It's a standard BDubbz. If you're not expecting over the top food, you're solid. It's wings. Tastes like any other BDubbz I've been to. Our server and host was Edward. Excellent energy and presence. Checked in often, kept it real, good communication throughout. We got wings, because why would you go to a wing place to get anything else? Kid liked her tenders and fries. Atmosphere wise, not rowdy like other BDubbz I've been to. I'm honestly flabbergasted at all the bad reviews. Maybe Edward's just the man! Maybe our batch of wings was just really good. My brother and I stopped in for a drink and food after a round of golf on a Thursday afternoon, about 3:30. I started to say we received "bad" or "poor" service. However, the reality is that we received "no" service. The sign at the hostess station indicated you could sit at the bar (open seating) or wait to be seated. We proceeded to the bar and waited, and waited, and waited.... Note that there were other patrons, 6-8, who had been served and were eating, so clearly there was staff there somewhere. However, after waiting 8-10 minutes and not seeing a single staff member we decided to leave. I understand that a lot of restaurants are resorting to minimal staffing to save money, but this is ridiculous. During the time we were there, we saw no one, no one greeted us to perhaps indicate they would be with us soon, nothing. Absolutely nothing! When we walked in, it wasn't busy however there wasn't much staff around and the few staff we saw were just hanging out. Also when we were sat, every single table was dirty and I'm not exaggerating about it. They all had dishes and dirty cups and plates and old food. Surely this has to be against some health codes. We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings in Sierra Vista around 6:10PM. The restaurant wasn't busy--no more than four groups were seated--yet it felt completely unstaffed and unkempt. We asked to sit in a booth after the hostess asked us where we wanted to sit. The hostess then proceeded to tell us they were all dirty, so she offered a high top instead. No problem--we agreed. But as we walked over, most of the high tops were also covered in food and clearly hadn't been cleaned. She eventually found us a clean table and said a server would be right over. After waiting for over 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us, we decided to leave. The place was a mess--dirty dishes, cups, and plates were left on nearly every table, and it was hard to spot any employees actually working. The entire experience made us feel uneasy and unwelcome. I had two bad experiences here ten years ago that kept me away. I was curious how this place is now, as there are always plenty of cars in the parking area. I walked in shortly after this place opened on a Friday (yesterday). There were already people at the bar drinking. I just wanted a BBQ ranch chicken wrap and an ice tea. It's part of a $10 lunch special that includes the drink. It comes with thin-cut fries. I sat at the bar. They have 29 beers on tap, including many good craft beers, but I stuck to my unsweetened tea. If you like loud places, this is the place. There was already loud dance music playing. All 33 tv were set to mute, but that music filled in the silence. I know this is a sports bar and noise is expected... Service and food were good. My server kept my tea glass filled up. Went in at 4:45 pm. It was slow inside almost every table was available to sit at. Waited about 10 mins for a host to sit us and no host came. So we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender asked us what we wanted to drink and we said water because we were unsure. She didn't bring us menus after about 5 mins, so we went to go get our own. She never talked to us again. We got to the restaurant on a Wednesday at 3pm and the restaurant was empty. I tried to order the drink special, salted caramel martini, and it took them 10 minutes to tell me they were out of the product. It took another 5 minutes to get the house strawberry margarita. We ordered 1 traditional wings 15 count, 1 traditional wings 20 count, 1 triple-bacon cheese burger with tater tots. With only two other customers in the restaurant when we ordered it took over 35 minutes to get our food. The burger had no tomato on it, and hand like 1 drop. of the bacon aioli on it. The server forgot our carrots and napkins. Service was slow and felt absentminded. The manager came to talk to us, but we did not voice our concerns to him at the time because we did not want anything for free nor did we want to send anything back. Our most recent visit there was horrible, the server was on another planet, messed up my order 3 times, forgot my friends order completely, then blamed it all on the kitchen. My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on Veterans Day was so disappointing, I felt it needed to be shared. I called ahead to ask about the wait time, and the woman on the phone was very polite, informing me it would be about 30 minutes. I mentioned that my 1-year-old was sleeping in the car, and she assured me that she could add us to the waitlist, but that I would need to come inside to be seated or check the status. No problem, I thought. However, when I arrived about 25 minutes later, the assistant general manager was the one who greeted us, and immediately, things went