We recently had a wall leak around two windows on the 2nd floor of our house under the stucco. Dwayne and his team were very easy to communicate with and were able to investigate where the leak was coming from and fix in multiple areas under the stucco. They removed 60 year-old cedar siding from the front of my house and replaced it with stucco that matches existing stucco on the sides and back of the house. Color is limited to samples on one page of a brochure. Anything other than "beige" costs more. The did sloppy work and left stucco and dry mix messes everywhere. Not really fixable unless I want to chip it off all the places it doesn't go (electrical meter? door mats? water main?) and then dig out a big ruined area of my lawn (hmmm...should l just dump out half a bag here?). The fiber netting layer they add is exposed here and there around the house and where it peels it takes the stucco off with it. And I don't care your COVID policy, but don't lie to customers! The yelp ad claims masks and distancing (dated 4/10), but in person at exactly this time said "well, we've all had it, so we don't need to wear masks". Pretty cheap and started quickly, but not worth the price. read more

I had waited 6 weeks for another contractor that my insurance recommended to come out and do the repair... they never showed up. Then on Friday I called Dwayne. We had Dwayne do a stucco project at our condo complex involving approximately 40 out of our 43 units. I'm an HOA board member and suggested the board get a bid from Dyane - this based on a project he did for me individually last year (I posted a 5-star review of that job but it is filtered for some reason - you can see it if you enable filtered reviews). For the condo complex project, Dwayne had the best price and did a great job managing the project and completing it on time. The stucco work was excellent as I had expected. But one disappointing aspect is his crew left a significant amount of paint and stucco splatters on my decorative walkway. I mentioned it to Dwayne via e-mail several times and nothing was done about it. I've spent an hour on my hands and knees cleaning the walkway with a wire brush. So far, I am unable remove all of the splatters. This sloppiness and lack of response marred an otherwise stellar job. I would still recommend Dwayne because he does excellent stucco work, but before you pay the bill, make sure the final cleanup is done to your satisfaction. 5-stars on the stucco work, 2 stars on the cleanup. read more
