The employee was really friendly and explained how it worked. Drove around the corner to the wash bay and was directed into the wash. The employee there was really friendly as well. I saw vacuums to the right of the wash bay. It's soft cloth washes which is nice. The dryer is very strong but my car was still bit wet when I left but it dried while driving home. I can't complain about a free wash. I was thankful since my car was so dirty. Haha

The lack of brushes miss cleaning many areas of the vehicle, the tire shine rarely works, and the rinse is not enough. I'm having to wipe down the entire vehicle and the rear is covered in wet mud.
