As many have stated, my family highly recommends Dynasty Pest Control. Prior to finding Chad and Dynasty pest here on Yelp!, we had used two other "well known" pest companies to no avail and a monumental waste of money. Our particular situation is chiggers! We tried everything under the sign. Often times not letting our active 7 and 2 yrs olds in the yard for weeks as we laid down every kind of poison we could find. The kids could not be in the yard for more than five minutes without getting no less than five bites each. Add to that, our poor dog was going crazy as well. This review may not be as eloquently written as others you have read, but please know, our family owes a world of gratitude to Dynasty Pest. Chad came to our house, listened to our problem and found a solution. Customer service is alive and well here. It took a few trips, but the kids and dog are a happy lot. If it wasn't for Dynasty Pest Control I don't think I would be able to sleep at night because I hate seeing bugs in the house so much. I am really grateful for Dynasty- their service is great, fairly priced, and they come on a quarterly basis which is comforting because I don't need to worry about forgetting to reschedule when the season changes and the bugs start spawning from hell like orcs in a LOTR movie. Also, Zach is awesome. He is a patient listener and very knowledgeable to answer any questions/concerns you have. He's polite, friendly, easy going, and has a great work ethic- always on time, always has a smile on. Dynasty should do everything they can to make sure Zach is a happy employee. For people like me where seeing a cockroach in your house at 3am feels like a horror movie, Zach really has a way of making you feel at ease and more relaxed about the situation. After extensive due diligence and a lengthy phone visit with Cristina at Dynasty Pest Control, I knew I had found the right business to use. Chad was punctual, professional, courteous and very informative. My concern was possible termite infestation, but after a thorough inspection outside and inside my home in Las Colinas, Chad reported no termite problem. I was very relieved because I was prepared for the worst. I signed up for regularly quarterly service on the spot! Had a very difficult time trying to talk to Chad. Finally pinned down a date and time that he said he could come do the "Free" inspection. So, I took off work early that day. Well sat around and waited and he did NOT come at the time HE scheduled. Got a call an hour and a half later to tell me he was at another job. Well then WHY did you schedule me at all? I don't get paid when I leave work early. NO, I did NOT want to reschedule. NO YOU DO NOT GET MY BUSINESS WHEN YOU DON'T DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO. So, basically I wasted an entire week because I had to wait for the day you scheduled then you couldn't come. So I had to start over. I think YELP reviews are bogus. I have something in my attic and I cannot find a decent company to give me a REASONABLE price on this website or they don't even show up!! read more

We've been having some issues with roaches in the kitchen and heard great things about this company so decided to give them a call. Whoever was the person emailing me back and forth answering my questions I greatly appreciate it. Not once did they seem annoyed or curt with their responses. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessie today as our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his service and kept a conversation with me as he showed me exactly what he was doing and why. But what really impressed me was when he apologized for not coming exactly at the start window time( they give you a 2 hour window on when they will come) even though it was still well within the appointment quoted time! We had a rat problem and hired a different company to take care of it. They tried for SIX MONTHS to no avail; it just kept getting worse. I am an idiot and I just thought that was how long it took...I mean I could go on and on about how terrible that company was. Finally we got fed up and called Dynasty pet control. They cost ONE THIRD of what the other guy charged, and within an hour already killed one rat. Within a few days I stopped seeing signs of them, and the problem was completely solved and our house protected after a week or two. The best part was that I didn't need to keep calling and calling to get Dynasty to come back, they came back on their own when it was time to check traps/poison. Garrison was extremely understanding of my failure to prepare for the scheduled service. I was expecting service on the 15th instead of the 5th due to a slight misreading of the text. He patiently waited while I finished my work & allowed me to confirm the details of the text. Upon entry to my home, he was polite and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any concerns. He also made provisions for the typical service by refilling his tank to accommodate my lack of preparedness (locked gates) for the exterior. Chad came out to check a stubborn problem with ants that multiple treatments have not eliminated. He found their travel path after careful looking (mid day is apparently a time of low activity) and with more detective work found their probable nest and treated both the nest and the travel path. Having a maintenance contract with them is definitely a good idea. read more
