I was then quoted $170 for the visit, I was confused but said fine. Honestly I was more concerned about the visit and didn't do the math. At checkout I realized that was not the price I had been quoted by phone. Sam wasn't working. While I was inquiring about the pricing, a woman named Carrie proceeded to berate me in the most condescending tone, telling me I came in for an emergency visit. Mind you this is the first time I've heard of this. It is only a matter of $25 which isn't the point the point is I would never give my hard-earned money to a business that treats their customers in this fashion. On top of that I paid $50 for an x-ray that didn't even fully cover the tooth that was in question and spent 5 min with the DR for $120. Seriously ridiculous. I really needed the full evaluation as I anticipated I had other issues but felt like I was being dismissed. Dr G. As that's how I was introduced to him by the hygienist, argued with me about my bridge having metal in it. Which it does. He said I needed a root canal and is referring me to a specialist. I thought this company did all of that. Anyway I've spent enough time processing and not that I usually ever post reviews because I don't but this situation I'm hoping people are more aware when they go to the office if they are cash customers ask the questions, every question you can think about ask it before hand because the quotes they give you over the phone they won't honor.

On the other hand the office staff needs some very serious training. They have made mistakes with our appointment times, not contacting us when the appointment needs to be rescheduled. But the latest problem and the biggest is that we were overcharged for a service and was told that we will not get reimbursed until they get paid from the insurance company wich they had to resubmit the claim because they put the wrong tax id on the form. Not our fault. This is after I was told that they would mail the check out. Watching her go through that experience was extremely upsetting. Based on what I witnessed, I have serious concerns about the judgment and care provided.
