Very disappointed. After originally signing up with the deal they offer THRU Yelp, they came back after our second spray and said the deal was over and was only for one visit. Over the phone initially (to get my business) they told me it was for the year. They back fracked and also said that each visit was $80+ which obviously is waaay above market prices. So after the third visit with a new person, I decided to cancel. Never felt like we were really a priority anyway. And the person who answers the phone didn't really care anytime I called to discuss issues. I would suggest not going with this company now. I highly recommend Dynasty Pest Control. Chad contacted me quickly and set up an appointment for the next day. He was right on time and did a check for bed bugs at the apartment. We ended up not having any signs of them (thank goodness) but I was very happy with the way Chad thoroughly checked our bedroom. Plus there was no fee for the inspection, which is fantastic. Other companies in the area charged an additional inspection fee because of bed bugs. He also took the time to give some advice on preventing bed bugs in the future. This company is awesome. They're all the way in Dallas and I live in Arlington but gave them a try anyway. They came out to my house like super punctual (the appointment was from 9-10 and they showed up at 9am both times). Zach Weber was the gentleman who came and he was super cordial and polite and patient and followed the ants all around the house with me and to both trees lol ANTS EVERYWHERE. He was so patient and explained what the deal is with the carpenter ants that we had and where they are and all that stuff. He explained the type of chemicals he was spraying and that it was a bait so don't worry if I see them still for a few days but they would take the poison back to the nest and that's how they die for sure. We've been using them for the past 3 months and couldn't be happier with the service and results. One side of our house faces undeveloped wooded area so when we first moved in, needless to say, we were getting mauled by mosquitoes within a couple of minutes of stepping into the backyard. We signed up for the In2Care system plus monthly fogging treatments and now I don't remember the last time I got bit out there. Other than the great results, their customer service has been top notch. They always come to the front door before a treatment to let us know they will be on the property so we aren't alarmed. This last service appointment, Brian came to the door at the end to warn me that because the wooded area was being cleared, we might see temporarily increased mosquito activity in the next few weeks. He reminded me of their guarantee and that he'd gladly come back to re-treat the property before the next service date if needed. Dynasty was able to come out within 24 hours of receiving my email. After a quick look around it was determined that my termite damage was old, that my house had been treated fairly recently, that I had a small ant problem and that the damage I saw outside was from from squirrels and not bugs. I have had your representative come out to my home 3 times - only to treat simple Kitchen ANTS! and he failed. But i would really appreciate if FIRST you & your staff researches the products your pest control services are using and you personally can confirm that customers are getting what they are paying for. Then we did the ANT control ourselves after the last time the tech visited and I was again told to wait a week with ANTS swarming all over my kitchen - hence did not see a need to call back or talk to dynasty pest services again.
