If you own a Tesla with the glass room be careful taking it to this "certified Tesla tint" place. I got all the windows tinted for a fair price of $1,100. Keep in mind it's a brand new Tesla off the lot & they ended up cracking the top sunroom window & did not take any responsibility to fix it. They said "we'll take care of it" then later charged me extra like almost $1,000 on top of the initial price. Please be aware Tesla owner of these scammers that will charge you for extra for breaking your Tesla windows. They will fix it but charge you extra for their mistakes. Tesla windows are not cheap!! You have been warned if you take your Tesla for a tint here!!! 1/10 would recommend to tint your Tesla here unless you want a broken sunroof window and get charged for it. read more

Expect to spend a second day here getting your tints redone or fixed. I took my mustang here to get tints on side, back glass, and front windshield sun strip and both the side and windshield tints were clearly poorly done and wouldn't have t lasted. When I returned the following day they had the nerve to try to blame me for a cut slit on the top of the side window tint, it was clear they didn't trim the edges correctly. On a strange note, the following day my tire was flat from a box cutting blade in pieces. read more

Initially was quoted a 2-3 hour wait time but I didnt have time so i made an appointment. When i arrived for the appointment they told me it would take 3.5-4 hours. I guess they were busy. I left them my car and chose my service. After coming back 4 hours later I noticed lots of bubbles and let them know. They mentioned it is probably water and will go away over time. That's fine. Then i noticed dust inbetween the film and my window. I let them know again and also showed them one smaller window where a whole 2in x 2in area of film was not attached to the window. I guess they were in a rush. They took my car back into the shop to fix. The owner? then came out and told me the film was defective and they'll have to reschedule me and they'll remove all the tint. I wasted my day waiting for tint. The front end employee attempted to collect payment and i told him i wasn't paying for a service that was incomplete. He talked to his manager and it was ok. The manager did the right thing. Defective tint should not be placed on the car and it was removed immediately upon his find. He even offered a quick reschedule and was very courteous. His employees need more training and it's a shame. My car was left with lots of glue remaining on my windows when I took it home. (Had to pay $50 glue cleaning fee at next tint company) There were also dirty shoe marks on my new car cream leather seats as well as soapy water residue all over the panels. I came here because of the good yelp reviews but have to give this a rather generous 3 star (OK) review. read more

I was able to book an appointment the following day for a consultation. I came in Bryan was awesome and very detailed oriented in showing me the various tint shades, products, and pricing. He gave me great advice and I didn't feel pressured to get upsold. I have an Audi Q7 2020 and I went with their CTX Series 35% for the driver's and passenger side for $200. I was surprised to know they would be able to get my vehicle done in an hour and half. I waited in their lobby area and was in and out much quicker than expected! I went for appointment last week and was told there was damage on my glass (understandable but actually very unprofessional) I repaired it with receipt as they wanted and reschedule for this week. After we had gone over the car today the guy told me "unfortunately our credit card system is down today. We can only accept cash or Zelle ( for Zelle I have to charge you sales tax). I never knew that for above $300 I could not use card in the United States. Save yourself a trip and shop somewhere else. What a shame and what a waste of my day. Took my Tesla model 3 here for tint. Chris is very good at communicating with you and setting up a time that works. He's very quick to respond via yelp messaging. Got the 3M premium tint 20% all around including back window in one piece for $450, which is a very reasonable price considering most places are at least $400 minimum for Tesla model 3's. There were a few bubbles that didn't go away, but after a week, I took it in and they corrected it ASAP in 10 minutes and it was good as new! Highly recommend this place for Tesla model 3 owners. They do a bunch of them so they know what they're doing. read more
