Over here, I only come for Cecilia's class. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. It's bright, clean, and basic. It's also pretty spacious compared to some of their other locations. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. This parking lot seems to be more plentiful compared to all the other EōS locations I have been to. read more

Great place to get buff, unless you are sitting there on your phone not actually working out, while people are waiting to use the apparatus you are hogging. Doesn't smell like armpits and butt sweat in there, so that's a plus. Good mix of different kinds of workout equipment for a relatively small space. read more

Horrible experience. 7 day pass on the website states I am able to take group fitness class. The manager told me they couldn't let me in without purchasing a membership. What a SCAM. Great gym from a staff and equipment perspective. It has a ton of equipment, even a sled push area. There's a pool, basketball court, classes, etc. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy in and out. Let's talk about the star deduction--this location, as with many EoS locations I've been to, cultivates a social atmosphere, even though people aren't really socializing (unless they go with a friend). People sit on their phones on machines--just sitting, browsing whatever, taking way more time than needed to do sets because they're there for reasons other than to work out. Just use the machine and move on. This is super frustrating and should be addressed somehow. Same with people who go together--they sit and chat while using machines, increasing the time spent doing sets significantly. Another thing--there was some busted padding on a machine for what must have been 2-3 months. The padding was a pain to grab onto (chest press), as it was split on one side, and nothing was done to address it. I would have liked to see something done more quickly on such a high-traffic machine. Even if the manufacturer was slow, figure out alternate solutions so the machines are useful (and safe). read more

Yesterday night around 12 midnight I came in to do my usual work out. no one was at the front desk for a few minutes so I had to wait for someone to check me in with my phone number. Once an employee checked me in after a few minutes she tells me I cannot come into the gym with slides on. I look at her and ask oh I can't? And she said no. I thought she was extremely rude. I see people go into this exact gym with slides on almost all the time I visit; I don't understand the issue. it was very inconvenient of her to make me drive back home just to change my shoes!? There is no signs anywhere that informs people to only wear sneakers while entering the gym. I left very upset and did not return. I was looking forward to stretching and hitting the sauna that day cause I had a stressful day. read more

The staff was extremely friendly every time i come to the gym. The locker rooms, and the exercise equipment was clean. I use EōS Fitness as my personal truck stop, to exercise, take a shower after my Day Program, and also before starting my shift with Uber Eats Delivery service. Found out today that they have been charging me for kids club for the last two years after I canceled it inside of the gym. When I went to kids club to ask about it, they said they could see that I was being billed for it, but did not show any kids club membership on their end. It appears that they canceled on the front end and not the billing side and have no way to rectify in the gym. This is a shady business practice and I cannot recommend this gym to anybody in good conscience. read more

EŌS is a great place to workout. This location however needs more room. The thing that I hate about this location is that they allow motorcycles to be parked against the front of the building (despite the no motorcycle parking sign). So many people are forced to walk around the motorcycles to get to the front door. No accountability read more

I really wanted to like EōS Fitness, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The staff is not knowledgeable and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of a real person when dealing with anything online. Everything goes through automated systems or AI chatbots, which makes resolving issues incredibly frustrating. Signing up for a gym membership and personal training is super easy -- they make that part quick and smooth. But when it comes to canceling, it's an entirely different story. I specifically told them about my strict finances and asked for the cheapest personal training option. Somehow, I ended up being signed up for a $300+ per month subscription without realizing it. Trying to cancel has been a complete nightmare. I had to make multiple phone calls, go into the gym several times, and even create a brand-new online accounts asked of me just to cancel. Then the website kept saying my password was incorrect (even though I had just created it), and that my agreement number was wrong--both on the app and the website. I had to have my agreement number emailed to me, and even that didn't work. Eventually, I had to call the call center just to get someone to finally help me cancel and that took a long time to talk to a real person and not an automated chat bot. It should not be this hard to stop paying for a service. I've never had to jump through so many hoops for something that should be simple. Save yourself the stress and do not recommend this gym. read more

Terrible customer service. Erick is a predatory salesperson. They charged me $150 for personal training without my approval. I called with no assistance. Came in today and received even less help. Am now working with my bank as EOS is not interested in helpings their customers. I would not recommend this gym simply because the staff are terrible. read more

I am a person who needs to make personal connections with businesses via their staff to continuously hand over a subscription fee. I have worked out at this EOS several times, and I pay the daily rate for me and for my daughter to be in the kid's area. I enjoy the availability of different machines and weights, and the kids' place is reasonably clean and engaging. However, this place is corporate, and the staff reflect that. I do think that places can be corporate with a personal feel--with people who take responsibility for the space and the customer service in the place. This company hasn't earned my trust yet because staff don't feel like they have the ability to be reasonably accommodating beyond the letter of their company's policy. That's fine, and sometimes necessary especially when dealing in big populations, but that flexibility is what is usually lacking in places that are missing a truly impactful vision. While the staff is friendly, the limits that guide staff-- like class policies, kids' place policies, sales-spiel policies-- are not people-first, but profit first, and that is not a mission I'm willing to fund on auto. read more

This gym is the worst. The sauna is always broken. There are quite a few members who don't know how to pickup after themselves and leave trash everywhere. The pool chemicals couldn't be worse, every time I swim here I get a staff infection in my belly button. Do better EOS read more

