AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I should have listened to all the bad reviews he gets. I hope you do the same. Shady place. I paid for an optic cut same day service, dropped off on Tuesday afternoon, called Wednesday when to pick up my slide, he said 6:00pm, when they close. then told me to pick it up Thursday at 3:00 I had to work so I went on Friday at 12:00 when I got there it was not done, and was told,He "had an oven issue". I waited there another hour so he could actually do the work. Walked away with an offset optic cut. Not even centered. Now I can't co-sight with the optic rear sight. Look at the pics.

DON'T TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP terrible service I ordered my parts 12/21/24 was a custom slide and barrel for my p320 and still to this day haven't got my parts back and I am not the only one either. Always excuses on why the parts aren't done. Then when they are "done" something comes up. Found Pedro through the off-road raptor scene and seen a lot of people take him parts to get done. From what I have seen and heard from people I know your parts aren't getting done unless you are trading work. If you have nothing to trade him for work that benefits him and his truck you aren't getting your parts done anytime soon. Dude is hard to get ahold of weather that's through his shop number and instagram that he is always posting on. As well as his personal number. Supposed to get my parts on an upcoming off-road event coming up we'll see if he brings the parts like he said he would. Talk to any other shop this work that I am getting from Pedro SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG AT ALL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Update: 01/08/2026 ORDER #14138 This company is running a deliberate and deceptive operation. After contacting Pedro regarding the fact that USPS still had not received my slide for shipment, he provided excuse after excuse, including the absurd claim that USPS "loses packages" or "sends them elsewhere." A package does not magically go "elsewhere" when the correct address is on the label--unless it was never addressed correctly to begin with. The shipping label was created on 12/02, yet the package showed no real movement for weeks. On 12/27, tracking suddenly updated showing the package in Coppell, Texas. I am located in Northern California. That alone was a massive red flag. On 12/31 it showed Oakland, CA, and on 01/02 it arrived at my local USPS facility. Here is where the truth came out. Although Pedro previously sent me a label showing my address, the package was marked as delivered to a completely different address in my neighborhood. I immediately contacted USPS. They pulled the scanned package and confirmed that the label physically attached to the box was NOT my address. It was an entirely different address. USPS was very clear: the package was delivered to the address printed on the label, and they could not retrieve it. USPS explicitly stated that the shipper--Pedro--had shipped the package to the wrong address. This was not a USPS mistake. When confronted, Pedro's response was simply, "That blows." He refused to provide the address my property was shipped to and continued to claim he "packaged the slide himself," while simultaneously denying responsibility. He insisted it was shipped to my address, despite USPS confirming that was categorically false. At this point, the pattern is undeniable. This was not an accident. This was either gross negligence or intentional misdirection. Either way, my property is gone. Where to start. I had the same lead time issues that everyone else had but on top of that they milled too much material off the top of my slide and compromised my drop safety on my XD so I had been using a pistol without a drop safety for who knows how long. On top of that my gunsmith told me the cut was crooked AND because they made the cut without leaving slide material to support the rear of my optic, so it was at risk for shearing the screws and flying off. Absolutely criminally negligent and on top of that they treat their customers like trash unless you sing their praises. Edit: To answer the comment below 1. My gunsmith has a complete understanding of this and showed me how milling into the drop safety can and will cause it to malfunction. 2. I actually never requested my front sight to be recut I'm not sure what he's referring to? Also my gun isn't in multicam so I think he has the wrong order. 3. I left it at the front door at 1035am july 17th according to my call logs when they were open. It's irrelevant though since they confirmed they received it? 4. Of course it has an optic on there, you installed it yourself in 2022.

