Movers showed up and walked into the house without masks. One guy argued and then said he didn't have one. We went to give him a clean mask and he said it was dirty and he didn't wanna get sick. Yet he walked into our home without a mask. I told them they either wear masks or they need to leave. At that point, the 3rd guy walks in without his mask on and the other guy is still not wanting to put a mask on. The 2nd guy put on his mask with no issue. I told them again if they don't wear a mask, then they need to get out of the house and we won't be using them. The other guy told the guy who was arguing to get out. Then the guy who was arguing said he had a mask he could put on in the truck. So he puts it on and starts working with his nose out. I had to tell him to cover his nose. I told them multiple times to cover their noses. The 2nd guy did fine and wore the mask the entire time. The 2 other guys kept putting their masks on their chins. During this time, we sent messages via live chat to the company and no one responded but we did get a call. Jose said there wasn't a mandate in Seminole County for masks (there is), said we never ordered the mattress cover (we did), and said we should've made it clear they needed to wear masks (we did). We had ordered a king mattress cover and they didn't bring one. They told us they would wrap it in the cling wrap. We were downstairs when they started bringing the mattress down. They then told us they'd wrap it in the truck. They dragged the mattress on the floor where they had been walking and then never wrapped the mattress. We found out when they were unloading that it was never wrapped. We keep a mattress protector on that mattress due to allergies so it's basically new. Now it's been dragged on the floor, possibly exposed to covid, sat in the dirty truck, and had dirty blankets on it which I'm sure they didn't sanitize between jobs. At that point, we let them grab the few items that were wrapped and told them that was it. We didn't feel safe from covid, they argued, we felt like they were being rough with our stuff and worried they would break something. I didn't want anything else to possibly be exposed. Upon them finishing unloading and us needing to pay, we requested a cleaning of the mattress and expressed how unacceptable it was that they were not using protection. Jose screamed at us about how masks don't prevent or protect anyone from getting covid and how we need to not believe the fake media. He refused to assist or compensate. We told him his guys were still within a few feet and not wearing masks. The guy just didn't care and wanted payment. I cannot believe that someone would take such little regard for others' health. Not only their customers, but their employees, and everyone around them. We ended up paying because the guy was just yelling at us about there being no mandates and masks are not required, fake news, the virus isn't serious, masks don't protect or prevent the sickness or spread. We ended up having to hire someone else the same day, thankful we were able to find someone who could squeeze us in. I needed a moving company and found Dynamic Moving Solutions. Speaking with Jose (the owner), I told him what I needed moved and he gave me an estimation for the price and the time it should take, which turned out to be pretty spot-on. Beyond excellent service and great timing. The guys service not only the Orlando area but also Tampa. We found them on thumbtack on Thursday and managed to schedule them for Saturday. They kept us in the loop on timing while driving from Orlando, arrived on time and had the hole house packed up and loaded to the truck in what seemed like record time. They even accommodated a last minute change due to our apartment not being available and having to redirect everything to a storage unit. They wrapped up the furniture and paid careful attention to wrapping and boxing up mirrors to avoid any damage. They knew which items needed to go out of which doors to avoid any damage . They even helped disassemble some items as we didn't have the tools but they sure did . Very friendly guys and way more efficient than anyone else I've had move my things in the past. The price was great too. Based on a conversation I had with the guys, they mentioned they have several new guys and they are dedicated to customer service and ensuring that everything gets handled timely and efficiently . read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would! When you call them on their voicemail they have a professional voicemail claiming that they're fully insured and how professional & what amazing ratings they have. LIES! They destroyed an $1100 cabinet of mine and a bookshelf and told me that I could file an insurance claim with the company and they would replace my items. They stopped answering my phone calls & would not call me back! It took them almost a month to respond to me via email stating that they would refund me $200... OUTRAGEOUS! These people are frauds! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! This company is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. They were almost 2 hours late, never called, I had to call them to see where they were. The movers are just like day laborer guys. The don't wrap any of your furniture as they advertise, and when they damage and loose things they blame you. These guys damaged the walls and door frame of the old house and damaged the walls and doors of the new place, they dinged and nicked furniture and lost some pretty expensive curtain rods. They have this idiot in the office named Jose that is just as unprofessional as the movers when you complain about anything he yells at you blames you for their loss. Are they cheaper than professional movers.. yes. is it worth it NO. You will spend more in the long run fixing and replacing damaged and lost items. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH THIS COMPANY. Of and their insurance company is in St. Petersburg, FL they are nice but this company had a huge deductible and their owner Melanie Miller, wont let you file a claim unless you call the police and the police say they are at fault PROBLEM IS... Dynamic Moving Solutions is an incredible company. From the booking process up until the final signature. I told them what i had to move and they knew the time amount i should book for and it was 1/2 hour less. Taye, Tyreese and Tyron were amazing. They reminded me of the energizer bunny. They took apart wall units, bed frames and a huge custom made wood table and put it all back exactly the right way. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a mover. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Had an appointment at 1pm Friday. They called and said they were "running late", couldn't get ahold of them until 6pm when the owner, Jose told us he was "too busy" and couldn't honor our appointment that we made 3 weeks ago. Extremely unprofessional, never even apologized. He told us he wouldn't be able to move us until Sunday, two days later and referred us to another company. Being in the military we have moved around a lot and this was one of the most professional and courteous experiences we have had. From the first phone call and follow up to the guys calling when they are on their way to their uniforms. They wrapped everything that needed it and confirmed with me that I was happy with the protection before they loaded. They didn't milk the clock like other movers we had in the past. The manager called once it was all done to ensure we were satisfied. They took credit cards and I got a receipt on the spot so no surprises. They did not put our furniture back together correctly, lost parts to our furniture. That's what I've noticed so far. We paid them and tipped them the same day. Realized the beds were missing parts, and our entertainment set for the living room a few days later. I purchased my bed brand new and watched the delivery guys put it together, so I knew for a fact what the bed came with. When these moving men were putting my same bed together, I saw them doing it without the bottom woods and then I told them it was missing. One ran to the truck, then added the woods. But without the screws to make sure they stay in. I asked about that too. They told me the bed did not have any. I had to say to them "yes it did! I saw it myself when the delivery men put it together" and told them it was "unacceptable bc it's a brand new bed!!" So they finally found it and screwed them in. Now I did not sit in every room watching them. They didn't put my sons bed together correctly and it literally was falling apart. Same with my entertainment set, That is missing screws. Very sloppy job. Need to be more organized and prepared. Spoke to manager and he was extremely rude and did not seem to care at all about any of the things I addressed to him. I booked Dynamic through Thumbtack, received a confirmation, and called to confirm the day before my move. They then informed me that their calendar doesn't sync with Thumbtack and therefore didn't have my reservation. Having no other choice less than 24hrs before my move, I continued to book only to be quoted a higher price than the original Thumbtack quote and surprised with a $50 truck fee not originally mentioned. So the "no mileage/no hidden fees" promise in their quote is false advertising. I could've booked and gassed my own uHaul for $40. On the day of the move, the guys were sweet and strong but not very efficient. 3 guys showed instead of my quoted 2 but even so a 2.5hr job quickly turned into 3hrs with an additional "long hallway" fee tacked onto my price after the fact. Shockingly, I have no control over the location of the freight elevator in my building. I agree - charge me for more time to walk the halls but not a "walk" fee on top of that. I called off the job at 3hrs with 2/3 of my belongings laying in the hallway outside the elevator. Not only is my couch scuffed, my mattress ripped, and pieces missing from a bookshelf, I couldn't be more displeased paying almost $300 to have moved that much of my furniture myself. As someone who moves twice a year this is not new territory for me. I will NEVER book this company again nor recommend them to anyone I know. The movers were good guys but not efficient and management is downright shiesty. Be prepared to pay way more than your original quote for half a job. read more

I hired this company to move my one bedroom apartment. The movers took my items into the hallway by the elevator and left them there unattended. They also left my items unattended on the moving truck with the back door wide open. Three of my paintings were unaccounted for. They were either taken while my items were sitting unattended at the elevator or on the truck. I hold the movers fully responsible for this.The movers were also quite rude to each other and unprofessional which made me uncomfortable being around them. They mishandled my antique items and continued putting heavy items on top of some of my paintings. My moving boxes were bent and ruined from being mishandled. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Even though they are affordable, I suggest you pay more for a different company so you know you will receive quality and the assurance that all of your items will be taken care of. read more
