The manager tried to apologize and insisted that I was not denied service because of my nationality but by then, the damage was done. I felt humiliated, disrespected, and unwelcome. What followed was even more concerning - continued silence. Multiple follow-ups from us went completely unanswered, with no updates, no delivery of promised documents, and no accountability. Failing to meet a critical deadline is already a serious issue. Failing to communicate with clients before and after that deadline is inexcusable. This was not a minor oversight - it reflects a fundamental lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for clients. We had trusted Chris for years and referred several friends and family members to him. In hindsight, that trust was misplaced, and those referrals are something we now deeply regret.