Yall are so freaking greedy and money hungry. My boyfriend had signed up for your PT and didn't even go to a class and tried to cancel almost immediately after and you guys make it so hard on him. So disappointed. I stopped by in person on my way home from work to cancel my membership in mid-March, well over a week before my payment was due March 28th. Someone at the front desk said they'd submit my cancellation. I expected to be charged for March due to the 30-day notice. I was charged AGAIN on April 28th. When I called the billing company, they said my membership was still active. So clearly, the employee never submitted my cancellation. After calling the gym, a guy at the front desk told me there were no notes on my account. As someone who has worked in gyms, I know staff are supposed to notate member interactions for future reference - especially cancellations. I would really like to see if they even added a note about our conversation on 4/28. The guy couldn't get their general manager to talk to me & their operations manager was out for the day but he said he would process a refund for April & submit an immediate cancellation but I'm still responsible for May payment.. informed him the reason I cancelled BEFORE MY PAYMENT IN MARCH was because I don't want to pay a membership anymore. He then told me i'd get a call back from the OM ... having received the April refund nor received a call from OM. Reached out to their "customer care" who asked me to "prove" it - how do you prove someone failed to do their job? I'd gladly go in to review footage from the week of March 17th at 2:00 pm as my proof. Oddly enough, some sales lady calls my mom's number looking for ME to sign me up for their Thursday deals a week later... After reading reviews and talking to others, this is definitely some EOS scheme: staff ignore cancellations, billing continues, and members are stuck fighting for refunds. It's hard to see that as anything but a scam to steal more money from people. As a side note, the guy who signed me up (the GM Tyler Whisman) almost didn't even let me sign up because I wouldn't give my bank routing & account number his reason is they "prefer that" over putting a credit card.. soooo sketchy I've been a member since 2019. I hope there's still some honesty and accountability somewhere in this company and that EOS will do the right thing by refunding me for April & May. I shouldn't be responsible for any payment past March as I followed the 30 day policy in the legal contract and the staff failed to process it. read more

Every time I come to EOS the guys and ladies in the front are always super nice and welcoming. It doesn't smell funny like prior gyms I have experienced in the past. When I'm in there I always see someone cleaning areas that aren't crowded. I do wish it was bigger like other EOs I've been to but if it's not to busy you can get a great workout in with a lot of different machines. read more

Honestly you can't trust any of these people. You have them lying, cheating, and wasting your time. You have incompetent kids that have no experience at all in life much less in a work environment. And if they do have older workers there they lack the work ethic just like the kids. Managers don't care and talk behind customers back once gone or in the office. Customer service is weak, rude, unexperienced and unprofessional. Most of them are racist or only pay attention to what they consider good looking people. Chain stores are a pyramid scheme! Also it is always jammed packed and I'm 110% sure that most of those kids taking up space don't have memberships just clowning around wasting time taking up machines and space while people who are actually there to wok out must wait on these entitled kids. Change the culture make a difference do your job correctly check to see who has memberships and regulate time on space and machines if they're just talking and playing on their phones. And this goes for all EOS I've been to 3 different ones cause I can't find one where I feel comfortable and welcomed and are able to get a great workout with a reasonable time! read more

A shout out to Janell Scales at the front desk who helped me out IMMENSELY with technical difficulties I was having with my account. I just handed her my phone and she had my account up and running correctly in about 20 minutes. I had been to other clubs for help, and they brushed me off by giving me an email that was of zero help. To say she multitasked the front desk for 20 minutes is an understatement. She never missed a beat at checking members in, answering other members questions, tracking down the manager all while helping me!!!! I really enjoy the gfit classes. I want to preface by saying, I was so excited to join EOS. I was eager to get in shape and have somewhere to work out in the summer months. I asked about cancellation policies when I signed up bc I have been dealing with an unknown illness. He stated the 1 mo policy and that it was super easy just call in and cancel and you're only charged one more month. Let me tell you. I have had to call 3 times to get this canceled. At the end of each conversation I'm told it's been taken care of. I had a feeling the first time that it wasn't, so I called to verify. It definitely was still active. The new associate assured me they took care of it, again. So I waited and called back a week later. It still wasn't canceled. She then tells me, well it will charge you one more time bc our policy is.....At this point I am so confused. She takes down my info and passes it to her supervisor. I waited...no call back. After 7 days I call again. She again states the policy and blah blah blah. At this point I'm furious because I'm trying to explain what I've been through and she won't listen and just continues talking over me to state the policy which I now know by heart. She puts me on hold, then tells me if I want anything done I have to come in-person. I don't get tons of days I feel well now, bc of my illness, and now I'm spending one of them doing this. I go to the eos on Ray and Cooper immediately. I talk with one of the gentleman that actually signed me up and he canceled it in 5 min. So my question is why was that so easy for him yet no one else could get this done? It seems very very predatory. Especially when I have a doctor's note with a seal and everything saying I cannot do this due to a medical condition. I see looking at other reviews that I'm not alone. The sad part is I was going to come back to this gym once I figured out how to manage my condition. J live in the Islands and it's super close to me. This location and its staffs lack of follow through has proven predatory. I will never be returning. I hope people see this and take warning. read more

It's a nice facility. However. They're a money hungry scam. They steal your money. Don't sign up for personal training. It's impossible to cancel your PT and it's impossible to cancel your membership. Honestly would rather be at planet fitness. Screw this place. read more
