We found this company by doing a search on yelp. Have not used a pest control company before. Justin met me at the house and was very communicative about arrival times and so professional. He is an expert and gave great advice on other issues we were experiencing with our dog - kind of but not really related. I cannot stand the salesman types, and that's not what I got from him at all. Very disappointed. After originally signing up with the deal they offer THRU Yelp, they came back after our second spray and said the deal was over and was only for one visit. Over the phone initially (to get my business) they told me it was for the year. They back fracked and also said that each visit was $80+ which obviously is waaay above market prices. So after the third visit with a new person, I decided to cancel. Never felt like we were really a priority anyway. And the person who answers the phone didn't really care anytime I called to discuss issues. I would suggest not going with this company now. After a quick look around it was determined that my termite damage was old, that my house had been treated fairly recently, that I had a small ant problem and that the damage I saw outside was from from squirrels and not bugs. This company is awesome. They're all the way in Dallas and I live in Arlington but gave them a try anyway. They came out to my house like super punctual (the appointment was from 9-10 and they showed up at 9am both times). Zach Weber was the gentleman who came and he was super cordial and polite and patient and followed the ants all around the house with me and to both trees lol ANTS EVERYWHERE. He was so patient and explained what the deal is with the carpenter ants that we had and where they are and all that stuff. He explained the type of chemicals he was spraying and that it was a bait so don't worry if I see them still for a few days but they would take the poison back to the nest and that's how they die for sure. Then he would come back a week later to do a follow up and kill the rest. That's exactly how it happened. 30 day guarantee. We've been using them for the past 3 months and couldn't be happier with the service and results. One side of our house faces undeveloped wooded area so when we first moved in, needless to say, we were getting mauled by mosquitoes within a couple of minutes of stepping into the backyard. We signed up for the In2Care system plus monthly fogging treatments and now I don't remember the last time I got bit out there. Other than the great results, their customer service has been top notch. They always come to the front door before a treatment to let us know they will be on the property so we aren't alarmed. This last service appointment, Brian came to the door at the end to warn me that because the wooded area was being cleared, we might see temporarily increased mosquito activity in the next few weeks. He reminded me of their guarantee and that he'd gladly come back to re-treat the property before the next service date if needed.
