Subtle purple Hoodie type shirt - very nice color. Store is across from Fabiletics. I think that is bargain basement competition. While we had the return form saying that this is enough and if we don't have the original confirmation it will be Ok, the agent insisted on us showing the order confirmation, with an unwelcoming attitude. Not all Lululemon stores are created equal. I bought a couple of short pants for exercise. Overtime, at two different times, both of them got undone along the seams in the same location. The first time it happened, the store offered to repair it, but they quickly offered for me to get a new pair at no cost. The second time it happened, the store fixed it within 3 business days. I am not too sure how many Lululemon stores still offer to repair rather than refuse, but this one is one of the good ones. So glad we have a Lululemon storefront right here in Pleasanton. When you invest in a pair of leggings (or anything lululemon really) you want to make sure you get it right. That can be hard to do online unless you know exactly what you're looking for. This storefront is always neat and tidy, and well stocked. They seem to keep themselves well staffed so you can easily have your questions answered. Store Itself: Messy and cluttered. Many of the clothes were all jumbled up with different sizes and styles all mixed up. lots of cool and bright colored accessories such as water bottles, bags, and key chains. A moderate selection of both men and women's clothing. Service: Cashiers were friendly. Did not really see any floor associates, if you needed help, your have to ask for it, rather than them being proactive and asking if you need help. Oh well. I was in the store Jan. 26, 2024 around 3:30ish pm. Figured I'd pop in and look around, get my "Sweat Collective"/instructor discount straightened out, and then buy some new things while my MacBook was being worked on. I had planned on spending $500+ but never got that far. After wandering the store and looking for help, it's not what it used to be. There used to be plenty of help. There was only one gal in the back area at the counter helping another customer with a discount card of some sort. It was taking some time and I'd only found one pair of pants so far that I wanted. Before I looked any longer for something I might want, I decided to wait in the long line to ask a cashier my question. There were 8 customers ahead of me (only one purchase, others all returns.. hmmm) and 2 cashiers. The woman (older blond with ponytails) on the right was not very pleasant but as luck had it, my turn came up and she was "it". I approached with a smile hoping she would see I wasn't an upset customer. I explained I had been trying online to renew my "Sweat Collective" and was denied 3 separate times. She then tells me I have to go online, they don't do any of that in the store anymore. I said again that I HAD gone online and emailed several times after trying twice to send my required documents and nobody will answer the emails. I qualify both as an instructor and a business owner and have had the discount for years. She then takes me over to a sign and says "you need to scan the code", so I do and tell her that's exactly where I had gone. I then ask her if she can at least give me a number to corporate or an actual human that I could talk to somewhere for help. She answers "No, you have to do it all online" and "you have to do it every year" and then just walks away. Thanks for nothing. Lululemon, you should do better screening people to work here. The store was bare and items were messy. If felt like an outlet store. Your employee was unpleasant and I will spend all of my money at Athleta where I am always treated well, they have items in "tall" and I can get help in person with a smile. I was here for an even exchange but I had to look at everything else before finalizing my decision Service is good no problems with exchanges or trying on items. Holy wowwww extremely disappointing experience with someone who was on registers as Educator #99994000105247 I came in on Friday 1/5/24 at around 7:00 PM to return an item I bought online and was treated quite unwelcomely by who seemed to be the oldest looking cashier there and also had a braided ponytail (according to other reviews on Yelp, her name might be Kris) She was unnecessarily hostile to me and my husband when asking if we had our order details, previous method of payment etc. We showed her the email confirmation and she somehow still sounded doubtful that we had the credit card used as payment. We had the card. I showed it to her and not only did she did not say thank you once, she also had a constant condescending tone the entire interaction. As loyal customers of the brand, my husband and I were taken aback by how unwelcoming this staff member has treated not only us, but other customers who expect more for what we pay for their products. I went to Pleasanton store after a horrible experience at Walnut Creek store. First, Alisa, store manager, was so helpful and nice over the phone yesterday which helped me make a decision to pick up some online order at her store. I was provided excellent shopping experience-- granted I arrived 1 hour prior to closing. And I've worked in retail before so I know how crazy it gets during that final hour before closing. I picked up an online order and returned a marked down item for a store credit. She gladly put the $ in a store card. I shopped for bras. Three people helped me, including the fitting room staff. Checking out, I was helped by someone super nice and patient as I look for my e-gift card barcode in my email inbox. I have no negative comments whatsoever. To management, Hello. I came to the store on Sunday September 4th, 2022. Out of all the experiences and stores I've been too, this has been the worse experience. I have always held lululemon to high standards and today, a lululemon worker gave me the worse customer service I've had with the company. The person helping me was Tanya (blonde hair); I had two items with me and before I can get to the second one I was cut short on suggestions. I came in to see if there was anything to be done about my BRAND new shorts that I tried on (a gift) that had a hole. I started with explaining the situation and before I can finish I was answered with, "no there's nothing we can do about it" as well as a "you can sew it yourself". Instead of providing me with a explanation of policies or letting me finish, I was cut short. It was obnoxious and rude. I was hesitant and decided to not even bother with my second pair that I had questions about. I have always been greeted and spoken to in a respectable manner and this was the utmost unprofessional and rudest. I wanted to also purchase items but after experiencing this, I refused to give a store with this kind of customer service anymore sales. I requested to have the jacket placed on hold and was told by the Educator that they will hold it until the end of the day. About 45 minutes later, as I was driving to the store, I get a call from the Educator telling me they had to sell the jacket to another customer because "current in store customers are a priority". I have yet to buy one article of clothing here, but one day....one day I will splurge and it might be here that I'll burst my lulu...lemon. Okay that came out wrong but in my head it went perfectly and I'm laughing hilariously. I've been to a couple Lululemon stores, one on Santana Row....and maybe another...but I forget... Anyways, compared to the one on Santana Row, this spot is easier to park at since it's at Stoneridge Mall and it's on the second floor located across from Victoria's Secret. They always seem to have a "sale" rack which of course is always a final sale, but I found their selection has been larger than Santana Row's. The folks here are very very cheery and nice and very much willing to help you out when you need as well as nice to step away if you don't need their guidance. The quality of clothing at Lululemon is just...butter. I say this because I recently tried on a few different yoga tights just to figure out sizing and it was like slipping into a dream...one where the tights just sucked you in the right spots and just felt smooth and like a second skin. Now the prices can give you a heart attack but then again maybe it's worth not having to buy pants over and over again due to poor quality. I must stress I have yet to buy pants so I can't really say the wash/wear quality here, but you can definitely feel the difference between no name brands vs. Athleta (which is pretty good!) vs. here which maybe I just tried on their best fabric so it was just like...bring me home please! Anyways, like I said, I would likely come back here to see their sale racks and try on their items due to convenience and ease. read more