Absolutely love this company! They milled and cut my G34 slide for an RMR in their "reaper" cut. They also did a sweet multi-cam black cerkote. They were incredibly communicative and detailed about the process and the time line. When she was ready for pick up, I was in awe at the transformation! Order 10277 Impossible to get these people on the phone. Emails take days if even responded to. When I went into the shop the ladies were just sitting at the desk so I'm not sure what that's about. I waited patiently past my 8 week lead time without bothering them whatsoever. But they push people over the edge with their lack of customer service. I really wish I read the reviews before going here. I got an email 2 weeks ago that my order was in final assembly but still nothing. I guess the next step is to take time out of my day and go to the shop and bug them? I'm sure they'll have an attitude about that as well. It's ridiculous that they make people go to these lengths instead of just clearly communicating. Hopefully this review will, at the very least, get me my slide back. Also paid for an optic who knows if they even have it. This slide is for my EDC so it's really shitty of DWS to treat our stuff like this. Response to owner: Yup tried calling, emailing, live chat. Order# 8730 I have been trying to solve my order issue directly with Dynamic Weapon Solutions through their instagram account but its always lies. I placed an order for my slide to be milled for an RMR, cerakoated slot, and a plate cover. I placed my order on August 22, 2022 and shipped over my new 19X slide to DWS. On September 9 , I received an email stating: Your slide has finished the machining process and is now in our Prep process and will move to blasting next. I never received an update since. I started to reach out through instagram because i could never reach someone through their phone number or emails. Every time i spoke to whomever manages the instagram account they tell me to reach out the next day, when i did no response. After reaching out every day without response, i was told about 3 weeks ago that my order was being shipped, when i reach out to get a tracking number they always ignore me or make up some random excuse. I have been told 3 different times my order is being shipped on that day, 3 weeks in a row and still no tracking number or update. This is the worst company i have tried communicating with in my whole life. I cant think of a worst customer service than what i have been through with this company. My order number is 8730, just in case they see this review and state that they don't know who or what the order or customer this is. I feel robed of my money and belongings, this is ridiculous. read more

Very hard to find companies with good customer based relations, especially in this industry. Highly recommend this company. I've had work done from them over the years, optic cuts, and purchased slides. Got the RMR footprint cut on all worked slides. Also purchased a MRK I slide, the bees knees I tell you, all the right stuff and where the milling needs to be. Cerakote quality is always superb, no runs or blemishes. Very professional and they do their best to stay current with turn around lead times. They are busy for a reason and their reputation is known in the industry. Great product. Great price. Customer service is severely lacking. My online order was shipped incomplete. Ordered a G19 Mark VI responder with a RMR cut and matching cover plate. The slide came in without the cover plate. I tried contacting them several times via email, phone and Instagram with little to no response. Took them 8 weeks to finally ship the RMR cover plate after the initial shipment. When it came in it was the wrong color. I tried reaching out to them again but no response. At this point I'm chalking this one as a loss and I think I'm better off just ordering another plate that matches my slide. I wasted way too much time for a $25 cover plate. read more

