She looked at my hair and asked questions as to what I was looking for and she actually listened! The shampoo room is an experience on its on its own. The experience was truly relaxing and I will be a return customer moving forward. BTW, this would have been a 5 star review, but I had a 10:00 appointment and did not get in the chair until 11:00.
