Having worked in the automotive business myself, I'll also admit I can be a little more particular than the average customer. I tend to notice the little things that most people probably wouldn't, which is both a blessing and a curse. That's why I put off tinting the RAV4 for so long. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Pedro's work was extremely clean, his attention to detail was excellent, and the entire experience was easy and professional from start to finish. My only complaint is that I didn't find him sooner. I'll absolutely be coming back to Pedro in the future, and the RAV4 will be back for a ceramic paint coating as well. If you're picky about your cars and want the job done right, Pedro is your guy.

Neto and his team were super responsive and patient, answering all of my (many) questions even before we committed. We were on a tight timeline to get it done in 2-3 days, and while there was a delay due to materials arriving late, Neto communicated clearly throughout and the team focused on getting everything right vs rushing it.
