I provided the netting and some edging rope and he got it all done in about an hour and a half. He also was able to install the netting on the exterior side of the railing so my cats can still enjoy the railing, now perfectly safely. Kept to the same quote he gave me initially and also cut a window insert for my AC to size free of charge. There is a side of the netting that didn't have readily available cedar trimming to afix it to, so he made it taut to make up for it, and brought it in to the interior to give my cats less room to try to squeeze into it. I've realized now after the fact that we could have extended the netting to the door frame. I'm keeping it down with tape for now because my cats are naughty and untrustworthy, but I'm going to put some screws in the doorframe and secure the netting down with ties. I spent the weekend replacing the lighting, since it was the last time I'd have access to it, and when Cesar and his team member showed up, I had wanted to take out an awkward closet and open up the room more. They both ended up helping me remove the closet, which increases the scope of the project by a little. Cesar ended up drywalling the sides of the closets that were left, and did an amazing job on the ceiling.
