Store looks good from outside. Was looking for more vintage style graphic tees and I know they have a variety of styles. Walked in and saw three ladies at the main cash point. None of them greeted me or offered any help, explain promos or what what I was looking for. They saw me they just didn't care. Loved that I was in and out of this place in under 20 minutes! I needed some jeans for my son for an upcoming trip. Found the best priced ones and had him try them on. The guy working there (I wish I could remember his name but he had great hair!) was helpful and got us in and out. Quick service, clean store and a new pair of jeans for under $40. Update: Guess they don't care about their customers either. I received no update from their corporate customer service. This place needs to optimize their service. 1 lady was at the cash register, 4 others were cleaning the store/helping 1 customer and 5 people stood in line to pay. There should never be more than 3 people in the line when the store is this small and 5 store associates are working. I almost fell asleep waiting in line. :( read more

While my mother is a huge fan of the Lucky Brand, I for one find it a bit "ehh." Needless to say, the visit to this particular store really made my mother's day. As we walked into the store, Jake greeted my mother, myself and all of the other customers that came in after us. While rummaging through the many piles of clothes, Jake managed to compliment both my attire and attended to every question about sales and what have you with my mother. He also then suggested a few shirts for the men and a few articles of clothing for females. The way he suggested certain pieces to combine with a few already picked out gifts really made the holiday shopping a lot easier than we anticipated. With my mother knocking out tons of her holiday shopping here, she also found it extremely nice that Jake would continue to find her to put her selections in the front. Being as she has carpal tunnel and just recently recovered from a foot surgery, his attentiveness really did help. While she isn't wearing a cast or anything, it's seriously nice to know that Lucky Brand hires such kind people. From driving all the way here from San Francisco, he definitely made the drive worth it and I'm quite sure my family will be making the trip for his service and this store again. read more

Great selection of jeans! Friendly staff. Was decently crowded even during the holiday season, so shopping wasn't a hassle.Slightly pricier, but they provide quality stuff. Customer service : good Clothes Quality : poor I usually purchase from the retail store or online and they seem to have prettier collection than the ones at outlet. I once bought a top from retail location and then few months later the exact same style was seen at the outlet but the quality was so low. I know that many outlet stores and quite different from their retails counterparts but with lucky brand the quality and the finishing of the clothes are just subpar. I got some decent jewelry at this location and probably will return to get those. read more

It's great to see more Lucky Brand outlets! This particular one is about the same size as the one in Gilroy, Ca, the next closest location I believe. They've got a good selection of the usual stuff, plus Lucky Kids shirts/jeans/shorts which I'd only ever seen at another store in the Paragon Outlets, Hartstrings (see my review for it) and online. While I love Lucky stuff because of a) of the fit and quality and b) the Triumph motorcycle apparel (I got my license on a Bonneville), the peril of their outlet stores will always be finding a kick-ass design and then realizing they've only got it in one size too large or too small... This review is in regard to my experience here with Steven! He is the absolute best! After having a somewhat crappy experience at other stores in the mall here I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service provided by Steven. He greeted me as I came in and I thanked him as I came in. And when I was looking around he came and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even went in the back and found me a pair of jeans my size and it was exactly what I was looking for! He is the real MVP! Before I came here I had only been subjected to one pair of pants for the past 3 years. So thank you Steven for breaking that 3 year strike of no pants! (i just wore workout pants or shorts all the time. Worry not. I was not a nudist before today. Not my choice at least) This was actually my first experience at Lucky Brand Brand and I am so happy I went! This 5 star rating is purely for Jacqueline (i believe that's how she spells her name) My best friend and I went in after going into shop after shop and not finding anything and was greeted by Jacqueline. She was extremely helpful in every aspect of the word. Everything from helping us find our sizes to which styles work best for us. As far as her customer service goes, it was truly a breath of fresh air so have such great customer service. If she didn't work all the way in liver more, we'd ask her to work for us in SF. The store won't let me return a brand new shirt because there is some cat hair on it( I think its transfer to the shirt because I put another bag of return items on top of it.). This is the craziest reason I have ever heard. Maybe the store should have a policy that if you have pet, don't buy from them, because they can't let you return it. This store always have people willing to help and take their time with a customer to find the perfect pair of jeans! One of the managers named Caitlyn (I believe that was her name) is such a doll. I appreciate her asking a variety of questions to help me and my husband find the perfect fit. She even recommended me clothes that I tried and I bought immediately because they were a perfect fit! I've wandered here totally frazzled at the end of the day on two occasions and the gals here (specifically Sammy and Dominique) went above and beyond to help me pick out stuff. Even when I had scoured the store and gave up on finding a particular pair of jeans in my size in the clearance section (they were $19!!), Sammy took down my name and number and called me later to tell me that she had found them -- how's that for customer service? Normally i love this store, but had a bad experience today. Our check out associate keith followed me around the store while i was waiting for my wife to finish shopping. He repeatedly asked how i was doing and i replied i was fine twice. Then as we checked out he exchanged dirty looks at me, and sat quisicly looking at the necklace my wife wanted to purchase. I'm not a fan of being treated like a scoundrel or a thief. I've shopped at this location many times before and have never had this kind of treatment. Had such a great experience here about a week ago. I was immediately greeted by a lady named Jacq. It was my first time going to the outlets and into Lucky brand, but this def won't be my last!! I told her my style and she brought me jeans and shirts and I even picked out a few necklaces that caught my eye. I ended up buying each item she recommended (that I could fit into!) haha.
