I had damaged my valve for showerhead, so I needed it fixed. Quoted me $1200 to fix what you see in the wall there. Thought it was high, but had no choice cuz if I did nothing they were going to charge me $195 for just showing up. Before the work started, I had 3 valve cartridges (2 white), then on his request bought a third (1 blue) to fit the current valve housing. My two did not fit, so I bought a blue to fit. So it leaked, then we said do the 1200 fix. So he left me with only one cartridge. He either took the other white one with him and used the one I bought. Or since its a new valve housing, he used one of my white ones and took the blue one which fits the old housing and probably returned it to Lowe's his self. That is one issue, he took my cartridge that did not belong to him and now I cannot return my stuff for a refund. Second issue is, the way he left my drywall. He damaged good drywall, and now I have to pay for a bigger drywall job due to his lack of doing it right. Oh, by the way, called a couple plumbers today and they would have done the job for 600-800. I've used this company a several times over the past few years and it depends on which plumber you get. The last one showed me his $458 quote for 10-minute job I have the part for. I told him to get the hell out of my house and off my property and the hell if I pay the service fee to rip me off. The prior week I had 2 jobs done by one of their plumbers at my boyfriend's residence for about what this one little job he was going to charge me for. I called because I'm not able to lift anything heavy before open heart surgery and I guess he thought I had stupid written on my forehead because I'm a woman and he thought he could take advantage. Beware because one job got done and it took multiple phone calls because the plumber wanted to bad mouth the company that made my hot water heater and not bother with warranting my part. I did finally get my $180 back. Plumber thought he'd play it off and not itemize my receipt, he was wrong. My 67 year old father had just had hip surgery and his old chrome p trap blew out and he needed it replaced. For the first time in his life, he was helpless and couldn't fix it himself. This is a man who can build a house with his bare hands. This company saw their opportunity to take advantage of him and charged him $820 for a 2 feet of pvc pipe and 2 hours of work. I have been trying to get ahold of a service manager since for over three weeks for an explanation of how the amount of the bid became so high. On the bid there is no itemization for parts, labor or service call. I can't imagine how many other elderly folks they have taken advantage of but the price on this bid just doesn't seem right. I sent the bid and the before and after pictures to the plumbing company I have used for years in OKC and they said the work was done incorrectly and extra things were added that weren't needed. Also, they would have charged $350 tops and that included driving to Tulsa. The time for "making it right" has expired. BEWARE NEW OWNERSHIP ! I wish that I had checked with Yelp first rather than the other site that is full of fake reviews. I had a plumbing issue in 2023 and I called Duvall. I thought that $250 was outrageous for a 30 minute job but I paid it. Fast forward 2 years and I had an identical issue elsewhere. The plumber came out and quoted me $500!! for the identical issue. He showed me a copy of his price sheet, and let me know that they are "under new ownership". Inflation rate was 2.9% in 2024 and 2.7% in 2025, this si nothing short of greed especially is these difficult times. I refused their " service", and paid the $87 service fee. I will seek out another that doesn't price gouge. read more

0 out of 5 - we scheduled them for a Saturday service call after being told they do not charge extra for weekends. The tech got there and we told him we were 99.99% sure we needed the flange replaced on a toilet - my husband didn't have the right drill to do it himself. We asked him how much he told us $375 if he repaired the flange if he had to replace it started at $500 but if they had to cut into the concrete it would be closer to $1400. This was shockingly high and I said so. The tech was visibly uncomfortable even though we were still polite we just called out the crazy high price. Then said well it cost 150 just to have a us come out and remove the toilet and replace the wax ring and reset it. Then he said I could remove the toilet for you put some towels around and let you call around and get estimates from other companies. He said this defensively and it was confusing - I told him I couldn't afford $1400 but let's have him assess it to see if we can get by with the repair for the 375 - he then continued to say well I do t want you to be unhappy so if you want I can just put towels around it and you could try fixing it yourself. It was obvious he didn't want to do the job and wanted to leave. I told him a total of 3 times we wanted him to look at the flange and assess and we would go from there. We already had a good idea of the problem and the chances of it being greater were small. So he goes to his truck 10 minutes later comes back with some tools and removes the toilet. He assessed and said the flange was rusted out there was no leaking around it and it could be fixed with the repair kit. Now here's where it gets shady. He quoted us $375 for the job. Now after he's started he tells us it's going to be 375 + 150 ???!!!!!! Now am angry. He said the 375 is only for the flange and the 150 is for the removal and reset of the toilet. If you have a plumber come into your home - see a toilet set up and are ask about what it's going to cost to replace the flange - they tell you 375 - wouldn't you think that job included removal of the toilet which is required to get to the flange and putting the toilet back on???? And yes I asked our plumber this same question and he mumbled that the company wants them to enter it this way. That had nothing to do with the fact that he quoted us 375 - then started doing the work and was now adding on an additional $150. Is explanation didn't make sense either like he was tricking us into paying for 3 separate repair issues. We were stuck though because he told us we would be charged 87 service fee and the 150 for removing the toilet and then we'd still have to find another company to come out on a Saturday and fix the problem. I asked my husband what he wanted to do because I was so mad at being lied to and taken advantage of - he said we had to go ahead and finish the job so he let him do it. I told him before we agreed I need the estimate in writing so he doesn't try to add anything else on there - he left again and stayed in his truck for another 20 minutes. Had my husband sing the estimate then said he had to leave to get the part. 30-45 minutes later he came back - I stayed quiet and didn't really say much to him but tried to be pleasant and let my husband deal with him. I still am so angry though because I feel robbed. Their business model as far as I can tell is to lie about pricing to the customer and wait until it's a massive problem to stop the work and then hit them with inappropriate fees. Old customer review: Shocked and Disappointed! From trustworthy to unreliable! To anyone needing plumbing service: RUN! Big occasion celebrating at my house and right before the guests arrive all the toilets showing plumbing issue suggesting a clog in the main pipeline. I called Duvall immediately and got an emergency quote with text and email confirmation. Expecting a plumber to come, I waited hours and explaining to guests who are over. From half pass five till close to 9pm, I called four times. From " there is technician available and will be there as soon as possible" to "expect between 6-8pm..." half pass 8 closer to 9 pm, first call from the technician changing the price to 570+ dollars and saying that he just received a message regarding the appointment... upon the request to see the supervisor, the technician said I might hear a call in two days. Big company with just one phone number: 918-991-0123. You don't even know where or which country they are calling from. Now the calling center that this phone number directs to takes all the blame? Thank your for using four important hours to tell me how unreliable you have become. Great show of inconsistency and incompetent customer service. read more

