I also purchased a Hanna Instruments Salinity tester for 80.00 and when I opened it realized it was used and all scratched up and clearly not new . Then when I put a battery in it to turn it on I discovered it was broken as well. I live 2.5 hrs away from the store so it's not like I could turn around and return them or give them the chance to make it right . I'm not impressed whatsoever with the way the store appeared to be in chaos with boxes of stuff all over and clutter in every isle. I def will not be going back the next time I am in town and wouldn't recommend the store to anyone I know that might be going thru there .

They provided great information regarding vaccinations, neuter, etc. We were able to complete the adoption application online as well as view current pictures of animals onsite. The actual adoption paperwork took less than 15 minutes to complete. Overall an easy enjoyable process that was memorable for our daughter picking out her first pet. Thanks again!