First off, let me start off with saying I HATE giving bad reviews. Especially a pro 2nd shop. But the lack of communication has drove me nuts. June 6th, DWS was posted in a booth at a local gun show and offered their services (very nice work to say the least) on my G19. They were supposed to do a RMR Cut, MK3 slide work, and a black multicam cerakote for quite honestly a too-good-to-be-true price. Their low prices are nuts! So of course I signed up. I hand delivered my slide to them the very next day and was told to wait 6-8 weeks. -Granted this is during COVID times so I expected it to take 8 weeks versus 6. At 6 weeks I had not received any updates, emails, or calls but seen them at another gun show. I mentioned to one of the employees (Sonia) if I should expect it soon and she advised me to email her. I then emailed at week 6 to ask for update to an email address that was owned by (Pedro/ CEO)...he replied promptly! Saying he passed the message but never got a response. July 27th..... at 7 weeks I emailed their "updates" email, received an email requesting my order number (duh..how did I forget to mention that in my initial email)....well my fault there but here is where it got funny. August 5th- I received a call from Siena and was ASKED what color did I want...(well weird that I was called...but figured eh, if it hasn't been colored then I'd like to change to metallic multi-cam IF possible)....she said "No issue!"....especially since my slide hadn't been coated yet. Well that was week 8 and I figured "Ok...they are cerakoting at week 8....I should have it in a week or so...not too bad. Took 9 weeks but at least I know it's getting done.".... August 5th AT NIGHT, I received an email stating that my slide was in paint prep to get coated in METALLIC MULTICAM and that it would be assembled and ready for pick up. August 11th- I got in to pick up my slide assuming a week was long enough to assemble the slide and they said "well...uh...it isn't even coated yet"....Like what?? ...I asked why and they said "Oh well the METALLIC MULTI CAM booth was down, but "Is now open and will be colored this week" August 19th- I email for an update. I get a response that same day and they informed me it was coated but not assembled. I responded saying "Excited! Can I go pick up later in the week?"....and well now...no response. August 21- I email again, no response. August 25th- I email them and pretty much state "I want to go pick up my slide. Regardless of being assembled or not. It's been 11 weeks and I'll just pay my local gunsmith to assemble it". No response from them. August 27th- I go in person and see Sonia, she then went to the back and came out front to tell me that my slide was colored the wrong color since "I changed the order"....like no. Absolutely ridiculous! How is it that their own agents called me asking what color I wanted, offered to do whatever color, and now saying it was my fault?? But Sonia was nice, she said "Look, I know it's been a while but it's in paint prep to get re-done. I promise you a call back by September 1st and it WILL be ready for pick up, I'll personally call you."....well as you can imagine, no call from her. No email. No response. I've emailed once again, no response. Called SEVERAL times, no answer. Even DM'd them... I can "SEE" that they've viewed my messages on Instagram, and still no response. Look, I know this is a 1st world problem but this is not how proper customer service is performed. How is it that I've sent 4 emails, 15 calls, 3 instagram messages, and waited 12 weeks to have no updates/ slide. It is now September 5th and I've pretty much gave up on getting my slide back. I'm not doing this review to damage their reputation, and I'll be glad to repost an update IF i get contacted. But I really need a response regarding a part of my firearm. IF this does get viewed by DWS, please remember, MK3 Reaper cut (with top cut included), METALLIC MULTI-CAM, RMR CUT. Sorry for the long read everyone, but as a previous operations manager I know that these reviews truly help the business. Critical reviews are important. Thank you. *FINAL UPDATE*- Upon 15 minutes of this review going live, I received a call from Pedro @ DWS. He informed me of a lot of changes they've had regarding staffing and other changes......but advised me my slide is ready and apologized for the delays. He also offered to take it to my other gunsmith since I mentioned I was going to get work performed to it. I let him know it is ok, and I will pick up next Monday or Tuesday. I'm glad I received a call and let him know I will update this review (he stated I don't have to but appreciates it)....I'm glad he personally called me and resolved this. UPDATE- I picked up. Work is beautiful and a 10/10! Color, design, work is perfect. Again, steal of a deal. What puts a sour taste in my mouth is how I had to chase for updates versus routine ones. Plus 5 emails with no response. In total-I give them 3/5 stars read more

DWS does amazing work and their customer service was top notch. They cut my G19 slide for a Holosun 507c and cerakote it black. They kept me notified once they received my slide, contacted me with any issues, emailed me a confirmation of once they were done so I could expect my slide to be shipped back. As I was installing everything they walked me though it through an Instagram video chat. Super impressed with customer service taking time out of their busy schedule to just get me straight! First of all, the outcome of the barrel and slide for my Glock 17 were great. I am extremely happy with how they came out. Additionally, they mounted my Trijicon RMR and suppressor sights for no charge at all. Although the lead times are a little long now, Pedro and Sonia were very responsive and great with updating me on my order. Two weeks after ordering just an RMR plate cover, I hadn't received an order update or shipping information. Was told that it was "in cerakote" this week. Was shipped the next day. I appreciate honesty so if you just missed the order, tell me. The plate will generally only fit their specific cuts, so I had to alter it to fit mine. Wasn't going to go with their cut service based on previous reviews. Should have taken those as a sign to not order at all. The claims of delays, slow shipping, and lack of customer service are 100% accurate. read more

stumbled on these guy's on instagram.. turns out they are local to me. Ended up getting my slide done up for my 17..could not be more pleased with the outcome! the machining and cerakote is crazy good. I've had pews done up before but these guys are just on a different level. Yes they are a little backed up right now specially due to the pandemic so the wait times can be a tad longer. But they still got faster turnaround than other shops and more budget friendly. More importantly their customer service is top notch! Pedro, Sonia and the guys in the back are really easy to talk to! for the price and quality the slides they put out. Its hard to beat. If your considering having some work done definitely check DWS out! read more

