I don't understand why there are two listings for the same restaurant on Yelp.... This group of review should be the only group I suspect that somebody added a second set of reviews to boost their rating artificially.... They have some pretty good food there, but their process seem to be a bit high these days I stopped going on a regular basis, but it's still pretty nice place to go and you can order the gluten-free crust for your pizza there which is pretty important for certain people they have a full bar as well ... it's family owned, and it gives it a personal touch read more

Tonight was my first time in this place. I was impressed with the interior layout: spacious and clean. A man waiting for his food told me the owners changed the name of the place from Bisbee Beverage and Deli to Dylan's Pizza Bistro after they turned into a full restaurant. I walked in at 5:30pm on a Saturday. There was one server and three cooks and the place was busy! The server kept taking phone orders, drive-through pick-ups, and walk-ins like me. He never stopped to take a break while I was there. I ordered a cheese pizza for my husband and a gyro special for me. I also had a mango margarita while I waited and the drink was the best thing about my meal! The pizza did not impress me; the crust tasted like a frozen pizza but the server told me the pizza was made in house. The salad dressing didn't taste like Caesars and it had tasteless little dough balls in it. The gyro was good, though. I liked the ambiance and will be back to order burgers and sandwiches. The server was very attentive to all state and local Covid19 regulations and made sure all customers were at least six feet apart from each other. read more

For some reason, Yelp can not find Dylans Pizza Bistro, down the highway from the beverage place, owned by same family. Absolute WORST pizza I've ever ordered out. Very few pieces of veggies....which are Cheap!!! Asked to add sausage, like 6 dry shriveled pieces. Unfortunately the Pizzarama was closed so I resorted to Dylan's. Never again. read more

This is a family owned store and gas station and down the road they have Dylan's restaurant. Worth the trip!

Struggling with this review, I usually go with a salad because my options as a vegan are very limited. I would definitly order more and boost this rating up if they provided some kind of vegan burger and other options besides just a salad that I have to modify every time. Great place for all the carnivores though! When I do order the vegetarian pizza they always forget to add something!!! read more

The Mediterranean pizza is awesome! I know it sounds like Tzatziki and lettuce just doesn't belong on a pizza, but I assure you it's what makes the pizza!! The food was awesome. Workers were polite and helpful. I ordered the soup of the day. Noticed on the menu that the soups of the day were cooked fresh and that's what I tasted. The garlic bread that was served with it paired perfectly. read more

Until they get MORE help and stop skimping on portions (they give you bland 'garlic knots' to make up for 'real food' ..... until they change a few things....... they get 3 stars max....... they DO, however have some really great pizza... well worth checking out. It now called "Dylan's" .... they changed the name........ same people however..... the guy's son is starting to take over and he tries to do 'everything' and has no real staff so far..... it shows on the floor. Reminds me of the pizza we used to get when we were teens back in the midwest: a large is a large (not 12 or 14 inches like some places) the tomato sauce is a little sweet and applied thinly, generous and fresh toppings, and a crust that is not too bready and nicely browned. Not cheap certainly at $15 for a two-topping pie, but not a bad value considering the quality, the newly decorated restaurant, friendly service, and $3.50 IPAs. We were very pleased! I have been living in Bisbee for five months now and have been wanting to try this place. Finally made it in last Friday. I brought my mother, brother and brother's girlfriend with me. They were in town visiting from Phoenix and wanted to try something new. We absolutely loved our visit. The restaurant is extremely clean, well decorated and cheerful. The staff was very friendly and professional. I got the grinder, my brother a hamburger and the other two got pasta and meatballs. Everything was delicious! My brother who is an extremely picky person (and germaphobe) said that his hamburger was one of the best he has ever tasted. He didn't complain once about the cleanliness of the table or his utensils. That made me happy and our visit pleasant. My grinder was really good and the other two loved their pasta. The bill was spot on for a lunch of four. I'm extremely happy to have finally made a visit in. It will be a pleasant and yummy place to return to. Especially when I have guests in town. read more

Most of my friends and family really like this eatery, but I never had a decent meal. I just ordered (to go) their Alfredo pasta dish, and they put the salad in with the hot pasta... so the salad and dressing was as hot as the pasta. Just the simple fact the staff didn't separate the salad, is a good clue that something is really wrong. The pasta was okay but very dry. I suspect that when the owners are there, the food is much better. I have lived in Bisbee for over 20 years, and have eaten everywhere. I love Bisbee, and most of the eateries are fantastic. But this place is hit and miss with me. I actually like Gus's better, which is scary! read more

5/10/14 - Several websites show that this restaurant serves spaghetti. Some delicious looking pictures too. The MAIN website however, has changed to PASTA and meatballs. 1)There is NO spaghetti and 2) the pasta and sauce are terrible. Really terrible. Reminded me of Chef Boyardee on the 2nd day. Save yourself some bucks and go buy some canned macaroni and sauce. Yes, it's awful but so is this and I'm reasonably sure that's where they got it. The "Caesar salad" is a handful of greens with a plastic container of white sauce. The salad had a mint leaf on top which was an unpleasant surprise. Never had mint in a salad before. Also, get them to read your order back to you. Our last two pizzas, one thin crust and one thick crust, got reversed and neither of us liked what we ended up with. read more

Been coming here since I was a kid, and it's always been great. Their pizzas are amazing, and they allow you to make changes or substitutions on their specialty pizzas. The wings here are also seriously good and worth a try! Definitely one of the best places in Bisbee. read more

Looked like just another carry out as I drove by a hundred times but tonight I was on a quest to grab a few pizzas. Stopped in and the first thing I noticed was the smell of fresh pizza dough baking. Walk inside and its a carry out with a great selection of beers and wine. I ordered a classic thin crust pizza and the Don Luis (fajita chicken, green chilis, etc). I also grabbed a large cheese pizza for the kids. All of the pizzas were good and I was surprised how great the simple cheese pizza was. The crust was perfectly baked. My wife, not a big fan of pizza, liked the sauce too. We had the pizzas to go but there is seating inside too. The place was clean and the folks working there were friendly. I will be back the next time I'm looking for pizza while in Bisbee. The menu also lists a variety of sandwiches, burgers , and Sonoran hotdogs. read more

Excellent soups, salads, and sandwiches. I had the veggie sub and caldo de queso soup. Mmm! The soup was fantastic. I'm pretty sure they make all their soups from scratch. I like their French onion soup the best. They are served with fresh garlic bread knots. My husband always has the Turkey bacon ranch sub. He also got their wings, which he really likes. My only complaint is that these sandwiches could be a million times better if they used better quality sub rolls...something big and fresh, maybe made elsewhere and brought in. I don't care for their sub rolls mainly because they're small, white, about the size of a hot dog bun, and have a fresh-out-of-the-bag-from-Safeway feel and taste. With such delicious bread knots and decent pizza crusts, I can't figure out why they haven't gotten it together with the sub rolls.Their pizzas are also very good, and they have many fresh choices. It's convenient having a liquor store there as well. This is why I gave them such a high mark. They do a lot, and they do it all pretty well. If they got better sandwich rolls, I'd give them an even higher mark! read more

We have been going here for years, hoping it would be better each time we go, they always manage to disappoint. The food is terrible. Soups are premade Cysco brand, disgusting. The sandwiches are always drenched in dressing and not even hot when they should be. Service is poor, they never get your order right. There are no standards and zero consistency.
