After already getting the materials onsite, they delayed the start of the project 2-3 times, and then the day they were supposed to start, they were a no show without returning any calls or messages. Also tried to push an extra $150/day the night before the start of the job to use their scaffolding when I was providing my own. They were welcome to use their own scaffolding, but I would not pay for it since I was providing my own already. Their pricing was competitive. read more

I hired Stucco Repair Guy to cover up an unattractive cinder block wall on three sides of my property. The walls are not very high, but all together they cover a few hundred linear feet. Jose came out and took the measurements, discussed the options with us, and a short time later he sent us the estimates for the various options. His prices are reasonable, so we hired him. The crew, Alan and John, arrived on time, prepared for the job, and they worked efficiently and quickly. They carefully prepared the area to protect my driveway from splatters, and they had the scratch coat done in one day. They carefully cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Just the scratch coat improved the overall look immensely. A few days later they were back for the stucco coat, to apply the color and texture we selected from their brochure, and again the crew worked quickly and efficiently. I called Jose to schedule a stucco repair after installing an outdoor shower. The scheduling process was easy, Jose communicated well on the day of, and he was thoughtful enough to come out 4 hrs ahead of our scheduled time due to a chance of rain. I initially contacted prior to the install for a quote but he didn't have enough information about how much would be opened up to be able to schedule a time. After the plumber came out and began demoing the side of my wall, I took a picture and texted it to Jose. The quote was very reasonable. Jose and his uncle scheduled a time for later the same week. On the day of, they let me know when they were on their way over. They worked quickly and efficiently. They communicated with us every step of the way, showing us where they took the paint sample from and how they would match the paint. The repair was completed within 4 hrs time and it looked amazing! You can only tell the repair was done because the paint looks so much more fresh and clean than the rest of my walls.
