Wow!!! I am so impressed and happy! Dean has done it yet again. We had a ton of junk in our garage. Dean brought his truck and a flat trailer bed for all the stuff that had accumulated over 20 some years. We had him and Lance build 2 custom high shelves that our cars would park under in our garage. He drilled and bolted the shelves into the cinder block wall of the garage. Super sturdy. Cleverly designed for maximum space. And they put everything away too! I had something in my backyard that I will can only call an alien weed, which upon extraction turned out to be a gigantic tree stump that the previous owner had simply covered up. When I knew I wouldn't be able to get it out on my own, Dean at dynamite tree stump grinding was able to help me out. He used a specialized machine to get into my backyard, which was difficult to navigate. Dean and his assistant (can't remember name) did an awesome job! Took out two large yuccas in under two hours and removed the stump and roots in a challenging situation. Excellent work! We had to cut down 13 very old cypress trees to stumps. When it came to removing the stumps so we could use the space again we had a problem because the space was long and very narrow. A previous tree removal company said they couldn't do it because their equipment couldn't fit. There was also the concern of damaging our neighbor's block and brick plant in the process even if digging out the stumps by hand. Not a problem for Dean. He told us he could do it and it turned out exactly if not better than promised. Friendly, quick response for quote, on time for job, quality work & good clean up. Dean removed a GIANT yucca tree that was growing into the side of a property I had just purchased and trimmed up a big magnolia tree that was touching the roof. Working in real estate I have worked with hundreds of contractors and Dean is the best! The first man I hired to cut down a rather large tree and grind down the stump disappeared after he took down the tree leaving the stump. I called Dean and he came right out and gave me a quote. I hired Dean that day. He did a wonderful job where we couldnt see the stump or roots that had spred in the yard. You would never know a tree was there. Perfect! Also a prior tree trimmer assured me the tree roots were in no way going to damage my brick walkway. Wrong! The roots lifted and broke some of the bricks bad. Dean to the rescue! He was able to grind the raised bricks perfectly! Dean not only is excellent at his trade he is very personable and enjoyable to work with. Dean was great! I called just yesterday with a problem stump in a planter box that I needed removed to make way for the tree. After talking with him and hearing how he would do it I knew he was the right person for the job. I spoke to many other companies but none seemed as knowledgeable and professional as Dean and I feel he gave a fair price. Than tonight I get home and it was all done. Better than I could have expected. At least 2' of stump was removed and all connecting roots were taken away as well leaving a nice clean slate well prepped for planting. This is a review for a quote I received from Dean, not for actual services. I received a $1500 quote for the work (removing a stump). The other two quotes I received were in the range of $500. I can't put into words how amazing Dean was. He had some time open up and came right over. I had one HUGE tree stump to be removed and quite a few smaller ones. He came in and got to work right away.