downhill. He claimed there had been a "miscommunication" and told us it was not allowed to be seated without coming inside. When I explained we had been waiting in the parking lot with a sleeping baby, he simply shrugged it off and said we were out of luck. He then moved us to the bottom of the waitlist and refused to give any estimated wait time. At this point, we were not only inconvenienced but also extremely frustrated. Things got even worse when, right in front of us, the assistant general manager began to argue loudly with staff members. He raised his voice and became openly disrespectful toward the workers in front of guests, making the entire situation even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. It was clear that he had no respect for his team or for basic customer service. If your staff is giving out information on the phone, especially regarding waitlist procedures, they should be expected to follow through or at least be consistent with the rules. But it seems like the assistant general manager had his own set of rules, and if things didn't go his way, he didn't hesitate to be rude and dismissive. The whole experience left me questioning why I would ever return to a place that clearly doesn't value customer service or professionalism. To top it off, after all that, we ended up leaving without eating and will definitely not be back. I will be sure to share this experience with others so they can avoid the headache of dealing with an unprofessional and disrespectful staff. We went there tonight to watch the start of the football season and were excited about it. It ended up being very disappointing! We left before the game started! The tv sound was terrible. Too much base and pounding, couldn't even here the words. Felt like we were in a night club! The fries were cold. We gave them back to a server and he said he would bring more out to us but never did. Very understaffed especially for a first football game of the season. One Eagle fan was already so obnoxious and loud but no manager around to say anything. We got scolded for not checking in with the front desk to get a table, but that was because no one was there, and nothing written on the sign. So, we ended up going to Native Wings to watch the game. Not sure why they have such bad reviews. I ate here on two occasions, one take away and once inside. Both times the food was great. The staff I dealt with was friendly and inviting. Each occasion I was there, they were hustling from table to table and food was coming out quickly. Like a lot of places they are seemingly understaffed, but they were doing a damn good job of taking care of customers. One employee who deserves a POB (pat on the back) is La. It was after 9 pm, when we came in there was no one at the front so we seated ourselves. No one waited on us. The bartender and waitress ignored us. We finally waived down the waitress. I let her know we have been waiting 10 minutes. She asked us who seated us. I said no one, she said that's the reason. Each of them thought the other had us. We placed our drink order but the bartender didn't prepare our drink for 15 minutes. It was not that busy. I said to the waitress that the bartender doesn't seem to like her because he doesn't want to do her drink orders. Our 2nd drink took longer to get. Not a good experience. The food is mediocre and tends to come out cold. The old menu was better and had more variety. The service is nice at the bar but I would never sit at a table. They seem like they are struggling to keep people because there is hardly anyone working every time we come in, regardless of what time of day. The vibe is what you expect of BWW but they could improve it even more by simply cleaning tables when customers leave. There is always more dirty tables than clean ones. Fans are fine/kids in diapers screaming is too much; left upon arrival. Tried today @ about 1300..nice! 4 or 5 people there, quiet, very quick and super service by Mia the Bar Lass! Got a brew and some fries. Brew was cold but no taste. Fries; hot & crispy but no taste. Maybe I'm getting a cold or the commie thing. So........ Last Friday, 1/23/24, we went to BWW to meet a group of people for Happy Hour. When we arrived there was a couple waiting to be seated. At the time there were only four of us and we asked the host for a table. Without even asking us how many were in our party he informed us that it would be about 20 minutes. This was confusing since the restaurant was virtually empty. I counted people at two tables and two booths. He told us that they only had one server, hence the reason for the wait, but another server would be in soon. This was 5:00 on a Friday. The service was terrible. It took forever for us to order food as they had to get only the drink order first. We were here for 45 minutes before we ever got our food and even worse cold to barely warm food. We asked for a manager and guess what, no manager ever came by even after we waited 30 additional minutes after asking. We ended up just asking for the check(which also took forever). The restaurant was dirty to top everything off. Not sure if that was due to lack of employees or what but this is unacceptable in the service industry. The experience we had with the manager, when she finally showed up while we were waiting for our cards to get back to up, was extremely disappointing.