Now that we FINALLY have the slide back, I feel more comfortable leaving a review... 6 MONTHS later. Not even going to waste my breath telling the story of what happened, but TERRIBLE communication, customer service and business. My husband can leave the detailed story later, don't waste your time or money here. Finally went in to pick up my husbands slide today and guess what... door was wide open and NO ONE was even in the store. Guns out everywhere LOL. Finally a lady who works there walked in with a bag of food. I guess her lunch is more important than the risk of someone stealing guns right off the walls. Anyways, super disappointed, can't believe they have 4.5 stars. Won't go back! _______________ Hi Pedro, In response to your reply. FALSE. Not even going to waste my breath here. You NEVER contacted us, I called and emailed time and time again until finally Tyler responded once I DMd you on IG. It's taken 6 months on a job you said would take 2 weeks. Terrible customer service and very untrustworthy business practice. This is a business that simply grew to fast to quick and is not well managed. If you commit to something as a business you should live up to your commitments as your word is gold. If a business does not have the common courtesy to try and make the situation right how can you continue to grow the business. No communications, no emails, no texts after the take your money to perform a service. I understand things happen but the owner Pedro and Sonja need to take accountability for the zero customer service. It's so crazy I had to physically go into the shop to get an update and find out my other friend has been waiting over 2 1/2 months for his Glock 19 slide cut and is still waiting. My other friend got his slide cut and when he went in to pick it up he didn't realize until he got home the slide was scratched real bad from the vise. How can you try and hide a mistake you made when putting on the sights and optic. Stay away from this business as there are plenty of places out there that will treat you like you deserve to be treated. read more

I contacted Pedro and told him I needed to get night sights installed on my Glock 27. Pedro said he could do it for me for FREE. I couldn't believe it because other shops were charging up to $40 to install my sights. The following day, I took my gun into DWS, saw Pedro, and he installed it in about 15 minutes while I waited. I will definitely be back and refer friends to DWC for any customization to their guns! THANKS, DWS!!! read more

I needed a flash hider removed to replace with a compensator. I called and Pedro (the owner) said to come on in and that they would do it for free. Took 3 minutes and I was out the door. The customer service is excellent, it's a family run business, and they look out for you. Other gun smiths in the area like Bolsa Gunsmithing asked for $80 for a flash hider removal, where Dynamic Weapon Systems did it for free. I'm an extremely happy customer. Spoke with the owner for a moment and he was a great guy, can't wait to bring my business back here again. Thanks guys read more

Took my G19 slide here to have an optic cut done and I would highly recommend them. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I dropped my slide off I was told it would be done between 1-4 weeks. They had it done in two weeks and the work is flawless. They also send you email updates on where your slide is in the process. Mill work was perfect and cerakote was flawless. i reached out to DWS to get a 507k cut on my sp01 slide and have it cerakoted in OD green. The Customer service i experienced is absolutely above and beyond . I had reached out to their Instagram page very late at night (around 1am). they replied back on Instagram almost immediately. like within 5 minutes. To go even further the very next day I received a call in the morning of a Sunday which is NOT even a business day and the actual owner of the company reached out to me personally to answer my question with more specifics. He called from his personal phone i assume and told me he was calling from home while he was sick and dealing with an illness. Went absolutely above and beyond just to answer a simple question. I couldn't beleive it. read more

First time here last week, was greeted immediately upon walking in. Shop vibes and energy were great, dog laying out on the floor.. I felt like I was at home. Lol So I originally came in to get slide work done on my original Glock ( front serrations, optic cut, suppressor height sights) and ended up walking out the same day with a custom MRK1 slide in OD green, it is machined beautifully and functions efficiently. The staff are professional, knowledable, kind and very helpful. Definitely coming back to get work done on my Sigs. Thank you DWS especially Sonya for her expertise. You guys rock! read more

I purchased a MRKIII Reaper Slide in Dynamic Black & TiN barrel(gold) for my Glock 19 and let me just say...AMAZING quality work. I am absolutely in LOVE with what these guys do here! True craftsmanship, Pedro & Sonia were extremely helpful with the entire process. Pedro even offered to install my internals and RMR for me as well! I ordered my MRK VI Responder in February and received it in April. What a beautiful slide. I finally started to put it together since I also received my frame after some work on it as well. To my surprise, there was some issues that needed to be resolved with the slide so I brought it in. The first day, I came to the shop 30 minutes early as I thought they would open at 1000. I was about to walk away and come back 30 minutes later when a gentleman came out and waved me to come back in even though they weren't open yet. They took a look at my slide and did what they could as I did not bring any internals. They even gave me a plate cover. I was still having the same issues with extracting so I brought it back to have it checked again. This time I had the internals in but I did not bring my frame. Duh. They were nice enough to take a look at the slide again and did another check. I came back a third time with the complete frame and slide. Without hesitation they saw the issue and did some diagnostics to figure out what was going on. It seems like it was the new barrel. Just need to work in it. Customer service was great. I had no hesitation in bringing it back if I needed to. They were easy to work with and will stand behind their products. I even purchased another slide today. Thanks DWS. read more