Be careful with these guys, they don't stand by their work. They installed a water heater whose amperage requirements were more than my breaker is rated for. Charged me a premium way above what the work should cost and are now telling me I have to hire an electrician to make it right. Copper work was well done and installation was clean, however considering the price I paid was triple the cost of the new heater and they will not make it right, I cannot recommend this company. read more

Clearly described service needed. Gas log fireplace burner not staying lit. Schedulers confirmed the company has gas certified technicians that can fix it. Tech arrived next day, stated he was not trained on this and the company does not provide this service, but still charged a trip charge. Issued a complaint by phone and in writing. The company misrepresented their expertise, and should not charge trip charge if they knew in advance they were not trained to fix it. After an absolutely horrible experience with another plumbing company, I called Duvall. From the first call (Jordan, that answers calls and makes appointments etc is wonderful!) through the knowledgeable, professional guy that gave the quote, through to the actual job this experience at a clients job site was The Best! The job site is an 8000 sq ft house that hadn't been fully remodeled since it was built in the 70's to give you an idea how huge the job is. I had a clogged main line in my house this last Saturday. I called Duvall at 2:00 p.m. and asked if they had somebody available for an emergency plumbing job. Water was leaking in my laundry room, entry way and garage. Nobody had showed up by around 6 p.m., so I called them. Whoever answered the phone said that he was busy on a job and he would call me before he comes over. I called them back again around midnight. The tech named Rick said that he was working on another job which was taking awhile and he'd be over in "about a hour." This was about 12:30 a.m., so over 10 hours since I called. I'm not happy because I called at 2 p.m. and he finally calls almost 10 hours later! He gets to my house around 2:00 a.m. and tells me that he needs to go through a toilet to get to my main line. Roto Rooter (who I usually call) always goes through the roof to unclog my main line, but this guy brought an auger with him. He told me that the line would not go through the pipe under the toilet, so I he asked if he could cut a hole behind the toilet tank to access another pipe so he could clear my drain. This guy was at my house almost 2 hours, just unclogging my main line. It takes RotoRooter about 1/2 hr.! He also told me I will need somebody to "use an industrial fan to dry the water under my vinyl flooring." He called his friend about the water that had leaked on my floors. His friend was pretty much trying to insist that he needs to come over to dry my floors. I told him, no, I would call if I needed him and told him it's late and I need to get some sleep. After this entire mess, I get charged $650!!!! He told me the extra charges were "emergency plumbing" charges and "he had to charge me an extra $200 for having to cut a hole in my bathroom wall." I should have charged him for putting a hole in my bathroom wall and taking such a long time! RotoRooter has always charged me not over $200 for this kind of job, and I'm talking for "emergency plumbing" too! I am NOT HAPPY that he did not bring the proper equipment and had to cut a hole in my wall, due to that fact. I am not a happy customer and will NEVER call them again! read more

