I hate shopping for clothes, I get dizzy just thinking about it. I was very happy with my experience at DXl in Dublin. Khalia was very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. She was able, with a few simple questions and measurements, to pull exactly what I was looking for. A suit and tie, shoes (Shoe shopping alone is typically a horror for me), shirt, belt, socks, the whole works, and I was out of there with a smile. Great friendly service at this store. Minus a star because they don't carry everything in store. The staff was very helpful in helping me find comparable sized items to help me make my decisions. Then they placed the order for me to be delivered directly to my house. I ordered two shirts, and they were delivered on time. I needed them for Saturday, and they were delivered on Thursday and Friday separately. The fit was perfect. read more

Visited once again looking for a sports coat. Richard found a perfect fit and then informed me of their clearance items along with some new arrivals. In addition to the sports coat, I added several pants, couple sweaters, and a couple polos, which were all at great prices. I find his service far exceeds Nordstroms. Definitely ask for Richard when you visit. You will be in and out in the most efficient visit. read more

Hi! THIS IS A MUST READ! Worst Management Behavior! They lost my order twice and didn't let me know until right before the event i was supposed to go to! And no one called or made up for their mistake. Sohill is the worst manager I have ever met! And so is the John, the assistant manager. On the first day, I came in to buy clothes for my friends wedding. There was a lovely, funny gentleman who was super helpful. And he sold me this 90's/80's artist inspired button up! Second time coming in, this other gentleman named Manny helped and he was super nice but he messed up so horribly on my orders for my suit twice! And honestly, I would have been okay with it the first time! If they were apologetic and would compensate me for my time and their mistakes! But the manager Sohill flat out looked at me and said, "it's not our fault it's the people who send out the clothes and the websites problem." He wasn't concerned on the fact that I have a deadline and no one wanted to make my life easier and help me. The management rubbed me the wrong way and didn't help me and they ruined my experience at DXL! Worst experience ever! Customer experience should be warm and inviting but the management is cold and heartless. Also now for the wedding I have no idea what to wear because I am 6'4 and built like a football player. Last thing The third time I came in to DXL, the assistant manager did not help me at all or try to make sure they could make up for their mistakes. Even if it's not the store fault, it's still your company! They said my suit never came in! They should have called me! They had my number! But I actually did there job and came in asked! You are responsible for your company and the face! I am sincerely disappointed in you all and your service! Don't go there or give them any of your time or money because they honestly do not care about your life or doing what's right even when they made several mistakes. And let me make this clear I would have been happy if they would have apologized and just helped find another suit and compensate me for all the grief I had to go through. Do your job! Came in to shop for my boyfriend and Richard was amazing! He was so helpful and attentive. He gets 5 stars for sure. Made shopping so much easier and less stressful. Would definitely come back to this location over the one in Pleasant Hill for sure. I wish there were some Black Friday sales since prices here are pretty steep, but there's not a lot of options for the big and tall dudes so you just gotta pay it. read more

Overall, a 4.5 out of 5. This was the first time I really had a chance to browse around since they moved from their previous spot in Dublin. I know I'm a big guy and it's sometimes hard to find that right fit but some of their prices are fairly expensive imo. I know it's like saying you get what you pay for and that's fairly true here, the saving grace to me are the online/store coupons..if I had to buy something out of the blue it may be a pretty penny, but sort of thankfully I work a lot and hence my wardrobe is mostly that lol. Anyways, when I got inside the place was fairly neat and clean, it was basically the aftermath of Black Friday some there were a few wads of clothing, nothing major. My salesman was friendly and knowledgeable overall and after a quick measurement, selected several types of dress shirts and with a few different size measurements for me to get a feel of how comfortable that particular size has, it was nice to have this done in a quick manner due to his knowledge and asking the right questions so to speak. Like I said 4.5 out a 5, a slight knock due to their prices but overall their selection is pretty good to decent especially for the bigger man. read more

So far so good. I went here to get some t-shirts and they had a very good selection. They also had Warriors shirts for the playoffs, which is always nice. I didn't catch his name, but the guy who helped me was really cool. I got what I needed and was in and out. The next weekend I returned with the wife because I had ordered some shirts online, and with one of them, the size was wrong. The store exchanged it for me, no questions asked. I like the new store and location. It's just to the left of Target, you can't miss it. read more

Didn't have a very good experience in here. The lady who worked the shift didn't follow the discounted price as marked and instead randomly made up prices on the computer. We argued to get the two for 1 deal but she insisted on the price that she has marked. She also took a picture of myself while shopping. Idk what she was doing but I couldn't do anything because my husband did not want to start a commotion at the store. I didn't think she was the store manager; she was definitely as sales representative and probably was biased against my family because we were a minority in an upscale white neighborhood. I will NOT come back to this store and likely will go to a different location. Sorry you just lost our service. read more

During this virus quarantine, many businesses have done their absolute BEST to please their customers, especially when forced to purchase items online and get the best customer service for returns/exchanges, but NOT DXL! Will NEVER shop this place again. We purchased a pair of pants in-store in February with a credit card but they had to ship them out since they did not have them in stock. We received the pants in the mail around the time of the quarantine. Pants didn't fit so we returned them on time with a copy of the receipt. Did they refund? No. Is their customer service available to talk to someone? No, they are "closed" so the only way to communicate is via email. We got an email confirmation they received the pants and wanted to give 'store credit'. WTH, we can't go shopping so why give store credit. We want our refund back on the card...like every other business does!! I can't tell you how many emails I have back/forth with multiple agents giving multiple responses who aren't thorough. I've provided every receipt, email, etc, and yet they still have not refunded our money NOR given that stupid store credit. Next stop, BBB and an attorney. Ridiculous!!! read more

Now O my God it's horrible nobody helps you nobody waits on you, The Choice of clothing is bad horrible stocking of sizes. the sports Coats the suits! its Spring right now and summer all they have is black or dark blue or very dark colors this is ridiculous and all they tell me is well you can go on the Internet, they don't seem to wanna have a store here.
