. Trust me you don't need that much power to the point it bends metal. read more

You can pay without talking to other people, but there are also employees waiting outside to help you. There are vacuum stops where you can park afterward. If your car has always been washed with contactless except water power pressure only, washing your car at Dutch Carwash will create a smear of cat scratches on the body of your car. There's no such thing as scratch-free if hard objects touch or make contact on your car, I think even it advertises as such. I didn't see the scratches because of the metallic paint. When the sun shines right on the car at the right angle, you can spot the scratches. Something I want to share to those who care for their cars the way I do. read more

Do not I repeat Do Not go to this car wash! I went in today with a perfectly operable side driver's mirror and came out with it totally torn off of my car. The so called "manager" Logan said they were not responsible, argued with me AT LENGTH about the issue and refused to give me the owner's phone number to contact. I was able to locate the owner's name Willy Beumer and phone number myself. This was a very unprofessional, uncalled for, rude experience with this business and their "manager." This car wash is so fun! They always have really funny jokes on the outside and their customer service is great. Ricky helped us choose a wash and pay and he was super friendly and helpful. I took advantage of an introductory one month offer for the price of one car wash which I thought was a good deal and an opportunity to check them out. I was told by the lady who pitched the deal there was no recurring deduct from my credit card, which she volunteered and I validated before accepting the offer. Sure enough, my credit card was charged at the end of the month. I got a cancellation and refund from the young lady working when I drove over to resolve the issue (at great inconvenience) and she was very nice in handling it. The car wash was average. Love this place, so high tech and fast. I so longer have to take 45 minutes to an hour of my day to get the car washed. I can my car washed in monites on my way to work or on my way home. The staff was super friendly and even the owners themselves provided direction. I haven't signed up for the wash club but will do on my next stop. read more

I have frequented this car wash many times but am always bummed that the dryer never completely dries my car. I would love to drive completely out of a car wash and not have to stop and dry my whole car. It would be nice if they could slow you down when exiting for a more thorough dry. I prefer a hand wash car wash but Dutch Car wash is pretty cool for what it offers. I personally do not want to clean out my car, vacuum, etc but Dutch makes it easy. The auto car mat washers are pretty cool, and the vacuums are not bulky. And it does a good job washing the outside of my car. Bottom line everything is user friendly, the staff are all super nice and very helpful. They guide you through the process so you don't end up damaging your car. This is very important to me because I've had memberships before and my car got dents and scratches and the staff were indifferent about it. But not at Dutch CarWash. I love it and I highly recommend them. read more
