I came to this location today and although Mya wasn't able to find the size I was looking for, she was the first employee to actually listen to the issue and attempt calling other locations to help me find the t shirt size I needed. I genuinely wish I did not have to write this review. I was a regular EōS member who attended classes at multiple locations and had generally enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled not only at the club level but also through the company's review and appeal process, I can no longer recommend EōS Fitness as a whole. If a zero-star rating were an option, that is the rating I would give based on my experience. The issue began with repeated confusion surrounding the guest check-in process for my sister, who attended as my guest. On multiple occasions, she experienced difficulties checking in despite being an authorized guest. During the final incident, she left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome and later told me she would not return because of how she felt she had been treated. Because of her experience, I approached management to express my concerns. The manager involved in my sister's interaction was also the person who handled my concerns. At the time, I was left with the understanding that she was the person responsible for addressing management-level issues at the location. I felt my concerns regarding my guest's experience were not taken seriously and that the customer service surrounding the situation was poor. What made the situation even more frustrating was that another employee later located and corrected the issue with my sister's guest information and apologized for the confusion. This left me feeling that the entire situation could have been resolved much differently from the beginning. I want to be fair and acknowledge that I became frustrated during my interaction with staff and regret my part in the disagreement that followed. Shortly afterward, I was informed that my membership had been permanently revoked from all EōS locations. What concerns me most is not the disagreement itself, but how the matter was handled afterward. After learning that my membership had been revoked, I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter professionally. Following the instructions provided by EōS staff, I returned to the Higley location in person and apologized for my role in the interaction. I also submitted a formal written appeal through the EōS review process and included an apology there as well, acknowledging my part in the situation and taking responsibility for my conduct. Despite those efforts, I never received a clear explanation of the specific conduct or policy violation that warranted a permanent ban. The final response I received was a form letter citing general policies regarding inappropriate conduct but did not identify the specific behavior that led to the decision or address the questions raised in my appeal. I respect a business's right to enforce its policies and protect its employees. However, when a member is permanently banned from every location, I believe members deserve transparency, a meaningful review process, and a clear explanation of the reasons for that decision. While others may have positive experiences at EōS, my experience left me feeling that there was little opportunity for resolution, clarification, or fair consideration of the circumstances. The permanent ban itself was disappointing, but the lack of communication and meaningful response throughout the process was what ultimately left the strongest impression. read more

Solid place to workout for the price. The machines are in a good shape and there are areas if you want to do some targeted workouts. People here follow good gym etiquette and I've been able to get in and out with no problems. Staff is nice and the bathrooms are clean for a gym of this type. I think you if come here to you need to set your expectations, you are paying $20ish a month, so don't expect a luxury gym experience if that makes sense. Thanks!!! read more

Thieves will steal from you. You can go in person to cancel. You can call them to cancel and they will still draw money from your bank account. Five months of membership was coming out of my account unbeknownst to me. They're saying there's no record or notes in the system that I cancelled my membership even though they told me last July when I went in person to cancel that it was completed, only to find out it was not. And of course, they are refusing to refund me. I would never recommend! read more

BAD: cardio equipment in theater is outdated AND for the last 7-8 years the cup holders on the equip in theater are missing so you have to swipe cup holder from different machine 9:30 BP class gives you no time to set up equip after prior class departs promptly at 9:30! AND the sled for pushing weight is the same model as of 8 years ago and as a DISABLED person I cannot bend over the sled to change The weights. It's ridiculous ! Unacceptable Cancellation Practices I'm writing this because your cancellation process turned into a six-month money leak, and no one at EŌS Fitness seemed interested in plugging it. In August 2025, my daughter went into your gym specifically to cancel her membership. She did the responsible thing--face-to-face, in person. The employee assisting her told her to scan a QR code and follow the steps. She completed the process right there. Before leaving, she asked a simple, direct question: "Is that all I need to do?" The response was yes. Fast-forward to January 2026, when we discovered EŌS had continued charging our account for six additional months. No emails. No warnings. No confirmation failure notices. Just quiet withdrawals. My daughter and I went back to the gym to explain the situation. The facts were clear. The mistake was clear. Yet your staff refused to credit the six months of improper charges. I made it equally clear: if EŌS was unwilling to correct this, I would cancel my membership and my son's membership as well. The response was essentially, okay--no concern, no attempt to retain loyal customers. So, over $79 in disputed charges, EŌS chose to lose $300-$400 in annual revenue, plus any future business from my family. That's not a misunderstanding--that's bad business. This experience showed me that EŌS Fitness prioritizes obstructive processes over accountability and customer trust. I will never do business with this gym again, and I will make sure others are aware of how cancellations are handled--or mishandled. You didn't just lose money. You lost credibility. read more