We had Duvall out this morning Aug 1st ....big mistake. Our downstairs air conditioner went out, when the 2 techs arrived they checked the compressor, they said it had continuity, so they went ahead and replaced contacts and wiring, still didn't work. They then said they would have to go and buy a fan motor, which after a while they came back and installed, and they said our cost would be around $500, but once again nothing worked. Then they apparently checked the compressor again, at which time they said the compressor was not working ( funny how there was continuity earlier) Then they said we need a complete air conditioner system and it would cost us $11,200.00 !!!! So obviously we are not going to have them install a new air conditioning system, as we had to pay $520.00 for the work they did, so we now have a brand new fan motor on a non working air conditioner. I would like to see if this company would give us our money back on the fan motor, as it appears that their original assessment on the compressor was completely wrong. I will also be adding this review to Google, Nextdoor and others, so hopefully people will not have to pay for things that will not be used Also, Duvall charges 4% when using a credit card! The company we are using that will be coming out tomorrow does not charge a c/c fee. 0/5, if it was a possibility. The company provided an incorrect size tank on the initial installation, so they had to remove the equipment and return it to the shop to get a new one. After an un-install and re-install, they had dented our new pan. The tech discovered a need for a combustion line and failed to recognize this in the initial bid, so they comp the additional installation. The inspector came and the work failed inspection. Several days later, we returned home, and our floor vents were flooded, and ceilings and carpet were wet due to a water line leak. We called for an emergency repair from Duvall and they sent a tech and discovered that the HOT line was installed incorrectly from the new PEX to the old copper and then we contacted the company the next day to discuss next steps. At this point, we were riddled with restoration and installation issues to address. Duvall FAILED to recognize the fix that the installation needed. The install failed to pass inspection twice. The company did pay for the repair of the walls and carpet; however, they failed to compensate housing and inconvenience due to no pre-authorization of "alternate living arrangements". I don't know why Duvall thinks anyone would want to be in a home that is not habitable. As there was DUST and CHEMICAL odor throughout the house. As if that wasn't enough, per the restoration company, we had to turn on the heat to accelerate the drying process and dry out the flooded vents. Who should stay in a home in this summer heat with the HEAT on? Apparently, here at Duvall, they think you should. The total time from the initial installation to the restoration company drying out the wood, it took NINE days. During this entire time, the company NEVER reached out or asked whether we had any needs they could accommodate. From installation to customer service, it was handled extremely POOR with incompetence and negligence. Sure, if the installation went great, it wouldn't be an issue. However, should ANY mishaps occur during or due to poor installation from Duvall's inexperienced techs, this company is as horrible as it comes. read more

I called Duvall plumbing because an ONG technician told us our water heater wasn't up to code, due to the sight glass being broken or removed. So the technician turned off the gas line and informed us we'd have to have a plumber come out and install this small, square piece of glass and reignite the pilot light. My initial phone call went well. A plumber called me soon after I called the company and I explained to him the issue and an appointment was set up ( or so we thought ). I received a text confirmation and and email confirmation. The next day, I wait at home for 4 hours... no call, no show. So I call Duvall back and the lady Courtney who set up the communication for the plumber to call me, claimed there was no service scheduled. I told her about the multi confirmations i received and she argued with me that she was seeing different information on her end. NO apologies. She thought everything was funny. A I was trying to communicate with her, she kept laughing about everything. She told me she would set up another service appointment with me. Im glad I read the reviews about this company, because other customers exper the same results and many people were misinformed and overcharged. Called Duvall to have a plumber out - they have a $150 service fee, meaning it's $150 for them to come out and give you a quote. If you agree to the price, then you "only" pay the price of the quote. If you think the quote is too high, then you pay the $150. My advice: If you can find someone to fix your drain for less than $300/hour, call someone else - because that's what you're going to get charged. Here's my visit: issue - clogged drain under a water heater. Plumber shows up - quotes $295 to fix it. Wow, that's high, but it's a tough clog.... and he's here... so I agree and sign the form. He messes around with it for about 10 minutes and then realizes he's going to likely have to remove the water heater to get to the clean out valve. Isn't that included in the $295? Of course not. Final tally: $600. He was on site for less than two hours. Will NEVER call these folks back to my house. EVER. read more

DO NOT USE. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Had them come out an look at my AC Unit. Tech pulled the fuses, which had been replaced a little under 2 months ago, and stated that the unit would not run because the fuses were blown. Two issues that are of concern with that story. First, the fan was blowing on the outside unit before the tech got there so I know it wasn't the fuses that were the issue besides, I had just had them replaced a few months earlier and then the tech said he could not proceed past that point until I agreed to the install of the "new" fuses. He charged me $225 (that price included the $150 service fee) for a product that I knew was still good and for fuses that I had installed just a few months ago and could be purchased off of Amazon for $10.98. I should have stopped at that point but the unit had not pumped cold air for a full day and I was hot and tired. I agreed to the scam and then we proceeded and after about 10 minutes of inspection he informed me that my compressor was shot and that I needed an entirely new unit. Totally NOT the case. I called Integrity Custom HVAC and they came out immediately and said it was not the compressor but a valve on the unit that was having issues which the tech from Duvall did not catch AT ALL but instead closed up the unit and sent me an estimate for a new system at $13,000. I feel like I was held hostage over the fuses as the tech would NOT proceed until I agreed to purchase the overpriced fuses that were good to begin with and the fact that his demeanor was such that I could go screw myself if I didn't agree and he could care less. $225 down the drain for "replacing" an item that was perfectly functional and didn't need to be replaced and the unit was still not blowing any cold air.
