During the fall I always get my apple cider from here and they even have hot samples on site. And we especially enjoy the garlic! It's much better than what you get in the grocery store. The woman who runs it also provides many free recipe cards! If you're in the area definitely check this place out. It's great to support small family run businesses like this one. While I've never done this here, I believe they allow apple picking during the the season.

It's a decent quality soft serve base, and the price is reasonable for the area. It's not award winning or great, but it's good enough. I would skip the flavors (lots of them have the extract problem where the concentrate has too much chemicals in it which translates to the ice cream). But it's quick and decent ice cream.

Supermarket corn is ok, however, driving up to the farm stand & seeing someone walking in from the field with a basket of just harvested corn is the best. They have 3 kinds: silver queen ( that's what I call it), all light kernels - very delicate; butter-sugar which is a mix of the yellow & light color kernels ( my all-time favorite), and the all yellow - very good too. Flowers were also well represented with overflowing flowerpots and baskets bursting with color in every direction. They feature two big signs that will catch your attention. One says, "Thanks to All Vets" and another says, "If You Can't Stop, Smile as you Go By". We were on a mission to pick up some cornstalks to decorate the light pole on the front lawn, and we did take home a nice bundle of stalks for $10. It was brimming with humongous ears of corn, which we detached and tossed into the woods, so as to discourage the bears from loitering by our front door. PRO TIP The website on their Yelp page is a broken link. Apparently, they have replaced their website with a Facebook page, which seems to be an increasingly popular trend among businesses.

We bought some honey sticks and popcorn seasoning. On this visit in late June, we wanted to do pick your own blueberries. We were early in the season but there were a few ready to pick. They also have strawberries, sunflowers, and more, throughout the season. They also host a ton events. We enjoyed walking around. There was a playground, maze, and garden. My kids definitely enjoyed the activities. I definitely recommend blueberry picking and can't wait to visit in the fall.

None of us knew the poor staffer and I tried to help her, but this older woman was bonkers. We left without purchasing anything and I won't be back.

Store bought berries with mold growing on the ones in the middle are a joke! I wait all winter and spring to be able to enjoy these berries. (As my mom would call them: "fruit of the gods".)
