The folks at Dynamic Auto Customs are the real deal. I came to get my cars tinted with Llumar ceramic, a high quality ceramic film. Called at 1pm and was in by 2pm. I am looking forward to the UV protection, heat rejection, and increased aesthetic appeal of a great tint job. The front office staff here is friendly, patient, and efficient. Whenever I bumped into the staff working on the cars, they were always friendly and smiling too. I stuck around while they worked on my cars and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a mini fridge stocked with refreshments -- what a nice touch! Affordable prices $$$ Came here for a roof wrap on a Saturday and was quoted 3 hours. I was the first person there and was there before the shop even opened. I don't know how it took around 7 hours but I picked my car up in the afternoon. I drove it home and went to do my own business, and got a call back that the owner left his phone in the my car. In my head, I was like no way this is possible. Then, I heard the vibrations in the roof of my car. They wanted me to go back to their shop, but it was unfortunately too far out of my way and the direction I was heading. Thankfully, he was able to meet me at my buddy's house to grab his phone. Other than that story, I thought the roof wrap was good, but I saw random peeling on the roof. I think it's due to Lexus not having a rubber roof trim, so the wrap couldn't be tucked under anything. Don't waste your time or money with this place. Mediocre Quality work and horrible customer service all they do is make excuses. Pictures of the poor tint job speak for themselves. Bryan blamed everything from the age of the car, the computer that cut the tint, he told me the tint doesn't go to the edge because the windows move at certain speeds lol. When I went back to have them look at the tint he even blamed me for there being dust under the tint. You have to hound them for days in order to have your calls returned and then after you bug them enough they still don't want to honor the "life time warranty". I didn't think I was being unreasonable when I asked for a partial refund just for the front windows that look horrible. I should have paid with a credit card that way I could have the credit card company file a dispute for the shitty job, but I was tempted by the option to pay cash and not pay taxes. I guess a company that offers to avoid paying taxes should of been my first clue of their unprofessionalism. And who knows if they really used Llumar tint, where I've taken my cars before I always get a life time warranty pamphlet from Llumar that covers the tint nation wide. I tried to save $100, not worth it at all I guess you get what you pay for. Skip this place and choose the next place on yelp read more

Although it was a bit of a drive for us and there was a bit of back and forth, the job ended up great and we're happy with the end result now that it's been a month or two. When first completed in the first couple weeks, we had one of the front windows not take and begin to peel. We were told the window was at such an acute angle that it was difficult to get the tinting just right in that corner (and I agree, it must take a lot of patience and precision to get to some of these areas). I luckily took photos and video of it immediately as it happened and shared it back with the business. They set a time to get us back in soon after and we got it situated. It's been a few months now and the windows look great. We definitely feel the difference in temperature since we've gotten the tint done. Very happy with the results and even more satisfied that they took good care of the issues that arose. Solid job and the car looks great. read more

First of all, contrary to the promise, the front windshield was not tinted. I found out after and had to wait another hour. They said they forgot (wasn't sure if really forgot) I was writing this review while I was waiting for front windshield but I had to hold on to post review because manager guy came out apologized and explained about manufacturer warranty plus Promise that if window is accidentally broken they will replace film for free. Recently, the rear window of the car was broken, so I inquired about it, and now they said totally different story. They charge me even higher than what I paid for . I really don't understand why they make promises that they won't keep. It is better not expect any service after purchase in this shop. read more
