Okay I had to reduce them a star because in 24 hours the gel top coat on my pink and white's turned a tinged brownish color! I went back immediately at 10am when they opened and they told me to come back tomorrow. I said there was no way I was going to work with brown-hued nails (it looks like I smoked 4000 cigarettes on all fingers) so she said ok come back at noon. I returned at noon and waited about 15-20 minutes and then they filed the gel off and put a new coat on... we will see how it goes! I hope it doesn't turn brown again. The women here were awful, all they did was make me feel extreemly uncomfortable by talking loudly in Vietnamese obviously talking crap laughing giving me dirty looks. The woman who did my nails was pleasant however she over charged me for a crappy set of acrylic nails. They werent even filed correctly they looked like my 10 year old did my nails. I will never return due to the attitudes of these nail techs. Look at yourself before you judge others, your customers pay your bills remember that. read more

Payed an exaggerate amount for natural short acrylics and a French tip pedicure. The nails were ok, nothing to be overly happy about but the pedi was lacking everything it said it would be the lady didn't really care and just rushed to finish. We waited longer then what it took to have our nails done and the results were simply ok. Won't be returning ever. read more

First let me say, I really like the work at DV Nail Salon. I've always had great mani/pedis from them and the whole salon feels very clean. My nail techs have always been friendly and I've overall been happy. Where it loses a star from me is the inconsistency with their hours. The salon says they open at 9am but their techs don't start coming in until 930. I went this weekend and had to wait past nine for the store to even open. I was more than a little annoyed when the lady came and said, "oh, you're early". Reading reviews from other yelpers, it seems like this is common. So if you have time to kill, I definitely recommend DV Nail Salon, but if you're in a hurry I might try some of the other nail salons in the area. read more

Quality for the best prices available. I've been going here for over 5 years and have never encountered any issues. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment so that you can have lightening fast service. Even if you just call ahead a few hours before you want to show up, you'll get in and out! Hit or miss here. The first time I got a pedicure it was great. Tonight, pedi was okay and mani was awful. She didn't file them evenly and the cuticles were a mess and painful. Asked to leave midway through the manicure since she wasn't doing a decent job. They refunded me for the manicure, at least. read more

Not at all impressed with this place. I went into the salon wanted a gel polish change on my toes and since the salon was understaffed my appointment was rushed which poorly effected the quality of their work. The prices are fair but if you can find a time where they aren't as busy I'm sure the work is much better. read more

The lady that did my pedi seemed nice she didn't really talk and rushed through the pedi as if there was a full house waiting to be served.....there was one 1 other lady. The nail tech was not very nice. She was upset I had another kind of gel on and didn't soak them off long enough & burned me two times. She even got frustrated and stood up and walked away. She kept saying I had acrylic when I did not. 2 days after the gel is already chipping and she charged me $5 extra for unknown reasons. $28 was the price she charged me $33. The shaping was lovely but the vibe was not great and the up charge for her being upset was not ok. I'm giving 2 starts because I use to go here years ago and the service was better. read more

I used to love to come here. They changed their polishes for gel, and they always seem to crack and chip after just a few days.

I know it is hit or miss with nail salons, but after my last experience here I was so frustrated I promised myself I would never come back. I came in for a fill w/ gel and a pedi. After waiting 45 mins I sat down for my pedi. After my pedi, I asked where I should sit for my fill. One of the ladies then informed me that they don't have time to do a fill and to come back tomorrow. They acted like they never heard me even tell them I needed a fill! They had about 40 minutes to close and I begged them because I had a big event the next day and couldn't come back in the morning. They were super rude and were not accommodating at all. I was visibly upset and obviously really desperate in that moment. Nothing worse than when you're nails look yucky...makes you feel gross. Anyways I was so shocked about how awful they were being and left. I painted my grown out fill myself and was reminded the whole next day how pissed I was at that whole experience. I say avoid at all costs. I've gone a few times because I live in the neighborhood. Aside from the workers being rude, it is hot, smelly and gross in there. Not a thorough pedicure what's so ever. With the sea salt scrub, it was literally rubbed on and then rubbed off in less than 30 seconds. The massage was clearly rushed and I felt like I was pushed out of the door. Nobody was waiting after me. I will not be going back. read more

I had the worst pedicure I've ever wasted money on from this salon. I looked to my left, and the girl next to me seemed to be getting a great pedicure, so it matters which nail technician you get. Mine was asian, friendly and pregnant -- just absolutely refused to put any effort into making my pedicure worthwhile. I can give my toes a wash in a tub and a coat of paint without paying for it at home. I get pedicures for the cuticle care and callous remover -- both of which she practically didnt do at all.. I know that doesnt help much since she will eventually not be pregnant, but I didn't get her name. Very sad. Will not return. read more

My favorite place to get manicure and pedicure. The deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax treatment is great for relieving tired or sore feet. All of the nail specialists are friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. It tends to get busy (due to their very affordable quality) so call and make an appointment. read more

Never again! Callus remover didn't work on my heels and nails looked sloppy. After 1 day one of the thumb nails cracked in half. I went back the next day to get it fixed... I am actually sitting here now waiting... (only went back to the same place so the color would match) and they are so rude! Do not not want to fix my nail (I'm still waiting) Using every excuse in the book not to take me. Have now taken 4 customers ahead of me. It's just a thumb nail! 10 minutes! She acted like she was closing and fixing my one nail would be so much trouble, yet 5 people have now walked in after me with no problem. I want to leave but I want the color to match! read more

I've been going here for almost ten years so that speaks for itself. I usually get Amy but have used most of the other techs. Sometimes it's not as good as others but they usually get me in quickly and accommodate me if I'm in a hurry. For all the reviews that complain about Vietnamese being spoken, I think you might try to learn another language as difficult as English must be to them. I've often asked what's so funny and they tell me. To think someone is making fun of you because they are speaking another language is truly bizarre. read more

This is the worse nail salon. I wish I didn't have to give them one star. I have have been getting my nails done for 25 years. I walked in. No one says Hello. I explained that I needed two over lays. The woman said pick your color. While I am picking my color another woman walks in. A tech says where were you I waited for you on Saturday. The lady then says remember I rescheduled for today at six. The women then speaks to the tech that was going to do my nails and has her do this woman nails. I ask how long til my nails are done. She says 45 minutes. I said 45 minutes! When I walked in I was picking my color. She said I scheduled some one wrong. I said to her how is that my fault. I walked out. I went and spoke to my family and my mother said they are rude and unprofessional. I refuse to go there. I spoke to my cousin and she said the same thing!!!!!
