I took my last two cars and my friends car to Mike's Tint, but on my last car they were lazy, missed edges, there were a couple bubbles. So I looked for a new place and found TWT here on yelp. Their customer service guy, Bryan, is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is the best I've seen, and the quality is great! I am so happy with my purchase. Wrote this review due to how nice Bryan was. Had a good deal on tinting. Came in on a busy Saturday, Vanessa at the desk was helpful and patient answering questions. Did my Impreza same day and I got it back. Had some bubbles, called back about lifetime warranty, spoke to Bryan. He was super helpful and really nice. Dropped it off on a weekday for the tinting repair, and left it over 3-4 days so they could take their time per his advice, since I was gonna be out of town anyways. They did a flawless job with installing the window tint for my Model 3! I shopped around locally to see prices for ceramic window tints for a Tesla Model 3, and found Dynamic Auto Customs to be the best. Very reasonable prices for what is a very well regarded window film. The staff was very helpful and professional throughout, and was even able to accommodate changes when I decided to change the percentage for the rear glass. I was also able to schedule my car quickly. Installation will always take a while especially depending on how busy they are, but they do have a waiting room. First time here and this is my review: Staff was mostly friendly except for one short man who did not allow me to watch my truck being tinted from approximately 50 feet away due to covid. Idk why. Price was decent and wait was long. Once they were done, and the sales person was reviewing the tiny job with me, we found debris inside the tint that caused it to bubble.