Store - Typical spot but I found this shop very big and spacious. Big area for dressing rooms too so that's a plus! Lots of very friendly employees at this locations. Definitely one of the better experiences I have encountered at this chain. Location- next to the Macy's, can enter near the food spots like Cheesecake Factory and head right to up the escalators and head towards the other Macy's (not the one near Hot Topic/ escalators). Fast forward just a few years, and I am still a Lulu fan. I shop in store, and online, for me and my DGD's athleisure needs. The staff in Pleasanton is great, even if I am only returning online purchases. My online purchases arrive quickly, and in recyclable packaging. I am not in love with the high waisted pants, the low profile fits my body better. Hopefully they will offer more choices in the future. I find myself wearing their shirts everyday... they hold up better than tee shirts by name brands. They continue to improve fabrics. Big fan! read more

I love shopping at this Pleasanton store. Top notch customer service at every level in this store which starts with the manager, Shelby. I visit this store 1-2 times per week to check out the latest drops and sales. Every single employee greets me and my daughter by our first names and asks if we need help and shows me where to find what's on sale in the store. All educators are consistently asking me numerous times per shopping visit if we need help finding something, need a new size or help locating a specific product, size or style. I love this top notch cumstomer service! Kendall, Taylor and Kris are so patient with me about my endless questions about each new product fit, style and intended product use. I have come to count on and trust their expertise and honesty. Most, if not all of the stores educators consistently treat me with kindness, professionalism , and willingness to share their valuable product knowledge. My husband even appreciates Kendall who he says helps us save money because she ensures we buy the appropriate gear for our specific needs. I made an appointment to visit Lululemon for the first time yesterday and was intimidated by the vast selection. A friendly and knowledgeable worker named Gabby (I wish I had asked her for the spelling - I apologize if I spelled it incorrectly) immediately approached me and asked me if I had any questions. When I told her I needed help finding some clothes for Pilates, she immediately whisked me around the store, made some great suggestions, and patiently explained each item's properties and features and why they would be great for Pilates. I really appreciate the amazing customer service I received from her. If it weren't for her, I probably would have been still looking for items in the time I was able to try on the clothes in the fitting room. She didn't rush me at all and offered to grab other sizes for me which really saved me a lot of time. I ended up buying 2 items (2 more than I had intended!) and she took the time to check the store inventory and what was available online whenever I wanted another colour. Shopping here was certainly an experience. I know the brand can be quite intimidating since it's so expensive and there's a cult-like following due to the brand carefully cultivating its questionable culture, but their clothes are truly comfortable and flattering. I'm thankful for the customer service I received from Gabby and the rest of the staff members and will shop here in the future whenever I need to try on Lululemon's weirdly inconsistent sizes. read more

My cousin and I came into the store to do a bulk return. Turns out it was the manager that was helping us. My cousin gave her email and phone number tied to the account. When the manager looked at our bulk return she said she couldn't take our returns due to it being Black Friday weekend. That this was the store policy and she could only take 1-2 items to return. My cousin then said where is this policy written and she couldn't provide that information. Then my cousin said so you aren't taking my bulk return, what's your name and she wouldn't provide it. She then kept repeating herself that it was the store policy and then my cousin said ok then please take these 2 jackets to return. She said where is your paper receipt? All the receipts are online through the app and she wouldn't check it. She then proceeded to call the police to have us escorted out of the store and said her name was "Chrissy the manager". My cousin and I are both Mexican and disabled. This isn't okay and people can't be treated this way. We called corporate and they said we are allowed to do bulk returns and that policy doesn't exist.