Best place to get any optic cuts, gunsmithing, and any slide related services for your firearm needs! I had an optic on my 1911 slide with a stripped screw and they offer no fees for removing stripped screws if you ever have any mistakes putting on your sights. Tyler took care of me and kept me posted timely. Would recommend to anyone! read more

First time having work done on one of my firearms and couldn't ask for better service. Sonia makes you feel like you are family and they are very attentive to any concerns. For example there was some dripping on the cerakote finish and I noticed about a month after receiving my optic cut, I addressed my concerns with them and they warranted the slide and had it corrected and back to me in less than 4 business days. I will definitely be back in the future. read more

I had planned to attend a training in late February, so based on that timeline I expected to have my handgun back by the end of January. We are now approaching 15 weeks, and my firearm is still not ready. Can't even reschedule my class as the staff has been unable to give me a date each time I've called. I didn't want to leave a negative review because my previous experiences here have been great, but this delay is honestly unreasonable. If I would have known the turn around time I would have skipped on services. A friend of mine dropped off his handgun at a different shop for the same services and had it back within a month. I am paying full price for 2 of the 3 services so I might as well have just taken it to the other shop.. I would still consider purchasing items from this store, but unfortunately I will most likely not be returning here for gunsmithing services.

Absolutely can NOT recommend this company, they should rename themselves to Dynamic SCAMMING Solutions. Wish I had done my research before I purchased a slide from them, which I still have not received after 3 months, going on 4 months of waiting. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for a P320 slide, cerakote and sight install. So I placed my order on August 31st. Messaged them after about 8 weeks on October 26th and they tell me they FORGOT about my order and they would expedite it. So I waited another 3 weeks to contact them and they said it would ship before black Friday. It did not ship before black Friday because they claimed they were still waiting on sights to come in. I asked for a refund and they said the only thing they can do is store credit. I told them ok if you are truly waiting on sights go ahead and send me my slide without the sights and refund me for just the sights. I was told by one of the employees through Instagram on Wednesday November 23rd that they were able to find some sights through a local dealer and they would ship everything out that Friday. Friday comes and they still have not shipped my slide out and they just ignore my messages. I have called several times and no one has EVER answered the phone. I have emailed and no one has EVER emailed me back. After posting this review they immediately messaged me telling me they were shipping it out the next day(Saturday) via USPS. I receive an email with a tracking number. A week goes by and the tracking has not updated. It says USPS was electronically notified by sender to expect a package from them. It has said this for a week now. At this point it seems I'm just getting the run around. My guess is they created a label just to make it seem like it was shipped out but at this point who even knows. I have told them I will be disputing the transaction with my bank if something isn't done asap. They tell me a slide was started incase the one they claim to have sent me was lost in the mail. I was told it should ship out this Thursday/Friday 12/08/2022. So as of right now it seems the slide they sent me has been conveniently lost and they are working on sending me a new one. What a nightmare this whole experience has been. I'm currently out $620 from this scam of a company. Monday 12/12 another slide was supposedly shipped out last Thursday/Friday. Received the tracking on 12/8 and again the tracking says USPS was electronically notified by sender to expect a package. Seems like we are doing this all over again. I went ahead and even checked the tracking number on the first slide they supposedly shipped out and got "lost" by USPS, and now the tracking is saying it's not a trackable number, yep extremely sketchy I'd say. They even admitted that USPS is not a good shipping company and yet what do they do they ship with USPS again. So now we are on to our 3rd slide. I tell them that it is obvious they can't produce a P320 slide so I wanted to know what their in stock options were for a Glock 19x. They give me 3 options and I decide on a cerakote and sight install option. I ask him if it will ship before the end of the week and he says "Definitely I'm aiming for sooner". So I message him on Thursday 12/15 asking how the slide was coming along, he responds "Good". I ask him if he has any idea when my slide is gonna ship out. He reads my message and I get no response. I'm just being ignored at this point. So I'm done with these games, it's been almost 4 months and this company has provided nothing for me. I have disputed the transaction with my bank. Also I'm not the only one that has had issues with this company. Just search through the other low star yelp reviews and search for their BBB complaints and low star Google reviews online and you will see. Also read the owners responses to these negative reviews. He never takes responsibility for anything and always tries to make it seem like it's the customers fault. Maybe he needs to spend a little less time playing with his truck and a little more time working on his customer service skills and getting customers orders out the door within the quoted time. If you want a slide or any sort of slide work done look elsewhere because this company is NOT the solution. read more

