My family member is gluten intolerant, and they even offered to make her gluten free pancakes if she brought in batter that is okay for her to eat. The second time we took some friends who also enjoyed it. The only drawback for me, was the small low-ceiling bathroom. But in the old Havana buildings, I don't think there's a lot of choice.
