4 stars overall, however; 0 stars for customer service. This UA location has all the product apparel one may be looking for: workout, golf, leisure, and accessories. The store is clean, well stocked, and maintained. There are sales everyday as well. Customer service is zero. It seems that counter staff are on their phones, gives an attitude of "being annoyed" when asked a question, and reluctant to even go to a customer for help on the floor. One staff member was even noted to be talking loudly and using foul language while explaining to other staff about sports betting and how to place bets while other customers were shopping. The store usually is more attractive in a few years ago. They have much better merchandise compatible with the regular retail stores. But it seems not the case anymore! Goodbye, Nikes. I have stopped watching football over all of this political stunt as well. Their show selection isn't big and even though it's an outlet, it's still pretty expensive but I found a great pair for Gavin. I used to shop at Payless for him but Gavin is active like me. I want to purchase shoes that will not hurt his feet. He jumps, climbs, falls.. sometimes I feel he is like Spider-Man. We got there 15 min. before they opened. The store was neat and organized. Staff were also friendly. Come early because my aunt said she couldn't find parking one time and just left - I do everything early so parking wasn't a problem nor the crowd. read more

What a great place! First of all, I'm a big UA fan so it's not hard to please me with UA products. However, all the men's items were 40% off so that was a huge bonus. I saved almost $80, with what I bought. The workers were super nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help me and answer my questions. Though the place was busy, I was able to get help and my questions answered fairly quickly. The reason for the 4-stars is that the site was a little messy. I understand that there were a lot of people and the workers were doing their best cleaning up and helping customers as well. Since I spent over $100 ($101 to be exact), I got a $20 gift card that I can use at a later time. No doubt, I will be back! read more

Lots of clothing and shoes and long lines. Looked for some socks - they are cheaper on Ebay and Ross. Not as chaotic as the Nike store across the way. I am suspicious of products here - I can't help but think the quality might be better at a normal department store. Very narrow aisles and all these really buff looking 250lb gym rats take up lots of space. They should have thought that through and made more generously spaced aisles. read more

I have a shirt by them, which I wear constantly to the gym. Oddly enough, I never knew the brand name, so when DD stopped in, and I recognized the logo I was pleasantly surprised. I love Under Armor, I only wish they were cheaper!! I bought a cute logo shirt from them that I love to work out in, and was eyeballing a purple logo hoodie, that was super cute... but $60? Blah. I much rather go through their clearance rack because you'll find a bunch of neat stuff for super cheap. I got the cutest pair of tiny running shorts, nice and thin for the hot weather. Cashiers are super nice, too, but they don't have a lot of floor staff, so makes me wonder what would happen if you needed to ask a question? Plenty of mirrors around the store, which I like, because it's kinda cool seeing what some of the clothes look like against your skin without having to try them on. It's near Wetzels, so I make a point to come here a lot so I can browse athletic gear. Love this store, so much! read more

This is a nice store to go into as the prices are cheaper than the Nike outlet for some items. Definitely check out the clearance rack when there. Sometimes, there are some good deals if one is willing to go through the rack. I go for the Under Armour shorts and shirts they became famous for. The quality is very good along with it helping repel sweat. I probably would never buy the shoes there as I do not really trust Under Armour shoes. The quality probably has gone up, but still hear horror stories from time to time. read more

Negative 0. I drove here last week as I was told that the specific 'project rock' shirt was in stock and had my size. Upon arriving, the size that I called in for was on the mannequin. The salesperson informed me he could not sell me the display shirt as 'the rock project has a contract where they can't sell the display' really now? I drove from Brentwood as I was told the shirt/size was in stock and now I'm being told they can't sell it. I was super disappointed that not only did they waste my time but my gas as well. 4.5 stars in a testament to how you accommodate a potentially irate customer. Visited Livermore and had some time on a Saturday to take the 20 minute drive through the apparently always slow stretch of 580W to the Livermore Outlets. Under Armour caught my attention as a fitness addict and Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner. I tried on a lot of long sleeve compression shirts to make sure everyone knows I'm on that Georges St. Pierre V-taper hype. Found two shirts that I really liked, and at 2 for $40 I couldn't pass it up (ever look for UA gear at Big 5? Usually costs that much for one item). I walked out the store and got home to find the magnetic tags still on my shirts. WHAT A DRAG. I called the store the next morning and was told that if I came in, I could speak to the manager and be given some sort of discount for my troubles. This was a pretty solid inconvenience to me as I'm not from Livermore, was leaving the next day, and it was a 20 minute drive from where I was staying in Livermore. No less, I decided to go in and had a brief confusing conversation with the same guy who rang me up the day before (I'm sure he's a nice guy but damn have I met smarter people before). The manager gave me a modest discount and a gift card for my gas troubles (or the discount WAS the gift card? I wasn't that clear on it, guess I'll find out when the credit bill updates). Overall I'm happy with the purchase and the service in the wake of a pretty annoying time-suck. Guess you oughta always check for those magnetic tags, though. read more

Bad vibe at checkout. The store itself was unimpressive and ordinary comparatively speaking with regards to the other stores at outlet mall. And their discounts don't seem to be as good as their competitors. However the wife and I found a thermos bottle we liked and a quick online check showed it to be an ok (not great) deal. I grabbed two and proceeded to checkout. While in line I noticed one of the 2 identical bottles was discounted $2 more than the other. After ringing me up I called it to the clerks attention that he had charged me the the higher price for both bottles. In a less than sorry move the clerk stated he would make the adjustment on both bottles "just this once" since one had clearly been erroneously discounted. Customer service 101 ... My Sunday got totally ruined by a cashier at this store. I wish I had taken a photo of this girl so that everyone can stay away from her. She scanned one of my item twice and price came out wrong. I said could you check the price. She responded so rudely said system did the calculation not her. I insisted redo the scan and price came out right. I said the first time you scanned twice. She said the system did calculation not her... and rolled her eyes. I'm not sure if she is racist or something. Then we asked if we could talk to your manager, she didn't reply. After we stood there for a while she brought the manager. During the waiting time the other cashiers were trying to cover up for her by driving us away. And I'm nine month pregnant... come on! You could do better! The manager is nice and promised to take notes. But this really ruined our whole Sunday mood. Especially my parents from Asia got very offended by this girl's response to a pregnant woman. I would never come back to this store again. Went shopping 12/24/18 with my mom and all their promotional signs had said 50% off lowest price! We had walked to the register together with 3 sweaters one of the sweaters had the outlet price of 44.99 an the other two had the original prices of 79.99 I find it pretty messed up that because we had made two transactions they wouldn't honor the lowest price of the 44.99!! It isn't our fault they screwed up! I also find it pretty scandalous that an outlet would cut their outlet prices off an just show the original cost to make you feel like your getting a huge deal with the 50% off! This is a late review from the thanksgiving weekend. The store has very bad collection - few and very basic stuff and no great styles. I was looking for kids and adults shoes as christmas gifts, The service was worse. When I asked a question to a staff, the rude lady simply snubbed me off. There are only like 4 stores I ever buy anything from in these outlets, but this is one of them. I especially like the clearance racks here. I'm always able to find some things I like for good prices. The non-clearance stuff is typically priced a little below pure retail, but it's not a bargain. The store itself can feel a bit compact as they don't leave a ton of space between racks. I've never had a problem with the staff either. So that's good. read more