EDIT: spoke w/ Pedro and issue was rectified and the slide arrived and the work is fantastic. I think once they get more employees and can focus on CS and the work it'll be a 5 star experience. Will gladly change/update once rectified. Timeline: 9/7: quoted on IG 1-4 week lead for just cerakote. 9/10: slide arrived at their shop 9/19: took 9 days to find/process slide. 9/19: added magwell cerakote work once they found the package - wasn't option to add on site so did via email. 10/13: told slide/magwell is in assembly & cerakoted 10/21: told via site chat still in assembly 10/24: told by CEO its shipping this week only after having another IG user with much larger account reach out on my behalf. 10/28: end of the week and no shipping info. Now at end of week 7; beginning week 8 since the slide arrived and double the advertised lead. Review: Really hate doing this bc when I get firearm work/gunsmith stuff done I always go with small businesses but their false lead times and lack of honest communication is disappointing...I said honest bc they do reply but it's not accurate. More of just telling you what you'd like to hear. I reached out on IG asking for a lead time quote for cerakote only work on a slide I provide (9/7/22). Was told 1-4 weeks. Took over a week for them just to confirm it arrived (arrival 9/10/22). Took until 9/19/22 to confirm arrival of the slide. 10/13 all I can get is "slide is in assembly"; it's been in this stage for over 2 weeks. It's a Shadow Systems slide. Basically a Glock. I was finally emailed by the CEO (10/24) only after having a larger IG account reach out on my behalf. CEO said on the 24th it would "ship this week". Well that didn't happen like others have said. During this time I was able to: order a trigger from Atlas; ship said trigger to Vytal Mfg for anodizing; they completed the work & shipped back to me; I then shipped my frame to DSC Gunworks who installed the trigger and returned shipped in literally under 24hrs; and that arrived Tuesday (10/25). This is 3 separate companies completing work. I'll be reaching out to the BBB and possibly my bank. I'm pretty much screwed at this point because I can't just buy a replacement slide from the manufacturer so I'll have to build out another complete upper or wait until they decide to send mine back. I explained I'm active duty and leaving the country sooner than expected on a ship so I'd appreciate the slide being sent back before then. read more

Made an order on 11/25/21 the lead time at the time was 6-8 weeks. I didn't mind it being a little bit longer as I was moving. So, I'd be okay with an extra month or 2, honestly. But, they didn't provide any updates and it ended up taking 6 MONTHS. It seems they only care once you hit their reputation and only serve instagram influencers well. Check images on page 6 and 9 (Pictures keep moving after they uploaded duplicate photos, you can check the date from when I posted and when "new" photos were posted) for what I received and how they're "available 24/7", YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AVAILABLE 24/7 IF YOU UPDATE PEOPLE OR SEND OUT A GOOD PRODUCT FAST. I had to hound them to get updates for anything and only got semi-coherent responses through instagram since I had to e-mail them 3+ times just to get them to update the shipping address. EVEN IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT THEY WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND. They will constantly promote what they don't have. You'll find more reviews on Reddit saying the same. EDIT: Pedro called and claims the internals being exposed is common but, I don't see any photos of such on any of their images. Yet, when you go to jagerwerks (https://jagerwerks.com/leupold-deltapoint-pro-for-glock/) there are no exposed internals shown. They are not saying "this is what you might receive." I called it a blem but, they don't see it as such. Also, I received a pre-cut from Archon firearms ordered through tamfamgram on new years and received it within 2 months since, Pedro was saying they're fast at pre-cuts. THAT WAS CALLED A PRE-ORDER. I would not recommend Dynamic Industries. 0 stars if I could 1 star (mandatory) is being generous. My order took nearly a year to complete, and throughout the process I constantly had to chase updates. Communication was extremely poor, with long periods where messages went unanswered and shipping dates repeatedly changing. I paid for multiple parts, including three sights and a barrel. In the end, I did not receive all of the parts I ordered, which was incredibly frustrating after waiting so long. The pickup and shipping process was also a mess. I was given conflicting information about when my order would be ready, and after driving over an hour to the shop based on our conversations, I arrived to find the shop closed. Later I was told there had never been a finalized appointment despite messages indicating otherwise. To make matters worse, the Cerakote work did not hold up. The coating on one of my three slides completely failed, and the other two slides have experienced partial Cerakote wear and peeling. After the amount of time and money invested in this project, I expected much better quality and durability. The entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and far longer than it should have been. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. From my 3 slides I'm out almost $1,000. Don't trust their service all he does is lie and give excuses. read more

