Very friendly staff. I went here for a cleaning a few weeks ago after mustering up the courage to go back to the dentist. I was comfortable my entire time there and they didn't make me fee bad for not going to the dentist twice a week. I felt very welcomed. With the cleaning I didn't experience any pain which is great! Fantastic experience! I have always dreaded going to the dentist and after being exited from my last dentist due to cancelations I tried Dynamic Dental. Karen greeted me and said welcome and after my first cleaning with Melissa and subsequent cleanings with Lori my teeth have never been better. Dr. Outericka is wonderful, after determing that I needed a crown I was concerned and she assured me the experience would be pain free and it was. I would recommend this pratice (and do) to everyone. My husband and I have been coming here for years and we have referred many people here over the years because they used to be wonderful. It all changed once they moved to the new office space. People are no longer the priority, its strictly about the business. Get them in and get them out and smile while you kick them out the door and overcharge their account. For starters, a confirmed appointment means nothing. They will call and text you the day of the appointment asking you to come in early or come in later, and when you can't oblige there's a very good chance they have to reschedule your appointment. What?! Makes you wonder why on earth you made an appointment 6 months in advance in the first place! They now have so many people working for them none of them seem to know what the other is doing. If you have a billing question or insurance issue or anything that needs to be addressed with the front desk, you will hear them say "oh, I don't see that in the notes" and you will have to explain your situation like it is brand new every. single. time. And most times you will be overcharged for your visit (even with insurance) and then you will be given a credit for your next visit. The cycle just keeps happening, so it appears to be purposeful. Personally I would like to not be overcharged the in the first place. The biggest problem is the lack of accountability. If they make an error, that is not a small one, no one will accept responsibility and they will attempt to lie their way out of it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Dynamic Dental! read more

Best Dentist I have ever been too! I guess some people have different experiences with the dentist as you see here but some of them unfortunately are just complainers. Bottom line is if the staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the treatment is good then it should be 5 stars no matter what right? instead we have people like Scotty here who find it necessary to review a business that they have never even been to based on courtesy calls? give me a break. At no point in his review did he ever say he actually answered one of those calls and declined the service so instead of doing so and being a man he ignored the calls which would basically leave "an open case" since there was no response. Good job pal! Anyways, hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional group of people I have had the pleasure of receiving treatment from. I have an appointment tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it! Thanks for being the best guys! read more

The staff is beyond friendly and very welcoming. It definitely took me longer to walk into the building than it did waiting in the waiting area, too! The people were super nice and they really knew what they were doing. I was somewhat disasppointed that it took some work to schedule an appointment and they didn't even clean my teeth! I was a first time customer and they were unclear when it came to scheduling my appointment last Monday Dec 16th. I was slated for a "Comprehensive exam". My other option was a "cleaning", but I went with the comprehensive exam because that is what the lady on the phone suggested. It was not made clear that would need to come back in March for a simple cleaning. Very frustrating. read more

I love this dental office. All of the staff are professional and knowledgable. The office is state of the art and the work that my family and I have had thus far has been excellent. My young son who wasn't a fan of going to the dentist has no problem going now that we go to this office. My daughter had to have teeth replaced due to a sports injury and we couldn't be more satisfied. I love this place! read more

Very bad communication between staff. The front desk staff have made numerous errors in logging key details into appointments slots in the computer systems, ie; specific dentists, novocaine/gas for children, and previously discussed time slots for fillings were not fulfilled. Although we love doctor Alison for our children, she's been really great, Edita's (the owner) lack of thoroughness with communication and the front desk staff's lack of attention to detail with the computer system, has caused inconvenience with both my child's filling appointments. As a parent, obviously you want your child's dental experience to go smoothly, but this practice is not geared towards treating children. I understand that there will be times when an appointment will need to be moved, but this practice calls before every single appointment to ask if we can come in at an earlier time, or a different day and when you have kids, life is busy and time is critical. It is highly inconvenient and rude to ask patients to move appointments for the practice or dentist's convenience. It only shows their lack of regard for their patients time. My child's filling appointment was rescheduled but with another dentist without me knowing. The appointment was originally scheduled with gas, however this dentist does not administer gas. This was not communicated to me until I noticed while my child was in the chair. The front desk staff didn't take the blame or miscommunication and said it was never scheduled with gas. On top of all that, they tried to persuade me that my child was fine and to go ahead and try without gas. They do not know my child, nor is it their business to comment on whether my child was ok or not. Parents know their children best and sometimes when children are nervous or in unfamiliar situations, they are scared and don't speak up. My child was then supposed to have 4 fillings done in one appointment, which was personally told to me by Edita, however when we arrived for the appointment, we were told there was no time to fill 4. They are constantly transferring blame and leaving the miscommunication up in the air. I requested my families records at that appointment with plans to leave the practice and because twice, I've expressed my irritation to Edita and the front desk staff, I received letter telling our family that we are no longer patients of their practice. I've never had such an unprofessional experience like this in any medical setting anyway. Although some of the staff are nice and courteous towards children, I do not feel this is the best place for children to go. Unfortunately this practice was not our first choice, but they were they only practice around that accepts our insurance. In my opinion, this practice is not a "family" type practice, but more of a "mall" type practice. read more

We could not be happier with the service we get at Dynamic Dental! The office staff and dentists go above and beyond to accommodate their patients! After a bad dental experience, I cautiously switched to Dynamic. Karen in reception was so welcoming and she assured me I would love it there! (All the girls in reception are always friendly!) I was put at ease right away and have been a patient for a few years now, as well as my family! I can't say enough about Dr. Svetlana (Konfino)! My 7 year old actually LOOKS FORWARD to going to the dentist! She couldn't be nicer and my son was disappointed he has no cavities and wont see her for a while!!! I have been a customer with Dynamic Dental for several years. In that time my wife and I have received excellent care. I have been appreciative of the state of the art equipment and record keeping as compared to other Dentistry practices; faster and more accurate reads of historic information about the patient. I grew up to my adult like really dreading going to the dentist as it was such a hassle- with Dynamic Dental I have no qualms going and enjoy my interactions with all of the staff-- a very hassle free environment. I travel a lot on business and they are very accommodating in that regard. That is a plus for me as I have little control over my schedule. The quality of the care from cleanings to fillings etc. has been high. I am not and easy grader and I really can't think of a negative experience. Even their billings are done very professionally. I love the new facility and wish them the best in terms of success. read more
