Communication between dispatch and driver must be a little strained. We had a delivery to our residential office and the driver missed the mark. Delivered to the wrong area. Even after it was specified with a phone call in the process. The driver not only struggled with the location and drop point.. When instructed to move the boxes to the original location he was lazy and rude. Only one person was left at our office and she was just waiting for this delivery. After she gave him the info he huffed. And was rude and was stopping traffic and chirping at the car waiting.. Understood perhaps..it's Friday and he's making mistakes.. but.. He made the receptionist unload the freight without even a thank you. Just weak. Couldn't get ahold of the company by phone after the incident. Oddly they were very available up until the delivery was completed. I immediately recommended to all of the clients involved to think twice before booking with this company in the future. read more

I was recently hired to teach a zoom cooking class for 10 people. It sent me into a tail spin as I realized I had to same day courier ten cold packed bags of perishable food ingredients all over Southern California and as far as Pismo Beach. Without question, Brian sensed my stress level and took over the handling of all the shipping for me. He handled everything through email and gave me incredible rates. I had a delivery window of 10-2. At 2:15, I called as no one had shown up or called. The person on the phone tried calling the driver twice with no answer. No apology for being late, was only told to wait another 30 minutes and call again. Ironically, while on hold, there advertisement plays which touts their on time and time critical service. Extremely late delivery and inaccurate estimates for timing.

Very bad experience. First they delivered the wrong item. I rescheduled the delivery for a Thursday, but they called when my wife was away and said they would come on Wednesday instead, even though we weren't available. This was apparently called a "failed delivery." I called IKEA and they said to reschedule to delivery directly with the company. I called the company. They said they could not arrange delivery. I asked to speak to a manager. None was apparently available. I asked the guy to just work with me. He explained something about "certain bureaucratic procedures." That I had to call IKEA back. I told him I had already spent an hour on the phone with them. Could he call and arrange it himself. "Unfortunately, I have other things to do, sir." Well, me too. So here I am, starting all over. HELLO, IKEA? IKEA? Anyone there? read more

Worst IKEA delivery experience ever. I called customer service ahead for time change to avoid miss delivery, and they confirmed on that. But at the day of delivery, the driver still came on the wrong time, and he didn't call me until after left the community gate. Now they are charging me $59 dollar for re-delivery, plus IKEA don't even have a hotline to handle store delivery and you have to go all the way to the store wait in line for 45 minutes to pay it.
