The worst I've ever dealt with and I've been working on cars over 10 years…read more Chase will give you a price range but once the car is in his shop he will do whatever he thinks is right, totally ignore everything was discussed before, add the amount of hours he want and then he will be like deal with it . He charged my almost triple what we agreed on, he work from home, it's not an actual shop! When we argued almost got physical couple of times and since we're in his house your options are limited. He literally called a dent on the car , and said this need to be addressed, I asked him to fix it, which he did , but he damaged it again while putting the bumper back and yet still charged me for it . When I asked him how come you're charging me for something you didn't even fix , he's like well the car stayed 2 weeks at the shop you can consider a storage fee!! So unprofessional, maybe the old guy was the man but Chase was a complete waste of time and money. I paid the guy what he asked for cause I really didn't want him to cause more damage to the car. as I don't really have time or energy to deal with such attitude and work ethic , even tho I should have took it to the court! I have proof for everything I just mentioned, and I'm more than happy to show it to anyone who might be interested before working with such person. Very disappointed.

The quote of the repair was 1/2 the price of the other competitors in the area. It took only a day and a half to repair. When I went to pick up my vehicle my bumper looked brand new. Not only did they fix my bumper they went out of their way to repair/re-paint the front of my car that had damages caused by driving to closely on the curb. My car front bumper was not included in the quote and I was extremely pleased that they fixed it for me. I definitely recommend this place for services!