*DONT SIGN UP BEWARE* recently signed up with a promotion offered by one of the managers through email of sign up fees being waived and 30 days free! Sounded great til I was charged over $100 in the first two weeks of having my membership! Staff and manager wasn't pleasant to speak with with one employee telling me everything didn't make sense and a manager there who told me I'm out of luck because I already signed a contract and they will not do anything to help me out whatsoever! I spoke to the manager who sent me the email cameron who did not help in any way . I was suppose to just know I wasn't signing up with the bonus anymore even tho it was never clearly stated. The promotion he sent me was a 1 day promotion but never specified that anywhere in his email or in my contract when I signed. Immediately canceled my membership. read more

Overcharged me for years after I contacted them and their third party company to cancel. I even contacted the club, and Lorenzo confirmed a note was made on the account years prior indicating the cancellation. They also charged a separate account under my wife's name when she was on a guest pass. Apparently they converted the account to a membership and billed my card without approval. Lorenzo told me a refund would be given and to follow up the next week. Lorenzo then left this location and I was put in touch with Zach. Zach told me to contact an R Tashiro with corporate, which I have done. No response despite multiple attempts. Lots of options with fitness. Go somewhere that won't steal your money and lie about it. Cameron the manager is RUDE! Visiting AZ for 2 days and using my sister's guest pass. Used it yesterday and it was fine. Today he says I can't workout unless I pay $20! Why am I paying and my sister and I have a membership? Went online to get a free 7 day pass and he claims I can't use it because I don't live in AZ and have an AZ ID!!! What?!? Again, it's one day. Talk about desperate for $! No other EOS has questioned if your ID is from that state if you are visiting. I own a home in AZ and in TX! Don't carry both ID's. I travel frequently and have never had an issue at any other AZ location! It's one day!! Wouldn't recommend going to a place that's inconsiderate and rude! Giving 2 stars just because I enjoy going to body bump and yoga classes. Instructors for these classes are great. Otherwise, I would give one star. Kid's club is the worst I had ever seen. Kids club crew is mostly socializing with each other and on their cell phone and leave kids unattended. Kids club manager is rude. I feel all of them need a 101 class how to act with kids and customer service class. If you kid needs some assistance to go to bathroom or something else, they just ignore it. Gym manager Addison needs some management 101 class as well. Telling to the customer that she is on brake for next 4 minutes ( taking actually 10 more minutes) when customer had an urgent situation is unacceptable. Front desk kids are friendly and always greeting the customers. EOS fitness is getting worse and worse, lack of customer service skills, and personal skills. read more

You guys need to do a better job policing the bathroom AND listening when members tell your front desk there are teenagers with cameras. This location has a wide variety of machines, trainers and classes. And their costs are good. Personally, I only come here to swim laps. The pool here is usually clean to very-clean. The pool temperature is almost always a bit too warm, and sometimes much too warm for lap swimming. Other than that one issue, this is a good, clean well-run EOS location. read more

Operation manager: Addi, was condensing, rude, and passive aggressive. I came in wearing sandals and was told no open closed shoes which I've never had an issue with at any other eos for this. When I came back with the proper shoes she wouldn't allow me to even walk to the locker to change my shoes but forced me to change my shoes in front of the desk. I'll most likely be cancelling my membership due to this. This eos and the one on Power are also notorious for overcharging customers and not adequatly canceling memberships per my uncle who is still being charged for his father's membership 5 years later after passing away from cancer. He has submitted the death certificate 2 times and still nothing. read more

Michaela, (genuinely helpful and knowledgeable) was the first person to help me get signed in.....I've gotten great and friendly service from not just Michaela. but everyone over the last month (first month) I have been a member. read more

The equipment is broke down (ie. all the bikes in the cardio room were not working and half the treadmills). I could not find a locker that worked and half the staff were just sitting around socializing. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. read more

I signed up for their Personal Training and after multiple advanced notices to end the membership and sessions, I am still getting charged to this day. I have written multiple emails to the the manager but have not got any response. The trainers are helpless too because the manager is not responsive to multiple complaints by customers.
