Beware, Do not buy from here. Cars has swirl marks in paint. I was sold one with them on the car as a new car. If I seen this in the sun before I brought the car, I would not have brought it. Also, they attempted to correct it at the dealership. Do not let detailing touch your car there. I came back with major clear coat damage and a scratch on my small passenger mirror. They never called me back after multiple attempts for not correcting the swirls. I have to now contact them about my glass. read more

Deplorable customer service. It's virtually impossible to talk to a live person who will give you actual answers. They prefer either AI generated answers or texting which they never respon to. Also, I did manage to speak to a person in service named Mike who I was told was a service manager. He answered my initial question, but I called back because I had another simple question. I asked for him since I'd just spoken with him. When he.answered the phone and heard my question ( regarding the price he literally just quoted me) he said he needed to transfer me to another service advisor. Said service adviso,r ARIC, was most easily reached by text. I never received a response to my text nor a return phone call and it has been over 24 hours. I canceled my appt and will not be returning if at all possible. Would give zero stars if it were an option. If you expect responsive and timely customer service run as far and fast from this business as you can! read more

Major shout-out to this location. I purchased a brand new Honda from Honda Cassat. The maintenance package was supposed to be honored at ALL Honda dealerships. Closest to me was Duval Honda on Philips which honored it for a few months... and then refused to accept. I came here because I got a notice a while back that my airbag on my 2003 Acura TL was faulty and needed to be replaced at an authorized dealership. Duval Acura's service department is the top of the line in regards to customer service and professionalism. My service person was Jovie and he was extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. He even gave me a loaner car for the short hour it took to replace my airbag. Very nice. I actually had an opportunity to interact with several people that worked at this dealership and service department. Every single experience was positive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here if you need your car serviced. I was extremely impressed where the cleanliness and organization of this business. I actually live closer to Duval Acura's rival dealership but I rather drive the longer miles to Duval Acura knowing that I will get the VIP treatment from the guys at the Service Dept. I have been going at this dealership for over a decade now. My current, main service advisor is Jovie Quinto. He has always delivered as promise. But even prior to Jovie, I have always had a great experience with any of Duval Acura's service advisors. I never once ran into any issues. This dept works as a unit, like a family. The facility is always clean. Lounge area is always stacked with snacks and fruits. Coffee is made nice and hot. Loaner cars are provided as promised. Service and work is delivered the way it is explained. Need I say more and what more can I ask for? I am a customer for life. read more

My husband and I recently purchased an Acura from here and the customer service was beyond impeccable. Our other car is a Honda and needed some maintenance on it. After taking it to the Honda dealership down the street and receiving less than mediocre customer service, we decided to stop by Acura and see what their pricing would be to complete the repairs on our Honda. Now I knew these people were awesome but after today, I just know for sure that they truly are ALL about customer service. Not only were they 8000x nicer than the Honda dealership, they were about $130 cheaper. I cannot rave enough about this place. Absoultely NIGHTMARE experience!!! Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from here.I had my car a few weeks & kept hearing a humming loud noises from the tires, turns out the ENTIRE under carriage is rusted & wheel bearings are shot! Brakes are locked. I bought a 2013 Mazda CX5 & turned out it had Flood damage. They are literally doing NOTHING to assist me & I have a bumper to bumper warranty. The service department is a joke, liars & untrustworthy. (By name: Jovi. He lied straight to my face & said my car was driven but never was tested to see the issue) If this review can save you from their lies & service... Great! Because it's HORRIBLE! I took my car to Duval Acura after a terrible experience at another dealership service department that botched a job and lied to me about it. Jovie Quinto saved the day at that time and continues to be amazing. He is my trusted service manager and he is superb. Jovie is such an amazing service manager that he only ever recommends what is actually really need for my very old, high mileage car. Not only that, but I moved from the area a few years ago and have called him a few times for his professional opinion when I couldn't reach another mechanic and needed some quick advice. Amazing. He really goes above and beyond. If/when I am ever back in the Jacksonville area, I will continue to bring my car to Duval Acura for my service. This service was provided by Acura Duval Service Department at Jacksonville off Atlantic Boulevard. As some of you already experienced, when you get your car service for an oil change or any types service, there will be additional service needed that require immediate attention. And a good customer will always say, "I will get back with you with the other issues, as for right now perform the oil change." Yes, this happened to me. I went for a schedule oil change because the change oil reminder came on my 2009 Honda Fit with 55,000 miles. After the oil change was done, I was told by the service representative that I will need new brakes, alignment and fuel line service, which will cost almost $500 dollars. I always have my car service with this Honda service dealership but during that time, I was having second thoughts about the quality of service they were providing. My other vehicle is a 2011 Acura MDX, being service by the provider as stated above, I asked Joey, my service provider if he can have my Honda Fit inspected by his auto technicians. I told him what about the brakes issue and the other issues. I made an appointment to bring the car. (Which by the way is the best thing to do). The day when I brought the car, I handed him the keys and he asked for my driver's license. I told him "if the breaks needed to be changed go ahead and do the job." Though his quote was higher than the Honda Service Department, I did not have any objections because safety is an issue here. The best thing Joey did for me was to issue a loaner car, and I got a 2012 Acura TSX for the whole day. I never asked for it on the first place, but his answer was simply. "Jim, we take care of our customer's period." At the end of the day, I was a very satisfied customer. From Joey's experienced, he informed me that the "fuel service" is not required, he also had the technician performed an inspection on the rear disc drums, and they required cleaning. The charge was very reasonable. Complimentary wash and vacuuming was performed as well. I am definitely having my Honda fit service with this provider from now on. They have excellent customer service; they are very professional and stand by their performance claims. By the way, if you happen to be waiting on your car, they offer variety of cool soda's, water, fruits and snacks. They have variety of coffee, tea and hot chocolate choices too. read more