I recently purchased two slides from this shop and was thoroughly impressed by both the product quality and the exceptional customer service. The first slide I bought was readily available in-store, and I was able to pick it up immediately. Unfortunately, I over-torqued a screw during installation, causing damage. When I returned the next day, the staff didn't hesitate to help. They took the slide back, spent a week repairing what could have been a costly mistake, and returned it to me in brand-new condition. For my second purchase on 8/7/24, the experience was just as seamless. I ordered online and picked it up the following day. I encountered a minor issue with my sight, but when I brought it back to the shop, they resolved it within minutes. Pedro and Philip were incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions about my purchase and other firearms I inquired about. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience outstanding. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the market for a slide or any other firearm-related products. You won't find better quality or service anywhere else. read more

Over two years has passed and I still don't have my orders. For those who got ripped off from Pedro and was lied to, you need to do the following: - File a report with the Huntington Beach Police Department. Call the HB PD at their non emergency number and ask for Officer Christy......he is currently the officer assigned and handling this case with Dynamic Weapon Solutions. This needs to be on record so please contact Officer Christi. - Report Dynamic Weapon Solutions to the Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org - Take Pedro to Small Claims Court. You can download the Small Claims Court form at: https://courts.ca.gov/sites/default/files/courts/default/2024-11/sc100.pdf The PDF is like 6 pages but you only have to fill out like 2 pages but not that much. My order (#12736) for a precut responder slide with an RMR optic cut was placed January 26th 2024. It is now early September and I have received no updates on my order despite sending multiple email requests and a couple of phone calls that were not returned. I'm a patient guy and I waited until around June before I started asking about my order in earnest, they tell you they're "checking on it" but nothing ever changed and no update was given. In July, I asked for a return of my OEM slide and the $240 I paid but was given a short and trite reply of "Sorry not possible." These people will give you the mushroom treatment of keeping you in the dark and feeding you sh@t. It's been over 8 months and my order status has not changed; I've got nothing to show for it. The few times they've communicated with me, they've refused to give me an ETA and they act like they don't care. I've come to the conclusion that they've basically taken my slide and my money and have no intention of giving me what I paid for. Save yourself some heartache and STAY AWAY. read more

I ordered 3 CZ MRK V Elite basepad back in June of 2023 and still have not received them. I have been in there on 2 separate occasions asking when they would be ready and was told they would be ready in a couple of months once they got the metal. Recently I chatting with them online and I ask for a refund but they said that all sales were final. I would not have a problem with the fact that all sales are final if I actually got what I paid for in a timely fashion. It has now been over 7 months with no product and a refusal for the refund. No communication on when they will be done. I personal will never use their services again. I also purchased an optic from them and got that installed and recolored my slide. They got that done in a timely manner but I had to go back several time due to the optic fall off. Overall my experience with DWS has been poor to say the least. Pedro does not listen to a word you write. He just back pedals and makes excuses. If you write a negative review expect him respond not professionally. read more

I never leave reviews but this has me upset... Ordered a slidecut and cerakote job was quoted 6-8 weeks... They received everything on 3/28/2022... The last auto update I received was on 5/17/2022 saying sandblasting had been completed Here we are on 10/17/2022... still no slide I've reached out several times via email, instagram, online chat and also by phone... was told it ships next week twice by DWS... still no slide *** UPDATE 10/17/2022 The owner PEDRO has reached out and apologized for the process and guaranteed me man to man he would get it shipped out that day. *** UPDATE 10/24/2022 So the slide finally shipped on Friday the 21st and I received it today on 10/24/2022 They sent it back without my Trijicon SRO, Night sights or internals! I contacted Pedro and he says this should not have happened... I agree... This is a nightmare at this point. read more

DWS has great social media presence but they seem to be missing the customer service aspect of running a business. Ultimately poor customer service will effect their business. Great looking products, underestimated lead times, piss poor customer service. They bite off more than they can chew. If you cannot efficiently get the slides out within your estimated window maybe you should stop running sales. If you are doing so much business - why don't you hire a few secretaries at $15/hour to keep track of everything? Also, I believe they get Glock brand slides in from customers and then return them milled non-Glock branded slides. Avoid at all costs. 1 Star just because Yelp forces me to choose. Wish I could put zero stars. Use JagerWerks instead. Use your dremel instead. Looks like Yelp decided to flag this as a fake review yet kept all the positive ones. read more

In March, during the covid madness I brought my Glock 34 slide in to be cut for optics and to get a cerakote. While talking to Pedro, I looked at some of the work that they do with slide cuts and decided I would get that done as well. So I left my slide with Dynamic Weapons Solutions to get the work done on my slide. When it was finished Pedro called me and told me to come down to pick it up. I think I snuck over while on the clock lol. When I got there I was extremely happy with the work they did on it. I told Pedro I was interested in getting the Holosun 508T and he said he could order it for me so I did. I also got DWS suppressor sights also. When my optic came in they called me and I ran over immediately to have them put the sight and optic. I am very happy with the results so far and look forward to getting more work done with them in the future. read more

Amazing work and great customer service! I sent my slide in to have their reaper cut and asked if they would install some sights I had gotten. I knew they had high volumes of business and that it would take some time so I waited patiently. After some time I decided I would contact them on Instagram in which I immediately got a response to whom I could email to receive updates on my slide. I did so and got a quick response. Upon installation, my sights broke, which I knew was highly likely. I was prepared to buy a set of their suppressor height sights but I didn't have to because they went ahead and replaced them for free without question. That to me is a huge deal. These guys are amazing at what they do and do their upmost best to make their customers happy. I will be using them for future gun builds without a single doubt! read more

Let's start by saying that the customer service is Amazing! I initially paid for an RDS to be mounted, and I changed my order to get the MRK III REAPER package and it was definitely worth the wait. They managed to facilitate my request and promptly provided advice on the overall aesthetics of the look I was going for. They informed me of the increased lead time. The only issue I had was a mix up of my order because I technically paid for two services at two different times on the same slide, and I didn't receive was shipping confirmation for the return of my slide which was not a problem because I knew they were working and cranking out orders all while they were prepping and moving to a new facility. Overall a great experience and outstanding craftsmanship, and I'll definitely send my next slide to them. read more

I paid for optic cuts on March 4, 2025 with the promise that the work would be completed no later than 4 weeks (which was two weeks longer than advertised on the website.) As of today it has been 16 weeks. I have repeatedly contacted DWS through phone calls and emails, at first they were partially responsive but only kicking the can down the road, promising "next week" for three weeks. At this point they have completely ceased all communications with me, ignoring both my calls and emails to them. Don't make the same mistake I did, do not send your slides to this business unless you don't need them back. If it is too late for you, and you are in the same boat as me, please contact me and we can pursue legal action together against this business to retrieve our property. read more

I placed an order with Dynamic Weapon Solutions on March 24 to have my slide cut and optics installed. After waiting until July for any kind of status update, I spent another month and a half emailing with little response. On August 15, I finally heard back and was told my order was "in shipping." That was nearly 5 months after my original order date. Since then, I've asked for updates weekly, but there has been nothing but radio silence. I run a small online business myself and fully understand how busy things can get, but this level of poor customer service is unacceptable. If you're considering having work done here, I strongly suggest looking at other shops that respect their customers' time and investment. read more

Customer Service is the worst I've ever received. Sent an acro slide in for warranty in January, was told 1-2 weeks turn around, due to them having to recut the slide since they fucked up the first time. Sent in an Acro P1, Night Sights, and a complete slide, and they have had it since January. Keep making promises that they don't keep, when I call, they throw me on hold for 5-10 minutes everytime, I don't have that long to wait to be spoken to. They never keep their word, terrible company, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. Need to stop focusing on social media, and pay more attention to their QC, and Customer Service. I just picked up my slide which I had DWS perform an optic cut. the quality of the work was exceptional! Sonja had called me the day before and arranged an appointment for today. She asked me to bring the rest of my pistol and they would lube and install the new optics for me. I was not expecting that type of service. i asked her how long all of this would take and she said she would have me in and out in 15 minutes. They did everything I requested and then some!
